Hi! I'm Amy Odell, owner and venue coordinator at the Gold Mountain Manor. I am the face of all things wedding-related here at GMM. I really enjoy meeting all types of couples, hearing their love story, and watching their eyes light up as they discover the magic of the manor. Our woodsy mountain setting and romantic, rustic charm provide a picture-perfect backdrop for couples to bring their own unique ideas and visions to life. The possibilities are endless!!! Fairytales do come true here at the manor, and I am honored to be a part of it :-)

Manor is a special place. We knew it the moment we walked in and met Toni who was working the front desk and gave us a tour of the venue. The place felt warm, inviting, unique, and the people that run it are the same way. Amy, the owner and our coordinator extraordinaire, is the perfect pairing of kindness, understand and patience with organization, focus and directness. In the planning before the ceremony, she kept us on task, providing us with specific time tables and always took special care to hear us when it came to questions or changes. My line of work makes me have to be really thorough and worry a lot about details. I never worried once about Amy. Despite being organized, she's just a great person. She really cared about us and making sure the experience was perfect. She was our calming presence, especially on the day of the ceremony. The ceremony and reception went perfectly. Amy and Kaydence nailed every detail, planned every minute, and took ALL of the pressure off of us. It was a perfect day, and I know how much work they had to put in to make that happen. The stay at the lodge was equally fantastic. Toni is a rockstar and the breakfasts were 10/10. I love the overall vibe of the place and just sitting out on the veranda with my closest friends and family is an unforgettable experience in itself. 1500 characters in and I still feel like I'm not conveying how much we loved Gold Mountain Manor. All I can say is if you are considering it, please go visit and you'll see what I mean. It will be your home for the weekend, and its staff and owners will be your family. THANK YOU GMM!!!

d on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everyone was so friendly, the venue was absolutely beautiful, and our stay there was amazing. If you are looking for a wedding and reception venue in the mountains this is absolutely the place for you. You will not regret it. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

e visited Gold Mountain Manor, our hearts were sold. We signed up and planned on a 2025 September wedding, which we are confident we were only able to pull off because of all the help we received from Amy!   Right from the start, we found her to be very hospitable. Besides being the host, she doubled up as our wedding day co-ordinator, ensuring all the necessary details were dialed in, right from organizing the various vendors, and dotting in the details of our wedding day. In the days leading up to our wedding, Amy organized multiple meetings and was always available for any questions and to calm our nerves. On the day of the wedding, she and her team operated in the background and ensured our guests had a great time.   We opted for the package that allowed us to rent the entire manor for our wedding, given our close families a couple days to rest and hang by the manor while getting to know each other. The manor rooms are in itself very gorgeous and each has their own character, making it a very unique and romantic stay, one that I and my wife will definitely return to.   If you are looking for an outdoor wedding venue in SoCal, I suggest you look no further and pay them a visit

ly stay with us at the manor for the weekend. Ceremony/reception area is intimate and beautiful. Betsy was patient with all my questions and replied promptly. She coordinated the wedding beautifully and sweet to all our family at the manor. Breakfast was provided Sat and Sun mornings and was delicious. Betsy and her team did and amazing job and if I had the chance to do it all over again, I'd still pick Gold Mountain Manor!

e best! She and her staff did everything and more. We had décor to set up, however, as stated in the contract, we asked a family member to put things out. While all the rentals, food, etc were extra costs that we paid in addition to the site fee, we didn't mind! Costs were actually less expensive than it was in Riverside/Orange County were we had also looked to hold our wedding. Quality was over the top with all our vendors and we were very impressed. Loved having the ceremony & reception in the same place. Loved how Cathy and her staff had an "emergency contingency" for rain (as it was a possibility) and her honesty was appreciated. Lucky for us, Mother Nature cooperated! Don't hesitate to book your wedding here girls!! Bring your vision and Cathy and her awesome staff will bring it to life! She has great recommendations for food and photography with everyone in Big BEar so no worries about arriving late. Again, thank you so much Cathy and staff for an amazing and perfect day!!

d about 60 people and it was the perfect size for our intimate wedding. Our guests had a great time and we had many compliments from our friends and family on the romantic setting. I would definitely recommend Gold Mountain Manor if you are looking for a romantic, rustic setting for your big day!

t my husband and I wanted . They have a wonderful breakfast they serve you, home made yogurt, and stuffed crossants with real fruit , the Gold Mountain Manor was the best. we couldn't have found a more perfect place to exchange our vows, our recepetion was outside in the beautiful garden and the weather was absolutely perfect it was very special to us we felt God shining down on us and the lighting we got for the pictures was absolutely breath taking . The best part was that we rented the whole place to ourselves for only 4500 dollars. and that was for 2 days so we got a relaxed enviornment, we werent rushed in anything, and we had rooms for our guests to stay in not to mention the rooms were fabulous.. I could go on and on about it, it was just absolutley perfect everything I had ever hoped and dreamed for.. I would recomend this place to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful stress free wedding.... Kathy by the way referred me to my wonderful pohotographer Louis Weiner and Caterer Denise Cavali, which by the way went the extra mile in providing votive candles and tulle that matched my cake beutifully. and the food was exquisite . I am forever greatful for everyone that helped in my wedding I wouldn't have known what to do with out them they are wonderful...
