Five Stars for Chelsea and Shelby who did my bride's hair and makeup at the wedding we mutually worked on. Not only did they make our bridal party, who was already beautiful, even more so, they were so easy to work with and so incredibly organized and kind! I can't wait to work with them again in the future!

I can’t recommend Golden Magnolia enough!!! Chelsey did my wedding day hair and makeup and everything was absolutely beautiful. Everything held up perfectly through all of the tears and dancing. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and talented Chelsey was. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars!!! Chelsey did an amazing job checking in on me and making sure I loved everything she was doing. Absolutely incredible experience!!

I felt so comfortable and taken care of during my trail and during my wedding. 6 people had their hair done and she made sure to take care of all my girls, and even though we did our makeup ourselves, she still gave me advice! Absolutely wonderful and would go to them again if I ever needed anything done while in Florida.

Golden Magnolia is everything you are looking for on your big day! Professionalism and a fantastic team! They made sure that not only I was comfortable and looking my best but that my bridesmaids also felt the same way! They gave us touch up kits and took amazing care of us!!

Shelby and her team did an amazing job! She has an eye for detail and knows how to work with your natural features. As someone with Asian features, I've encountered challenges in the past when it comes to finding makeup artists who understand how to do eye makeup on my eye shape. I was instantly put to ease after my first trial where Shelby absolutely nailed it! She listened to my feedback during the trial run and made adjustments until everything was absolutely perfect. On the wedding day itself, she executed the look flawlessly, and I got so many compliments throughout the day. Some ways that sets Golden Magnolia apart from a lot of other hair and makeup companies that I contacted: They do not up charge for the bride’s hair and makeup, and they include lashes in their makeup price. They also provide a touch up kit for every person’s makeup they do which includes a lip touch up, blotting sheets, and a pre-powdered puff. Aside from the work, Shelby is also just an extremely kind and professional person to work with. Her and her team arrived on time and finished on time. They worked so quickly and got 10 girls through hair and makeup looking absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any bride-to-be looking for hair and makeup perfection on their special day.

I was recommended to Golden Magnolia Studio by my bridal shop. From the moment I went in for a trial run on hair and makeup, I knew I was lead to the right place! Shelby from the moment I walked in was awesome and helped me to find my wedding day look based off a few pictures and collaborating together some of the ideas to achieve a bridal glow! Her energy was amazing and day of she was just *chefs kiss*! 100% will come to her for any hair and makeup I need for future events!

I’ve taken so long to write this review because I could not figure out how to put into words just how wonderful Golden Magnolia Studio was for my wedding day. They were the kindest, most encouraging, most talented people to help my wedding, and I basically just felt like I was getting ready with a friend while Shelby was doing my hair and makeup morning of. I did a trial at their studio in Lake Nona (which is absolutely adorable and I definitely recommend, because you’ll have a whole other day where you feel the prettiest you’ve ever felt AND the vibes are just perfect), and Shelby was so cool and the best hype girl you could ever have. Golden Magnolia did both hair and makeup for my mom and I, and they didn’t have a minimum number of people required, which is a huge bonus. My mom and I never wear makeup, and everything Shelby did felt so light and airy and easy on our skin, and we never worried about smearing or discoloration throughout the night. She helped me style a bridal ponytail with extensions I had, and she got my mom’s thinner hair into a half up and half down that looked perfect. I don’t say it often, but that was by far the most confident and beautiful we have ever felt. And beyond just how talented they are and how well they adapt to each individual person, Shelby was so professional and flowed perfectly in the bridal suite that morning. She even beat us getting there and had everything set up and ready, which really won my mom over! They are officially my go-to hair and makeup team, and as much as I want to be selfish with them, they should be everyone else’s too!!

Super professional and punctual and know what to do wether you have 1000 inspiration pics or no clue what you want. Great attitude and disposition not to mention extremely talented team! Also very flexible and accommodating. 1000/10 would recommend.

Truly a wonderful experience with Golden Magnolia Studio for my wedding day! They listened to what I wanted and what was important to me and executed perfectly. I am not one to wear make-up on a regular basis so I was a bit worried I would feel uncomfortable but, I felt right at ease! I got so many compliments specifically on my hair and make-up that I knew I went with the right choice when I chose to book with Golden Magnolia Studio!

The girls at Golden Magnolia are the best! They made me and my bridal party feel so comfortable and beautiful. They were a joy to get ready with, so much so, we wished they could have stayed the whole night. My wedding day hair and makeup was gorgeous and my groom kept complimenting me on it. Even he loved it and still talks about it a year later! They were very professional as well. They also made the trip out of state to be able to provide their services. I cannot thank them enough!

Absolutely the best service I've ever received! Chelsey and Shelby were so professional, incredibly friendly, they were so helpful with all questions I had, and really listened to me and everything was perfect! Would recommend to any one at all needing any hair/makeup services! And the prices were SO REASONABLE especially for the level of talent you get from both of them!

I booked Golden Magnolia for my wedding. Chelsey was so helpful and professional! She listened to what I wanted, patiently looked through my idea board with me, and made the magic happen. Chelsey did my hair and makeup for the event, and she also did my bridesmaids’ look. Everything looked just as I hoped for, and the look stayed all night! I highly recommend this company for your special events. They’re very talented artists who care about their clients.

Shelby went out of her way to travel to TN to make my bridal dreams come true! She had magnificent communication and executed my look flawlessly. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was being taken care of as the bride on such a hectic day. I even wanted to change something mid look and It was no problem. I couldn’t recommend their services enough, and booked her again for my maternity photoshoot months later. If I ever have any special occasion styling needs in the future I will continue to invest with this studio no questions asked. They are trendy, reliable, professional, and hilarious! More importantly, worth every penny.
