Stay away at all costs!! I signed with this company for a specific color dance floor. My contract states what product I would be receiving on my wedding day.

fessional, will not follow through on contracts, and will not give refunds after not following through on their contractual obligations.
If you can choose literally any other company please do, don't let them ruin your wedding day and then try to offer a less than 30% refund of what you paid even though they didn't provide the dance floor you paid for, installed it 2 hours and 20 minutes late, didn't have anywho who could speak English delivering for my planners and family to communicate the issue, wouldn't fix the issue or call in other companies to fix the issue, and had a random employee at the venue sign for the arrival (not me, my family, or coordinator as stated by contract), didn't text or call me before "heading to the venue" as they also stated they would before signing a contract with them, and yet still will make you pay for 50% of the floor and 100% of the delivery on a floor you didn't sign for in the contract or in person.
Stay away!! For your own best interest, I can't image having a worst experience for a dance floor vendor. I now have to get my lawyer involved to get the refund that is obviously required by the state of Florida. Right after they ruined a huge part of my wedding and will be in every picture forever.
