ve, we would like to clarify a few important details. Our company was contracted by you to assist with planning and coordination leading up to the wedding day. However, certain responsibilities fall outside the scope of our services, including venue management, parking logistics, and building access. Those items are managed directly by the venue staff. As for the bridal party entrances, those are coordinated by the DJ per industry standard. The DJ controls both the timing and the announcements for formal entrances, and we rely on their cue to ensure a smooth and polished flow. Regarding cleanup and breakdown, our full teardown service package was neither selected nor wanted. Our team assisted with end-of-night organization as outlined in their contracted package, but full breakdown and cleaning are offered as an additional service, which was not requested or purchased for this event. We had open communication before the wedding about these details, and everything that occurred was in accordance with the discussed plan and contracted services. We truly wish you and your family the very best, and we’re happy to hear the day was still a beautiful celebration of love. That said, we’d also like to kindly ask how you would like to proceed with payment for the outstanding balance related to the rentals that were used for this event.
