To start I would like to state I am the farthest thing from a planner, I am the type to hates even picking up the phone to make reservations because of my anxiety so when we started planning our wedding I needed a planner who would do basically everything. Caroline from Goldbug Events knocked it out of the park. She made every desicion easier. She made recommendations and even got discounts with almost every vendor. She is an absolute sweat heart and made every detail come to life. Over the last year people thought I was nuts when i would explain how I was not stressed one bit about my wedding simply because I know I had Caroline. And the day of she had Abigail to assist her who was just an angel as well. Would recommend the GoldbugEvent team to anyone. Every single thing went perfectly.

Upon my first meeting with Caroline I knew she was the person to trust with our special day! We chose the full planning package and had the pleasure of Caroline's expertise and support throughout the entire planning process. Caroline was extremely accessible during the planning process and came to every meeting prepared to discuss all details. She provided us with wonderful vendors to choose from for everything from flowers to tents to hair and makeup. Our wedding day was PERFECTION thanks to Caroline and her team. We had a challenging venue to design and manage on wedding day and Caroline made the transitions throughout evening absolutely seamless. So many friends and family commented on how seamless the night was and how amazing and detail oriented our wedding planner must've been! Caroline handled everything behind the scenes on wedding day which made it easy to not be stressed and to focus on the joy of the day! Caroline came prepared for every possible emergency on the day of including mending my husband's bow tie before photos and even helping to perfect my complicated dress bustle. Caroline and her team were so amazing to work with! We were able to use her for the limited package, and we are so glad that we did. To say the day would not have gone as flawlessly as it did without her would be an understatement. She stepped in and thought of things that I did not, and made sure everything was perfectly coordinated with the other vendors so that I felt so at ease and stress free the day of the wedding. Caroline was so on top of her stuff and so well organized at all times. She created a perfect timeline, and made sure we were all on top of things throughout the day, especially since we were limited on daylight with it being a winter wedding. The day of the wedding, she had everything completely under control and still managed to make us feel so special and do things like make sure we were never without a drink in our hand! We couldn't recommend Caroline and her team enough, and we are so grateful she helped us execute our perfect day!

What an incredible day made perfect by Goldbug Events. Caroline was so knowledgeable, accessible, and fun to work with. She helped us make all of the important decisions and never left us feeling lost with the process. All of our vendors were incredible - and they were all her recommendations! We were supposed to have an outdoor wedding ceremony, but the rain had other plans. Caroline and her team shined through it all in making last minute adjustments and keeping the moral high! We had the most perfect day and Caroline will always be a part of it! 100% recommend!

Where do I even start to put into words how thankful I am for Goldbug Events!!! I connected with Caroline early on in the wedding planning process and knew she was the one I wanted to trust with our special day. She is truly made to work in the wedding business. Her attention to detail, organization, communication and no-nonsense attitude is exactly what we needed to get our plans in gear for the big day. I cannot recommend Caroline and her team enough! She was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and listened to everything we wanted, while giving us great suggestions as well. From communicating with all of the vendors and making sure the timeline of events kept on track, to chasing off dogs that were getting too close while we were taking sunset photos... these girls do it all. Everything on the day of the wedding was perfectly executed and we felt so relaxed the whole day. Caroline was incredibly kind, patient, and organized throughout the wedding planning process! She has great attention to detail. We had bad weather in the forecast on our wedding day (which was outdoors) and she helped us create a great rain plan so that our guests (almost 200 of them) stayed dry and happy all evening! Through all the last minute changes that came up she remained accommodating and gracious. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything. From making sure we were sticking to the timeline to making sure my husband and I had a chance to eat/drink in the midst of the wedding chaos, she had it all under control. Our son and daughter in-law used Caroline and her team for their wedding in February 2023 and the entire Goldbug Events’ team was simply incredible! Every detail was perfect from the planning and coordination to the rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception! They kept everything completely organized and on schedule with a happy, calm attitude which was no easy task for a wedding 200+ people and all the associated vendors! I can’t even begin to list all the things they thought of along the way to make sure Logan and Jillian’s day was perfect. As the mother of the groom I was so impressed how they checked on me repeatedly throughout the festivities. The attention to detail and and positivity through out the process and for the entire wedding weekend was second to none! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any event large or small!

Caroline and her assistant were invaluable! I am a do it myself person and went back and forth about hiring a day of wedding planner. BEST MONEY SPENT!! Caroline was organized, responsive and wonderful to work with. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding because of the wonderful support Goldbug Events gave. I highly recommend!!

Caroline was hired for our "day of coordinator." For the months before the wedding, she communicated well and was kept up to date. We met for our "walk thru" and I knew that we were in great hands for our wedding. She was personable, confident, reliable and very affordable. I was able to relax the entire day, knowing everything was in her hands. She followed all of our instructions. The set up of the chapel and the venue for the reception were absolutely perfect. In addition, she packed up everything nicely for my brother and sister-in-law to return to us the next day. I highly recommend Caroline for a coordinator. I appreciate her dedication to provide us w/ lasting memories of our special day.

Caroline and Goldbug Events as a whole were absolutely incredible from the beginning of our planning process with them through the wedding day (and even days after!). I had an unfortunate situation with a previous wedding planner, and Caroline was able to step in with 60 days to go and fully re-plan my 200+ person wedding, solve all the problems that my prior planner caused, and SOMEHOW keep me as calm and as un-stressed as possible. Caroline was great with making sure everything went precisely how my daughter had envisioned her for her wedding and reception. She was patient and very understanding with some of the bumps in the road we’d encountered while planning everything, and the way she managed everything the day of the wedding allowed everyone to enjoy the day with no concerns.

