Jayme has a precision to detail in all she does. Her contract is clear and specific. She sets up a day-of schedule to keep on track. She listens and asks questions to make sure your hair is exactly how you want it. She was able to finish myself and 6 bridesmaids ahead of schedule! Francis, our makeup artist, was so speedy while not faltering in quality. We all could not have been happier!

I can’t say enough how much I loved Jamie!!! I had never had my hair or makeup done and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I have long , curly hair and wanted it down with all my curls emphasized. I felt so pretty and my hair and makeup were perfect. I’ll be looking for Jamie again if I ever want all my hair curled. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it. I would drive the hour plus again for fun because she does amazing work. I could not have been happier. Thank you for making my day even more special.

There are no words! Jayme is so talented and such a sweet person! The whole process with her was smooth, from estimates, booking and trial all the way to the big day. It was a very hot Aug day (over 90 degrees) and our hairstyles held on till the end through heat and wind, moving all over the city for pictures, dancing and sweating..simply amazing! Brides, look no further, this is your girl!!

For my wedding day make up and hair I was really looking for someone who could do the old Hollywood look especially with my hair. After seeing Jayme's work I knew instantly that she was the person who would be able to perfect this! She completely nailed both my trial and my wedding day look for hair and Sophia who did my makeup also did the same for both my trial and wedding day! My make up looked amazing and held all day and night. Jayme is super responsive throughout the process and was always available even when I just had to ask a quick question. I highly recommend them both if you're looking for someone who can truly make you feel beautiful on your wedding day.

The night before my makeup trial with Mercedes (lead makeup artist), I received an email , from Jayme (golden bridal design owner) that Mercedes will no longer be available for the trial. She abandoned our contract 3 weeks before my wedding to take a position as a personal makeup artist to an actress for a film in Chicago. Mercedes never called, emailed, or apologized for backing out. She left Jayme to deal with it. I had to insist more than once to Jayme to help us find someone new since she is responsible for the breach of contract, and she did ultimately find someone last-minute (please go check out my review for Makeup by Caroline O, she is an angel and you should absolutely hire her!). Mercedes should not have accepted a job with an actress without clearly stating she is unavailable on Saturday mornings for her remaining brides of the year – any actress would understand the importance of honoring contracts. I am hurt and disappointed that I did not receive any phone call from Mercedes, and she left the dirty work to her contractor, Jayme. Second, Jayme lacked organization in having a good pulse on her own artists. I was the one to email her to confirm time and location of my own trial. When Jayme finally realized Mercedes needed to cancel, she clearly did not delineate the details with Mercedes before contacting me. When emailing me, Jayme went from simply wanting to reschedule the makeup trial, to Mercedes only having time for my own makeup on my wedding day, to outright canceling me and my bridesmaids. Once it was clear Mercedes was unavailable completely, Jayme lacked urgency in emails to provide a solution, to find a replacement, or at least keep me updated on her progress, and it took me following up multiple times over email to get answers. What’s worse, Jayme initially tried to get out of the situation by offering to give me my security deposit without giving me any artist leads or even partial compensation to pay for the next artist I may find on my own. When she did finally find an available artist with equal skillset as Mercedes (Caroline O), she refused to pay for the difference of Caroline O’s services. She stated over email, “so this makeup artist is suddenly sending me her own personal rates which are outrageous. Some artists tend to take advantage of an emergent situation, so I am not even going to entertain that with her.” The professional thing to do is 1) do not disrespect a fellow artist in the industry in front of your client and 2) offer to pay any and all differences given the breach of contract was on her company's end. Jayme did not budge, and we were again without an artist of equal skill until Caroline O graciously offered to discount the difference in services on her own goodwill because she understood the gravity of the situation. On top of it all, it took almost a month later for Jayme to pass our deposit to Caroline. This was a difficult situation on both sides. I am so thankful that I did find someone so incredible as Caroline O at the end of all of it. In an incredibly competitive bridal industry, I would look elsewhere. I would be very hesitant to recommend Jayme’s services (Golden Bridal Design) given her lack of professionalism, and I would strongly urge you not hire Mercedes despite her talent, she may back out in the end without a word to you.

Golden Bridal Design did my bridal hair/makeup as well as that of my bridesmaids, and we could not have looked more beautiful. Jayme is truly passionate about what she does and took the time to craft a perfect updo that matched my vision perfectly. The rest of her team is attentive, professional, and do an absolutely fantastic job!! We were all so happy with our looks, and I can't recommend Golden Bridal Design enough.

I cannot recommend Golden Bridal enough. We had Laura for make up and Jenn for hair and the amount of compliments everyone had for their hair and make up was unreal. Everyone looked absolutely stunning but still natural and not cakey at all. Everyone was so pleased with their hair and make up.

