DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Antiono and Kiersten will take your money upfront and fail to fully deliver as contracted. We were left stranded several times on our trip to Italy and...
had to incur thousands in additional costs out of pocket for several transfers and excursions. Antiono and Kiersten in writing committed to a full refund for the additional out of pocket expenses where they failed to perform and of course after the trip the refund was not provided. For the last 8 weeks we have tried to communicate with them via phone, text and email and they have ignored all correspondence to address the outstanding refunds. They are unprofessional and dishonest, please do not trust your money or trip to this company.
