Our guests absolutely loved the adorable trolley taking them back and forth from our venue to the hotel! Golden Limousine was very good with communication and I appreciated the confirmation emails and texts the day before to assure me that all was set for the next day. We also really appreciated our getaway car waiting for us as we said goodbye to our guests--it's true what they say about your wedding reception going by in a flash, and we appreciated his patience as we slowly made our way outside! Highly recommend this reliable transportation company for your wedding!

I wanted a trolley FOR SURE for the day and was thrilled to find one. The service leading up to the day was awesome but unfortunately our day of service was just slightly lacking as the driver was not the most professional. That said, everything was on time, they played the music I provided, etc.

I had a great experience! Shari did an amazing job helping me schedule the transportation I needed. She wasp so patient and helpful as my wedding plans changed. On the day of the wedding all the drivers were great. We had a little issue when one of the buses broke down prior to getting to the hotel to pick up guests. This company was on it and sent another his immediately. All my guests arrived on time! So glad I booked them.

Golden Limousine was great to work with for our wedding. We used them as a shuttle from the hotel to the venue. They were very timely and got all guests safely to and from the hotel. They even went above and beyond and picked up our late night snack of Taco Bell for the wedding. Thanks Golden Limousine.

We knew we needed a shuttle to get our guests out to our venue and Golden delivered. They were very easy to work with and got everyone to our venue for the ceremony and did trips as needed on the return and made sure everyone got to the hotel at the end. We are so glad we had this option for our guests.

We had wanted to book with Golden, but the lack of urgency in the responses received made us feel as if we did not matter. It took weeks to get an initial response and the after expressing interest in booking, no response. With all the transportation companies in the area, why bother fighting to get a response from a company that obviously does not care

Golden Limo was easy to work with. I got my quotes on different vehicle options quickly. On the day of our wedding, our driver showed up on time. The sprinter limo is clean and comfortable.

We were so happy with our choice to use Golden Limousine for our wedding. Debbie was great to plan with, she answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We had a bit of a hiccup the day of the wedding, (nothing to do with the car service) and Golden Limo rolled with it, stayed later and provided professional transportation for our guests.

Golden Limousine was a pleasure to work with! I spoke to Joanne several times before solidifying our reservations and she made every effort to perfect what we were looking for and needing. The day of, we got notice that our trolley had been in a crash so they had to send a replacement vehicle. Other than that, the service was exceptional and our getaway car driver at the end of the night was polite, professional, and kind. Thank you so much!

I booked a trolley originally through another company. They retired the vehicle and failed to inform me. I of course was not happy and told them they needed to find me a replacement. Golden Limousine was amazing! I reached out to them directly to confirm everything was set in place, they were so friendly. The trolley driver was such a sweetheart! Was always on time, helped us girls on/off and held umbrellas for us. She didn't hesitate to jump in and take pictures when she saw us taking our "selfies." We were unable to put on our just married sign due to rain in the morning. When we excited one of our stops she had gone out and done it for us! Wonderful experience, they truly turned a bad situation around.

We had the adorable trolley from Golden Limousine International drive up to East Lansing for our wedding day! The trolley was PERFECT! It had air conditioning, it was clean, and it had enough seating for everyone! Our driver was punctual and even though she was not from the area, she had no problem getting to and from where we needed her to be. She was also willing to be flexible and stop for photos. There are not many good limousine services in the area, and this service was equivalent in price to local limo companies even after paying them to travel up to East Lansing. The person on the phone when booking was professional and excellent at communication. I would HIGHLY recommend going with this company for your limousine needs! They had a HUGE fleet of vehicles to choose from, but I am in love with the trolley that we had for our wedding day! We couldn't be happier with the service they provided!

We're so glad we hired this service for our guests! They were really helpful in planning the number of shuttles and the timing needs for multiple trips. The drivers were very professional and the shuttles were very nice, and clean!