Jayme was an incredible hair stylist! For each of my bridesmaids' hair styles, she matched to what they wanted perfectly! I did a trial run for my bride hair and the things that I wanted fixed, she made sure were perfect for the big day! She arrived on time and made sure we stuck to the time schedule. I had Jayme for hair and Mercedes for make-up. My girls and I were very happy how everything turned out, especially since all 6 of us knew very little about hair and make-up to begin with. They were patient and gave us all a cohesive look. They were on time and finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Jayme was very communicative through the whole process which my Type A personality really needed!

I had a fantastic experience with Golden Bridal Design and cannot recommend them enough. I had previously hired a different company and about a month and a half before my wedding had to scramble to find a new hair and makeup company when the original ghosted me. From the start, Jayme was professional and efficient in her communication, which I greatly appreciated. Despite the fact that she was getting married the day after my wedding, she made her and her team available for my wedding date. I knew after my trial with Jayme doing my hair and Mercedes doing my makeup that I had made the right choice. The two of them, along with Charity, did the hair and makeup for me, my bridal party, two flower girls, and four family members. They ran ahead of schedule, but it never felt rushed and literally every one of us loved our hair and makeup. I'm so thankful to Jayme and her team!!

Jayme was fantastic. She was so organized from booking, to rescheduling, to trial, to wedding day. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She is so talented. Everyone absolutely loved their hair and looked stunning for wedding day!

Jayme did the hair and one of her partners Tai did make up. To say they were amazing is an understatement! They were professional yet so fun and personable, I felt like I was working with two friends rather than vendors. For my hair trial, I wasn't too sure what I wanted and gave Jayme multiple reference looks that I liked and she gave me a couple ideas. I fell in love with the first look she made for me! I was also unsure of a hair vine and a veil I bought a year and a half ago but she was able to incorporate it fashionably while keeping my look simple and effortless. I highly recommend them and would love to have a reason to work with them again.

Jayme was wonderful to work with, everyone loved their hair (even if the wind blew it everywhere eventually) and our flower girl looked especially adorable!

We hired Jayme as our bridal party's hair stylist and Mercedes for makeup and we all had the most wonderful experience. All of my girls loved them; they kept us smiling and laughing despite how stressful and frenzied getting ready for a wedding can get at times, to the point where it felt like we were just having a girls' day with two friends. What's more, each of my bridesmaids felt beautiful and confident with the hair and makeup services they received, which I couldn't be more grateful for. I, of course, absolutely adored my hair and makeup as well. They took my Pinterest inspiration pictures and went above and beyond with them. In essence, they are wizards who make magic come to life! Their team is made up some of the most wonderful and professional people I have ever met, and I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to work with them.

I cannot recommend Golden Bridal Design enough! I got married last year during the COVID pandemic and Jayme was so flexible and easy to work with when our wedding plans kept constantly changing. Jayme did hair for my wedding and is so talented! Because of COVID, I opted not to have a trial, so I was initially a little nervous about how my hair would turn out. However, after seeing my hair, I was so impressed and could not have been happier! All I had to do was show Jayme a picture of what I was envisioning and she recreated it flawlessly! All of my bridesmaids loved their hair as well and we all received so many compliments throughout the day. I truly enjoyed working with Jayme and would highly recommend Golden Bridal Design to every bride!

I was able to find Jaymes work through a wedding facebook group page and I am SO glad I did. She was able to do the wedding hair side look that I wanted and she executed it as a trial run for my bridal shower party. I always think its a great idea to have a hair look you want; as a trial run first, just so you can see it for yourself! and It looked beautiful. At the end of my 4 hour bridal shower; I was able to add a comment to her that it needed additional bobby pins to keep the bottom end from getting too loose. At our wedding day; the hairstyle lasted ALL DAY and NIGHT! She arrived on time; and was able to do 4 of my bridesmaids hair. She is wonderful to work with and there are no regrets!! I would definitely keep Jayme in mind when it comes to wedding events. She will be able to make our hair look gorgeous and lasting!

I hired Golden Bridal Design for my own wedding after I was referred to her from one of my friends. Jayme was on time to my appointment, she was very sweet, and we connected like we were friends for a long time. I barely get emotional for things, and when I saw my hair for the first time I got very emotional, I loved my hair so much. It stayed put the whole night. (It stayed on to be exact like 24 hours) Not even one curl came out from the pins. I got so many compliments on my hair. It was literally perfection. I had shown her a picture for inspo and she delivered exactly as what I wanted. I definitely will be recommending her to other people!

Jayme and the Golden Bridal Design team are incredible! I cannot stress enough how happy myself and my bridal party were with our hair and make up. Drinking, dancing, being married the last week of July in an outdoor ceremony - everyones hair and make up held up. These artists deliver, I would recommend to anyone!