Goldbug Events founder Caroline is honestly a gift from above. She’s been a huge anchor in my wedding planning journey and I couldn’t thank her more. She’s attentive, quick on her feet and has help put out little fires before they become big ones. Anytime something has started to go wrong she’s available for a call or text and has fixed it and calmed me down in a heartbeat. I know that my wedding day will go off with no issues because of her and if there are, I won’t know because she’ll handle it! I wouldn’t trust any other company with my big day!

Caroline and Carolines amazing assistant( I like to call her Caroline 2.0😂) couldn’t have been more amazing to not only my husband and I but our bridal party, family and friends. I didn’t get the pleasure of working with Caroline until about 5 months before my actual wedding due to some issues within the company I was with and, even though she had to get to know me, my style, every contract I already had signed and no way of going back on, my lovely but crazy family and friends, she still got everything and more done for me in that short amount of time. She excelled and definitely made it not only my husband and I, but all of our friends and family the best night of our lives! Brides do yourself a favor and meet this incredible human, I promise you won’t regret it. She’s beautiful on the inside and out and knows to how to be stern in situations where she needs to be (especially with my crazy bridal party🤣), a huge advocate for her clients and their wants and needs, but most importantly she helps you to remember that even though it’s such a stressful day to enjoy it and to remember to take time for ourselves as newly weds because it does fly by very quickly. I will rave about her till I can’t anymore!

Everyone needs a Caroline for their wedding!! Caroline absolutely amazed me, my husband, and all of our guests with her level of professionalism and service. While my husband and I did most of the planning, Caroline was able to tie any loose ends and ensure our wedding day would go as smoothly as possible. Caroline was fantastic! Our day was totally magical and we couldn’t have done it without her. Caroline helped us plan our wedding from afar, taking on extra responsibilities for us, as we were coming from out of state. We didn’t even see our venue until the day of our rehearsal (besides a video chat tour), but she kept us informed and reassured every step of the way. Caroline is energetic, organized, and full of great ideas/helpful tips (especially for brides on a budget). She was able to make our vision come to life and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Bonus: our friends and family all loved her. She was friendly and sweet but also direct and able to take control and make things happen when they needed to. Planning an out-of-state wedding is not easy, but Caroline helped ensure all details were ready to go and ensured the wedding day, as well as the couple of weeks leading up to the day, we’re seamless and stress-free! She was always mindful of our vision for the day and in our planning, even asked about our fears or specific stressors so that she could be mindful of those as well. Overall, she helped make our day so beautiful and I’m so thankful we found her.

Caroline was very professional and organized from the first meeting we had . After my daughter had plan and worked on all the details we met one more time before the date . At our last meeting she went over the days timeline and all the details . The details included getting the 24 people in the bridal party where they were suppose to be . She was very good at the setting up the venue , from the tables to all the flowers . She did a great job on receiving the cake from the girl who baked it and decorated it just how we wanted it. She also oversaw the caterers and bar staff and directed them to what their jobs were to be and where to set up . The. Reception ran like clock work , so that my husband and I were able to be great hosts ! We were able to enjoy the day and all the fond memories of our daughters wedding . After we sent the bride and groom off Caroline started her clean up and break down of the venue . She worked very hard to get it cleaned and all of our accessories, flowers and the gifts we’re all placed in our cars to take back home. She led the DJ with her time line and they together kept the flow of the reception going .

We were looking for something a little less cookie cutter and more personal for our wedding. Caroline was amazing every step of the way with ideas and options, and the day could not have turned out more amazing!!!!! Caroline's presence is extremely relaxing, as she has everything in control. 100% Recommend!!

Caroline with Goldbug Events was exactly what we needed and didn’t even realize we needed to make our day flawless! She set both of us at ease, never let a moment go by where we didn’t know what was going on, and executed the day perfectly! Leading up to the day she guided us to make the best decisions and handled all the last minute details. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and knew she had it covered! On the day of, our baker didn’t show up with our cake!! Caroline, with her ability to stay positive and think on her feet, saved the day by pulling some strings, getting a replacement and decorating it. I had no idea until after, because it looked so beautiful! Words cannot express how much Caroline and Goldbug Events added to our best day ever!!

Caroline was absolutely amazing to work with! Very prompt and professional. We had a smaller / more intimate wedding so we went with the beetle day of coordination package and it was perfect for what we needed. She went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful. Her “decor closet” had anything and everything we could’ve wanted - all included in the package price! Saved us a lot of time searching around for things like signage and table decor. Goldbug truly exceeded all expectations.

Caroline was absolutely fantastic! I have been in meeting/event planning for many years so I would never have gotten a planner on my own but LUCKILY I was required to have a day-of planner at Merchants Hall. I say luckily because I had no idea how valuable she could be! She was so organized and took things off my plate so that I could enjoy the day. She handled everything the day-of and I had not one worry in the world. She also helped greatly with wrapping -up the last minute planning which is always the most difficult, communicating with all vendors, creating an outstanding timeline. I did not receive one call on the day of my wedding from any vendors... pretty impressive! Caroline has a gentle, clam, reassuring demeanor that makes you feel comfortable and safe in trusting her with your biggest day. I had a very quick flip of the room and she did an amazing, seamless job of making that work! I would not only recommend her but tell you to contact her right away!!