I can not say enough good things about the trolley from golden limousine! Our very professional driver, Cynthia Hart, navigated tricky narrow roads with no problem. I received many complements on her driving skills from numerous guests on the trolley. Also want to note how clean and timely the trolley was. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing. We chose the "Golden Trolley" and it added such a uniqueness to our event. It was the perfect size for all our guests and was a step above the traditional limo or party bus. Our driver was excellent as well, very friendly. I would recommend this company for any event!

I chose Golden Limousine for a client whose parents needed to have a ride to their child's wedding ceremony. The company notified several days ahead of pick up time, when the driver picked up on the day of and then when the couple were returned home. The couple was nervous about the ride but the driver made them comfortable, talked with them and drove very well.

I have absolutely zero complaints -- working with Golden Limousine was a dream! Initially I chose to work with Golden Limousine because they were the most responsive and professional in their correspondence, I should have known this would translate to their service as well! Debbie, in the office, was incredibly helpful and organized. When it came to Edward, our driver on the day-of, he was awesome as well. So professional, perfectly prompt, very polite and a skilled driver. We came in a little under our scheduled time and they even pro-rated the service -- totally unexpected but very much appreciated, anyone planning a wedding knows that even these little things may make a big difference. Golden Limo was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. We decided late into our planning (about a month before) that we were going to need transportation to the venue. Debbie was able to set everything up for us, and we were able to rent a Sprinter Limo for the wedding party and a Continental for the two of us at the end of the night. Reggie, our Limo driver, was on time, and the vehicle was spotless. He even played our first song for the bride and bridesmaids on their way to the ceremony. Our ride home was equally enjoyable, and Anthony was kind and courteous. He even rolled out a red carpet for us, in addition to having "Just Married" stickers on the car. I would definitely recommend Golden Limo if you are looking for any transportation services.

The customer service at this company is absolutely the worst. I am a future bride, planning a wedding from Japan. I woke up at 4 am to call the company to go over the contract. When the sales representative answered my call after 3rd attempt at reaching her, she answered "what can i do for you" No good afternoon or hello, just rude what can i do for you. I proceeded to explain my concerns about not having 2 hotels mentioned in a contract and i asked her if she included that in our quote, she replied with"Its there" . I asked her to please tell me where as I was looking thought it on my computer and her reply was " i cant pull up your contract right now" AT this point, I am very frustrated.. if you really cant, just be polite about it and let me know when you can or if I can call back another day but after a few seconds of silence because i had no words to say to his rude person she goes " Would that be all?" ... This is unfortunate, because this company was recommended to me by the hotel where we are staying but I just cant go with them. Having this sales person be my first interaction with this company really turned me away.

Golden Limo was recommended to us through our wedding coordinator. Overall, the booking process was very easy and everyone I spoke with was super friendly. They called to confirm all the details before our wedding to make sure everything was set, which I really appreciated. Also, they day of, I got emails with confirmation and driver information so it made it really easy to contact our drivers. However.....Even with the friendly confirmation phone call, the drivers still didn't seem to know the plan. After dropping the groomsmen off at the venue, the limo was instructed to return to the hotel to pick up myself and the bridesmaids. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the driver for an ETA, to which he was no where near the venue and honestly wasn't even on his way. This made us over an hour late to the wedding and caused me to miss out on valuable photographer time. Ultimately everything turned out fine, but the lack of communication caused major stress on our wedding day.

I actually really liked working with golden limousines. Their employees were really pleasant to work with. My mother in law recommended them and it turned out great. The thing I was really impressed by was the fact that I called them like a week before my wedding and they were able to get me a limo in no time with no problem! That was nice! The only other thing I will add was that they had a 3 hr minimum, which I only needed it for 1.5 hrs. But whatever most limo services had a 3-4 hr. limit and they were more expensive so it wasn't too big of a deal to me. Our driver was also really polite. I don't really have anything negative to say about them. Good serveries and polite employees, what more could you ask for!
