My hubby bought my engagement ring here which is STUNNING. When it came to my wedding band I had no idea what I wanted. I walked up and down jewelers row until my fingers were swollen from trying on rings. Our guy at Golden Nugget brought me these more unique bands and he clearly knew me better than I did because it is PERFECT! It is gold with a few small diamonds, nothing gaudy, and a vintage vibe. GORGEOUS. Im a very very happy wife :)

Shanna at Golden Nugget jeweler is just the best! They have such an amazing selection and she was so helpful in picking out the most perfect wedding bands to go with my gorgeous Golden Nugget engagement ring that she helped my finance pick up. She is so patient and I felt no pressure. I was very comfortable asking as many questions as I wanted while trying on many different band options. Totally accidentally and by easy mistake, my bands came in incorrectly and I was so upset because I wasn't happy with how they looked with my engagement ring. It was no problem at all to "return" them and reorder the correct bands to be the perfect match. I highly recommend the Golden Nugget, but even more so, Shanna!

Going through an engagement ring process is a very stressful one until my girlfriend and I stumbled upon the Golden Nugget in Philadelphia . When we first walked in Marian helped us and found us the most perfect ring and more importantly at the perfect price. They had to make it custom and the designer who makes the setting needed extra time . As time went on, I became anxious over the ring and getting it in time for the proposal. Marian made sure they got the ring from the designer and to me right in time! When it was finished, it came out even more beautiful than I expected. The people at Golden Nugget are patient and are utmost professionals . They handled my constant phone calls and emails with grace and made my fiancé the happiest woman in the world!! I spent a couple days exploring jewelers row in Philly to find an artisan who would craft me a specific engagement ring. Each jeweler had his own good and bad qualities but when I walked into Golden Nugget Jewelers I was blown away. Shanna is the gemologist who showed me exactly the setting I was looking for; and spent no time trying to fiddle with my budget. The diamonds she brought to me for inspection under the loupe were by FAR the best I had seen in my past few days of exploring. She was a great source of information and a joy to talk to. When I made my purchase I was fully confident in my decision. In the end, I got exactly the ring I was looking for at exactly the price I wanted, and with an insurance plan to boot. My fiancé is ecstatic with her ring and cannot be happier with how it looks. I highly recommend Golden Nugget, especially Shanna!

My fiance bought my engagement ring from Golden Nugget. They gave him a great price, but we will not be shopping with them again. First, they sold him the wrong size. He told them he needed to buy a size 7 but when he put it on my finger it was HUGE. I later found out it was a 7 3/4. Next, after 1 week of having the ring, the diamond became loose. we brought it back and they tightened it, and while we were there we asked them about making the prongs platinum to keep the diamond from getting loose. they told us that white gold was stronger and changing to platinum wouldn't do anything. fast forward only 3 weeks later and the diamond is loose again (I can literally spin the diamond in the prongs). we decide we want to get another opinion so we go to a more well known jeweler and they tell us that white gold is too soft and that the prongs should be platinum. in the end, we had to pay almost $500 more to get another jeweler to fix what golden nugget should have. not sure the good price was worth it.

My husband bought my engagement right from Michael. He is absolutely the best. My husband said that he sat down with him for an entire day to help him pick out my rock. Since then, I have met Michael as well, when I was maintaining my engagement ring and also to buy our wedding bands. The service he provides is truly amazing and personal. So easy to work with, not pushy whatsoever, very understanding. Everything you would want in a salesman. We don't live in Philly anymore but he makes it so easy for our rings to get serviced - they pay for overnight shipping back and forth and everything is insured. So easy to work with and I trust him completely!!!

After quite a bit of searching, Golden Nugget jewelers definitely gave us the biggest bang for our buck. Many of the salespeople remind me of squirrely used car salesmen though and are very pushy to make a sale. My now husband and I were looking to have a custom solitaire ring designed, and I did not find them to be very patient or interested in what I was looking for. That being said, we used other jewelers to determine exactly what we wanted, and were then able to go back to Golden Nugget and get a better deal than we would have elsewhere.

Golden Nugget Jewelers provided my engagement ring and my wedding band! The design is beautiful and very unique! I get compliments all the time from my friends and family - they never seen such a unique band before. The ring is diamond encrusted. At times I lost some smaller diamonds, these are guaranteed and have been replaced with no fuss. I would recommend Golden Nugget Jewelers to all of my friends and family!

My finace purchased a gorgeous Tacori band a flawless diamond from Golden Nugget for my engagement ring. When it came time to look for bands, we didn't go anywhere else! Mike helped me pick a gorgeous Tacori band that doesn't matter, but perfectly compliments my band. His suggestions allowed me to pick a band that I never would've! My husband and I both receive daily compliments on our wedding bands. Mike was absolutely amazing! He works with you and ensures that you get an amazing deal. Unlike other jewelers, they own all their diamonds, which allows them to give higher discounts. My ring is appraised for double when my husband paid. But most importantly, I am in love with it!! My husband got my engagement ring at Golden Nugget and told me the great experience he'd had with Mike. Mike spent several hours teaching my husband about diamonds and how to choose them. When I went back to get my ring sized I realized why my husband had said so many good things about Mike! We even went back to buy our wedding bands. Mike's the greatest. However, I dropped off my ring to get cleaned a couple of days before the wedding and went back to pick it up. The staff had "misplaced" my ring and couldn't find it! It took them almost an hour to realize it had been put in the wrong basket, at which point I'd nearly had a heart attack. But once they found it they were very apologetic and cleaned it immediately. I would definitely go back but I won't trust anyone but Mike with my rings!

My fiance (now husband) found this jeweler at 8th and Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia and I must admit I was skeptical as I had never heard of them and thought the name of the store was a bit cheesy but then I found out that they are the official jeweler of the Seventy-Sixers and the Flyers and I must say that the engagement ring my husband bought me here was absolutely stunning! It seriously took my breath away! Dave was his salesperson and assisted him in showing him what they could do in his budget without being pushy. We ended up going back for our wedding bands and got a nice discount on those since we bought the engagement ring there. Beautiful selection and service and very professional. Overall a great jeweler!!
