sent us a 65 passenger bus that was way too large and what we had used to shuffle people to/ from the venue. Guests were confused and getting on our wedding shuttle which was to go to the bars. They also failed to inform me of any of this prior to my invite until my wedding planner told me. It was not fun to deal with my on wedding night and guests were mad they were kicked off. Be careful

w days before; because I thought the credit card was enough. We were unable to reach anyone by phone that night to find out what happened. After my honeymoon I confirmed my credit card was not charged. So I think it was an honest mistake in the booking didnt complete. Disappointing

have opened because it was a beautiful day. However, I found out after the fact that the driver couldn't find the church even though I had given the exact address when making the reservations PLUS the church was visible from a stop light on the highway he should have been on for at least 20 miles. It was not hard to find at all. A family member happened to be in a gas station right after the ceremony and heard him asking where he needed to be and he couldn't even remember the bride's name. Then on the drive he was afraid to cross a bridge that large construction vehicles have safely crossed before so he let us out about 200 meters from the reception site and we had to walk over--we didn't mind, but my mother had hoped it would pull up right out front of the tent (it was an outdoor reception) to drop us off so the guests would see us get out.

he said he had another pickup at 615 and we were supposed to have the limo until 7. I spoke to the owners and I have never been so disrespected. I was trying to explain how we understood the package to be, they wouldn't let me even speak, starting yelling and said if we didn't get in the car, the limo was leaving without us. I will never get back my wedding day or the time at the church and pictures we didn't get to take. They did not keep their word or the agreement. They wrote an e-mail later saying it was a miscommunication and would credit us $100. We never saw the $100 and they never even apologized. Worst customer service ever!

essional. He showed us the inside controls, gave us his number in case we needed anything, and was perfect in getting out of the tight driveway at the hotel. My husband was jealous that me and the bridesmaids got to spend more time in it than him. And in the 90 degree June heat, the AC in the hummer was a godsend. The glasses were sparkling clean, and there was plenty of ice to chill our bottle of champagne. This was my first ever limo ride, and I know if I do it again, I'll be going back to Gold Shield.
