Great to work with and the food was amazing! My guests were raving about it all night. They also brought take out boxes so people got to take tacos home and I didn’t feel over whelmed by all of the extra food and it didn’t go to waste. Would recommend!!

I had never heard of Gomez before I found them on the Knot. I knew I wanted a taco bar and they were PERFECT. Jenn, their catering director, was super professional, on time, and so helpful. We went and did a tasting to check them out before hiring them and they didn’t disappoint!! The food was amazing and I knew I had to book them. Fast forward to our wedding day, the food was AMAZING, we got so many compliments. Our venue didn’t have a kitchen and Jenn was still able to make my taco bar dreams happen. 11/10 recommend Gomez for any event but especially weddings!

So pleased with our decision to have Gomez cater our wedding - they were so easy to work with from the initial inquiry all the way to our actual wedding day. Jen was extremely helpful with our planning, as well as recommendations on what options to choose for our guests since we were traveling in from out of state and couldn't make it back for a tasting prior to booking! LOVED the turtles for the bride and groom, and all of our guests (and even the other vendors) raved about the food as well!

We used Gomez for our wedding catering on 9/21/24, and have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience working with them! We did a nacho / taco bar for 140 guests and the food was delicious. The ability for guests to get exactly what they want and customize their tacos or bowls was a major upgrade over your typical wedding "chicken and potatoes" type meals. The initial tasting is very representative of what you will actually receive on your wedding day. I greatly appreciate how their food is accommodating to guests with a wide variety of dietary needs - we served vegetarians, gluten free, dairy free, and nut free guests with ease and confidence. Food was labeled with the specific dietary info so guests knew what they could eat. Plus, I love how you can order smaller amounts of certain things - we ordered just 15 servings of the vegetarian sofritas option which allowed us to save money while still satisfying everyone. We also added on some fresh fruit and veggies during cocktail hour to help provide a more refreshing option, so it was nice they could accommodate that even though that isn't one of their traditional options. The catering staff was friendly, professional, and operated like a well-oiled machine. I barely noticed they were there, in the best way possible! Guests moved through our buffet line quickly and the food was kept hot / refilled. Finally, I love that they package up your food for you to take home and do to-go boxes for guests. I hate wasting food so I appreciate that we can enjoy the leftovers instead of them going to the trash. One tip for future couples: We purchased disposable "taco plates" (with raised dividers to hold the tortillas) and also bowls (like what Chipotle has) so guests could do tacos or burrito bowls. Having both options was appreciated over your typical flat disposable plate.

Best decision for catering ever! Gomez did a nacho bar and taco bar for our wedding and it was the best wedding food ever. All the guests loved it! Couldn’t recommend enough!

The best!! Everyone was talking about how good the food was at our wedding - it was so delicious!! The layout was great, everyone loved the cocktail hour appetizers, and the staff was so friendly! If you are looking for something unique that everyone will love - this is it!!

Gomez did a fantastic job for our intimate wedding! My husband and I didn’t really want the typical wedding food and we’re so happy that we found Gomez. Our guests loved the food and we had lots of leftovers to enjoy afterwards.

Gomez was the perfect wedding caterer! We did not want formal food for our reception so we were referred to Gomez. After our tasting we instantly booked them and didn't try anyone else. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Denise always made sure she was fully informed and made herself available for questions. We went with the nacho bar for the cocktail hour and a taco bar for dinner. We received so many compliments! They also handled dismissing tables to the buffet line and got everyone (150 people) through the line in 45 minutes. We didn't have to worry about a thing with delivery and set up. Highly recommend!!!

I got the idea for a taco bar from a patient of mine and loved the idea from the start! Gomez was so easy to work with, specifically Denise. She had so many great recommendations based on the number of guests we were having. She was very willing to help the day of! We had so many people compliment our food, specifically the nacho bar! We would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I love Gomez and knew that we wanted to share that love with our wedding guests, but Gomez went above and beyond our expectations with the quality of the food and service. We splurged for the Cantina package and the steak and shrimp were worth every penny and had our guests talking about dinner (and the shrimp ceviche appetizer) for days after the event. Denise was incredibly helpful in making sure we had everything we wanted and that everything went smoothly at the reception.

My husband and I had Gomez cater our wedding and it was incredible! Denise had a great tasting for us prior to the wedding. She is very personable and detail oriented. She came to our final details at our reception venue and everything rolled out perfectly on the day of! Most importantly, the food was incredible! The nacho and taco bar were such a hit. Our guests loved it and we received tons of compliments. We couldn't be happier with their service! Denise and the Gomez crew were all very accommodating :)

Once my husband and I got engaged we knew we wanted a casual wedding where all of our guests had great food, drinks and dancing. We knew we didn't want traditional "wedding chicken" as we called it. Gomez was the exact opposite of that. Denise was awesome to work with and gave us a very professional presentation at our tasting. This is really similar to any other catering company. Denise and two others came to our wedding, set everything up and helped send tables to the buffet and help everyone (grandmas) decide what to eat. All of our guests raved about the nacho bar that was set up during our cocktail hour and the tacos during dinner were delicious. Denise even went out of her way to learn how to cut the pies we ordered (from another Walnut Hills business) before the wedding. We could not recommend Gomez more!
