Awful customer service. Rented a 20 passenger bus for a Bachelor Party at the end of Aug 2020. When the day came, I got a call saying they don't have 20 passenger bus available. Sh...owed up late with a 10-12 passenger van.
When asking for a partial refund back for not getting what I ordered. They kept directing me to different contacts and none of them responded back. Never heard from them again.