I was a bridsmade in a wedding in October 2020. We used Golden Bridal Design for our hair and makeup. I was very impressed with how professional and easy going everyone was from start to finish. Jayme was clear and helpful throughout the process. I had Kelly for my hair stylist. She was quick and receptive to the information she asked me. My hair was beautiful and held up all night (even looked great the next morning!). Karla was my makeup stylist and she was also very receptive to what she asked and what I let her know. My makeup was flawless and held up for about 13 hours. I recommend Golden Bridal Design for any event needs.

Golden Bridal Design did an amazing job on mine and my bridal party's hair and makeup! I could not have been more happy with the results. They were also super professional and cautious given COVID safety procedures. They did a great job preventing cross-contamination during makeup and my bridal party and I felt super comfortable throughout the whole process. I felt absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day and I will continue to look back at my wedding photos and admire the work they did!

Jayme & her girls did a phenomenal job. They worked quickly, results were exactly what we had envisioned, and very friendly. They made my day perfect, more than fairly priced, and loved how flexible they were. I cannot recommend Golden Bridal enough.

Let me start by saying that Jayme is incredible at her job. My hair was stunning. She did my hair when I was a bridesmaid in a wedding last fall. That was how I decided I would like her and her team for my wedding. I have naturally curly hair and I was intent on wearing my hair natural for my wedding. Jamie handled it beautifully. I do not even think a heat styler was used on my hair and I was very, very pleased with how my hair and make up looked for my wedding. Mercedes handled the make up for my wedding, and I thought myself, my bridesmaids, and the mothers all looked beautiful. Now I know that COVID is a new venture for all of us, but I would not say that I went through the process of changing my date over with her without stress. She sent out some confusing and conflicting emails with restrictions that made me uneasy and had me questioning my decision to hire her team and worried I would lose my entire investment and not have a stylist for the wedding. It was a very contrasting experience from my other vendors who were all very easy to work with to change over my wedding date.

Golden Bridal Design did an amazing job for my wedding day! With COVID, we had to postpone our wedding to a later date and Jayme was very helpful in communicating and adjusting the contract for our new date. My entire bridal party loved their hair & makeup! All we had to do was show a picture of the style we wanted and Jayme executed it beautifully. Golden Bridal Design was great to work with and I highly recommend them!

Anne was our stylist and she was excellent! I was incredibly happy with my hair and make up and how well it held up throughout the day (it was drizzling and a bit windy and we still took photos outside and I still looked great after!) The booking processes was easy and professional and the prices were very affordable given the high quality work.

Jayme is the Queen of hair and makeup! Her response time is very quick, she's very detailed in her quotes and contracts, and she is so kind and caring! All three inspiration photos she was given for hair and makeup, she surpassed- her work was better! Jayme is very talented and was attentive along the way with all the planning and was willing to help with anything she could. She even helped talk through things that didn't pertain to hair or makeup! She not only wasy vendor, but a friend as well and I am so glad she was a part of my day. This year, she was hired for hair and makeup for my minimony, and I am so over the moon pleased with her work that she has been hired next year as well for our large celebration. My Hair was beautifully braided for the ceremony. I usually have frizzies and flyaways galore, but Jayme tamed all of that and my hair looked gorgeous all day. The curls held up really well too. I had a glamorous makeup look for the day and it was just beautiful. The smokey eye was gorgeous, her selection of false lashes is huge and she has something for everyone, the airbrush foundation is as smooth as butter and she color matched everyone perfectly. We are all a group of criers, and with all the tears that were shed... not one of us had makeup that faltered. The makeup was just as fresh and good at 11pm as it was at 11am. Jayme is truly a rockstar and there's no one else I'd rather have make me look as gorgeous as she did for my big day.

Jayme and Mercedes did a phenomal work on my hair and make up as well as my wedding party's. Their both awesome at what they do and I couldn't have asked for a better team for such a special day in my life. The make up looked very light and natural and reflected my personality very well. My hair was simply perfect and exactly the way I want it but it wasn't my own idea, it was Jayme's. Our daughters' eyes glowed when they looked at themselves in the mirror after their hair and make up were done. The rest of our wedding party also looked amazing. I have received lots of great compliments and now that I look at the pictures, it was truly picture perfect. I am very gratrful for these 2 talented ladies. Five star ratings don't give it enough justice. I highly recommend them.

Jayme was excellent to work with! She was always so prompt to answer my emails and questions and was willing to work with me with some of my concerns! I had 9 people who wanted to have their hair done for my wedding and she was able to get them all done in the time frame that we had and did an amazing job! I did do a hair trial and while I loved the style she did, I wasn’t thrilled with it on me. We ended up going with a different style on my wedding day and it came out perfectly! I’m so happy I found Jayme and would highly recommend her to anyone else!

