her. She was hired as a day of coordinator, which means I planned everything including creating a schedule, vendors, and decor. Her only job was to follow instruction and follow the plan I had created. She did not. We spent the entire wedding day fixing her mistakes and undoing what she had done because all of it was wrong. She looked completely lost trying to figure out what to do next. I did not have faith in her following direction so I woke up early on my wedding day and set everything up for her and yet she moved things to the wrong places and had to be told to undo them. We would give her tasks and explain what to do and she did them wrong. I had beautiful arrangement for my bridal table and it did not meet expectation and half of the decor was missing. Guests and vendors came to me asking if she had ever planned a wedding before because they all noticed she looked lost. She took pictures and videos of the entire wedding to show as her work, but it is not an accurate depiction as I planned everything myself. Rehearsal day was the worst. She had no control over anyone and didnt gather everyone and line them up. She was so timid and kept asking what we wanted even though we had already gone over it. I had to start directing people because was not. This is not someone I would ever recommend to use as she caused me extreme stress during my wedding day. I had to constantly check on what she was doing because I didn’t trust she knew what to do. When we went over everything she never even took notes. Luckily, I had very strong vendors who did know what the plan was and were also correcting her and fixing her mistakes. She did not coordinate well with vendors as she only asked them what time they would be arriving. I caught my own mistakes that I missed in the plan, but she did not. I am just so upset with the performance and the fact she caused so much stress on my wedding day for me and my family.
