Overall, she was one of the best investments we made in our wedding, because she allowed us and our families to be present and enjoy the day! hey did! After reaching out to several coordinators, we quickly realized that Beth with Golden Touch Weddings was by far the most responsive, comprehensive, and thorough in her initial contacts. After our first meeting to discuss potential services, we were immediately sold and booked her immediately! Despite only hiring for “day-of” coordination, Beth was readily available for phone conversations, emails, and text exchanges for the remainder of our wedding planning process and coordinating with vendors (even chasing down the ones we had a difficult time getting ahold of!). She kept us continually in the loop with all of her communication that we needed to be aware of and clarified any questions that came up in the process. Additionally, Beth put together a binder of information for us with vendor contacts, timeline, and details necessary that we referenced on a regular basis leading up to the big day. On the day of our wedding, Beth was an absolute LIFESAVER! Multiple times throughout the day my husband and I looked at each other and commented on how seamless the day had gone - all thanks to Beth. We found out later on all of the potential mishaps that could have occurred (i.e., uninvited guests, vendors not following through on originally predetermined details, etc.) that we had no idea about, as they had all been taken care of by Beth. Even our guests and family members noticed and told us what an incredible job she had done in keeping things on the predetermined timeline, getting vendors set up, and ensuring that we were able to be guests and enjoy our beautiful day while running the show behind-the-scenes. Looking back, we are SO immensely grateful that our venue required a coordinator, because we couldn’t have pulled off such an amazing day without Beth’s structure and amazing attitude. In sum, if you’re even thinking of hiring a coordinator - go with Golden Touch Weddings! You will be so grateful you did!