Jayme is amazing! She did my hair for my wedding, as well as both mothers, and 4 bridesmaids. She finished everyone in record time and everyone looked beautiful and our hair lasted all day and night! There was a miscommunication on how many ladies needed their hair done (on my end) but Jayme stayed until everyone was done and looked perfect. She is sweet and personable and she listens to what you want, and executes it flawlessly.

Jayme was super professional and super friendly with everyone. She helped make me feel like a beautiful bride on my wedding day! I wanted to wear a crown on a half updo style since we had a dungeons and dragons themed wedding. She made sure that crown did not move anywhere, which was super important since my husband and I'd first dance was choreographed with a lot of spins and dips. The crown sand the hair style did not budge!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Golden Bridal Design should receive a gold star (no pun intended)! I had the pleasure to work with Jayme for my bridal photoshoot hair and make up today and had an awesome experience! Jayme was very detailed in her initial quote. her packages was convenient and well priced. I worked with Karla for our makeup. She did an amazing job with every girl! They truly looked like themselves but ready for a party. The makeup lasted the whole day and night. We did so much dancing and the makeup was still in place at midnight! Our hair was done by Kristin and her assistant. All the girls got what they wanted. they were able to work even with short/thin hair and make it look amazing! Most importantly, everyone was on time, punctual, and everyone was ready for photos at the right time. I cannot be happier with my choice!

Jayme did such a great job on all of our hair for my wedding. She was on time (I was running around and she was already setting up I felt bad). She did exactly what we all wanted with our hair and did a phenomenal job. Her attention to detail was great. Towards the end of her doing hair, my mom's curls ended up falling flat and she redid them with no problem. She was very professional and communication was great! Would definitely recommend for your big day!

A couple of weeks before my wedding, I had a couple of extra people that I wanted to "gift" hair for and I found Jayme last minute. From initial communication, she was super sweet and accommodating. She gave me great suggestions about hairstyles for short and long hair and was very flexible. On the big day, she arrived right on time and did an amazing job on the updos. We all had long, straight Asian hair and she braided, pinned, and made everyone look beautiful! One of my bridesmaid flashed her a photo of what she wanted and Jayme did a replica easily! Jayme is truly gifted, so dont hesitate to contact her for your hair needs!

Jayme has so much talent it's hard to know where to begin on this review! I got married in November and during the summer I stumbled (luckily) upon Jayme and asked her to come to my apartment to do a hair trial. I gave her a picture of what I would like but wasn't sure with my hair length or type if it would be doable. Jayme looked at the picture and told me it would be no problem and proceeded to replicate the bridal picture perfectly! Jayme is so professional to work with and responsive with emails which was an added bonus. She also handled my bridal party with ease and handled their requests perfectly which made the day flow smoothly My hair looked flawless and stayed in tact the whole night. No touch ups or Missed placed strands at all! I received a ton of compliments on my hair and I've never felt prettier thanks to her. I am so thankful to Jayme and her talent for hair. I can't say enough great things about her services and any bride would be lucky to book her for their big day.

I originally went to Jayme for my trial back in February with a friend who was also getting married this year. My friend and I both booked Jayme for each of our weddings (hers in June, mine in November). We also both stood up in each other's weddings, so we have both seen Jayme twice this year other than our trials. Couldn't have been happier with how my hair, and my bridal party's hair, turned out. My (3 yr old) flower girl, who never had her hair done before, was blown away with just getting curls put in her hair and my Jr. Bridesmaid (13 yr old) literally loved her style so much that she kept it in for a few days after. Couldn't recommend Jayme more...she is such a sweet girl & fantastic at doing hair!

Jayme did an amazing job on mine and my bridesmaids hair! She made all my hair inspirations for us come to life. My hair is pretty thick and my updo was perfect all day long! Bonus is that she is super friendly and easy to work with too!

Jayme was absolutely amazing to work with. She did my hair on my wedding day as well as my 6 bridesmaids and my mother. Originally we had a time limit to all be ready by 230 but it got moved back an hour and she managed to do everyone’s hair, as well as touch ups, even with adding an extra person all on time. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough she did an magnificent job!

Jayme was my hairstylist for my wedding. She did an AMAZING job. It was like 102* that day we got married and my hair stayed perfectly alllllll night long. I got so many compliments for how my hair looked and how well it stayed through the heat and dancing! I also have hair that does NOT like to hold curl and for my updo she curled it and pinned and worked her magic and it stayed!!!!!. I HIGHLY recommend Jayme to anyone! Jayme came to my hotel to get me, my 5 bridesmaids, and 2 moms ready. She was amazing and patient. She got us ready in time and our hair looked fabulous. My hair the day of was so much better than I ever expected and blew my husband away!
