CANNOT RECOMMEND RON AND HIS BUSINESS ENOUGH! I was looking for a unique engagement ring with some very specific likes and dislikes.
From the very outset, Ron deeply listened, pat...
iently showed me different designs, asked me the right questions so I could actually figure out what I wanted.
He then spent time creating a gorgeous custom design for me, emailed me the draft photographs and made me a mould I could try it on. Throughout the process, Ron went above and beyond with customer service and made it a very fun and easy process.
I have now got the ring of my dreams. I would give him 10+ stars if I could.
Don't waste your time going to other jewelers in the area, trust me and go to Ron. This is a family business that embodies their values in every interaction with customers. The very best!
I am so happy we found this place. Working with Ron was an absolute delight. He helped us find the PERFECT engagement ring in our budget that we absolutely adore. We had been looki...
ng at different places for a while and we were blown away by Ron's excellent customer service and the amount of craftsmanship he puts into all of his products. You can tell that he truly takes pride in his work and that he is passionate about the business. He took the time to make us feel very welcome and informed about everything. He answered all of questions honestly and enthusiastically. We got the ring very quickly and it is even more beautiful in person than I could have imagined. My fiance and I had ordered the ring over the holidays and we expected it to take a few weeks but Ron managed to have it done in time for my fiance to propose on New Years Eve. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know looking for fine jewelry. We plan on going to Gold and Gems for all of our jewelry needs from now on. Ron is simply amazing and the whole store is wonderful. If you're considering shopping with them I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
To specifically review the Diamelia Diamond Alternative:
This Diamelia gem looks absolutely stunning on my 3-Stone diamond studded band. I have to say when I first heard about the diamond alternative I was intrigued but slightly apprehensive about the look, clarity, and feel of the gem. Ron showed me one in the store, told me the story, and provided lots of information and I loved it! When my fiance surprised me with the ring, it was every bit as stunning and eye-catching as I had hoped. The Diamelia is not only environment and humanitarian friendly but it is a gorgeous gem and it sits perfectly between the two other diamonds on ring, in fact it steals the show -- just as a center jewel should! I can only say great things about the Diamelia gem. I can not stop staring at my left hand and I am 100% in love.
