We hired Good Eye Productions for my wedding day in Kennebunkport this past August, and my husband and I truly feel we couldn’t have made a better decision for our wedding day. At ...

first, I was negotiable on whether I’d have videography, but decided with a few months’ advance that I would definitely want sound from the day and video to look back on. Johnny was absolutely stellar! He brought his drone and got some overhead footage of the groomsmen’s day-of sail on the schooner Eleanor to our ceremony site, he got some excellent get-ready footage which I wanted to get, and also not to mention the next-day social media trailer as well as the full-length 5-minute video was put together so beautifully. Many people have commented to me about it and have been wowed. Most importantly, my husband and I feel it captured our day so eloquently that every time we look back on it, it’s a meaningful keepsake/coverage to have for life! Johnny is also super friendly and explains his terms and how he works really clearly that I felt very confident he would do a great job. I have found that camaraderie with vendors like Johnny goes a long way. Thank you, thank you, thank you Johnny!!

Johnny beautifully captured our wedding day, going way above and beyond to catch all the little details we would've otherwise missed. He was easy to work with and attentive through...

out, and even got stunning drone footage of the lake and property that added this whole other dimension to the film. The highlight video he put together afterward was stunning. I've already watched it 10x and we just got it. If you want someone to capture your special day, hire Johnny and Good Eye Productions. He's not just incredibly talented behind the camera — he's an absolute joy to work with. We are so grateful for him!!

Johnny was our videographer for our September wedding at the Samoset in Maine. Where to even begin!! Johnny was so easy to coordinate and communicate with during the planning and l...

ead up to the big day. He was so quick and willing to answer all of my million questions! And then on our actual wedding day he was incredible, and worked so well and complimentary with our photographer. He made us all feel so comfortable on camera and caught the most amazing footage - including unique drone footage which was important to me! We woke up the next day being so sad that the celebration was over, and bam - we immediately received a teaser video the next day (plus a bonus clip since my husband decided to quote Drake in his vows 🤦🏼‍♀️). The rest of our video deliverables came very quickly too!! And wow. The final videos. I could watch them all day, every day. He captured every moment so perfectly and edited together a perfect flow with all the right clips and sound bites. Our wedding video brought tears to all of our family and friends, and I can’t imagine not having it to help us relive the best day. Johnny is the real deal - don’t think twice about booking him!

A FB friend recommended Good Eye Productions when I was looking for a wedding videographer. I watched the sneak peek of her wedding video and was instantly sold! Aside from his am...

azing work, having such a creative eye and capturing every detail, many of which I didn’t get to see or never would’ve remembered on such a busy, emotional blur of a day, Johnny was an absolute pleasure! I would give him my business a thousand times over! He was wonderful from start to finish and made the entire process, especially the business and timeline part of it, incredibly easy! My photographer actually took the time to contact me raving about how much she enjoyed working alongside Johnny which I think is SUCH a compliment, especially coming from another vendor! He was on top of everything but also very respectful, making sure all the girls were decent before taking the “getting ready” shots and he was great at blending into the atmosphere. I feel like I barely saw him yet he captured EVERYTHING! I’m trying really hard not to be the obnoxious bride who makes everyone watch her wedding video… and then watch it again. But it’s just too exquisite not to share and people are actually asking to see it and thanking me for sharing it. It’s THAT amazing!!! Johnny at Good Eye Productions captured the essence of what our wedding day really meant to us. He REALLY “got us”, the significance of what that day meant to my husband and I, what WE really thought was important and our video says it all. He GOT it. If I could give 20 stars I would!!! BRILLIANT!!!! Absolutely worth the investment!! If you’re a budget bride, cut back on something else, cut out favors, cut out ANYTHING else… you won’t regret it! I remember my father asking me “is this really necessary??” and now he’s carrying the video around on his phone, showing anyone who will watch and asking “Who was this kid, where’d you find this guy? This is unbelievable!” and now we tease my dad cause you’ll walk into the room, his eyes are teary and red, and we say “Dad, are you watching the wedding video again???” It is 100% worth every penny and more!! We LOVE Good Eye Productions!!!!

Johnny filmed our wedding this past September and honestly the experience was exceptional. Initially I was hesitant about hiring a videographer as I get nervous in front of the cam...

era. However after speaking with Johnny prior to the wedding I felt incredibly comfortable. At the wedding and ceremony itself we barely recognized he was there. So when it came time to actually see the video he produced I was shocked with how stunning it looked. He captured so many intimate moments- I am so happy we hired him! I would also like to add that the day after the wedding he sent over a short reel of some of his favorite shots which were gorgeous and definitely made the morning after our wedding even more special- I have no idea how he had the time to put that together. Johnny was one of our nicest vendors and he was so easy to work with. I highly highly recommend hiring him for your event, especially if it is wedding!

Good Eye Productions was recommended to us by our venue as a videographer that would be affordable but also the "real deal". When we met with him for a virtual meeting, we knew Joh...

nny was everything we ever dreamed of for a wedding videography - friendly, easy-going, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. We saw samples of his work from an event he did at our venue (for the venue owner's best friends - that's a big deal!) and we were absolutely amazed by his attention to detail, plus the drone footage was pretty sweet. He was so responsive throughout the entire process up through and past our wedding date. He had our social media short clip ready for us in 24 hours, which was the PERFECT way to relive our most special day over the course of our honeymoon. The best part about Johnny and Connor was that we didn't even realize they were there - they just seamlessly blended in with the festivities and got footage of our most magical, lifelong memories all recorded on camera. If we ever need a videographer in the future for another life event, Good Eye will be the first we reach out too. If we are asked for a recommendation for a wedding, Johnny and Good Eye Productions will be an easy one to give. He is exceptionally talented and made our dreams of reliving our wedding over and over again a reality. We can't thank Good Eye Productions enough for their amazing work!

ice and friendly and worked so well with our photographer, he created a seriously incredible video for us to remember the day with. He captured so many amazing moments that otherwise go by in such a blur and put them all together so seamlessly. I am not only so happy that we decided to have a videographer for the day in general, I am even more unbelievably thankful that we were able to work with Johnny. He is seriously talented!!!

re planning a wedding in a short window of time. On our wedding day, Johnny was so relaxed and at ease. It's hard to believe that we were being filmed for almost 8 hours because most of the time I didn't even notice the camera. Yet, Johnny was able to capture each moment perfectly. We had so many guests tell us that they didn't noticed the video camera either! Having audio and video from our wedding day is truly a gift. This video is something that will be cherished for many generations to come. We fully trusted Johnny's expertise and his work is very impressive. We highly recommend hiring Johnny from Good Eye Productions for your special day.

to be postponed to this past August. I can't even explain how understanding and easy the process was to postpone with him and how much of a pleasure it was working with him on the day of Brittany's wedding. He is not only professional but also makes his couples feel very comfortable in front of the camera so everything seems natural and flows beautifully in his films. The final product was everything Brittany and her husband were looking for and more! I would highly recommend booking Johnny to capture your wedding day!

sband was hesitant about getting a videographer for our wedding, and after just interacting with Johnny that day he said “I am happy we hired him.” Johnny worked so well with everyone in our bridal party, he was always there to capture reactions and big moments. He used a drone to capture our gorgeous venue, and even my husband and I as we took photos with our photographer. I would 10/10 recommend Good Eye Productions for a wedding or any event you would like to fully capture the magic of. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for such an amazing company, not only for the services I received, but a lifelong document of loved ones. Truly the best in the industry.

Hiring Good Eye Productions was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Everyone says your day goes by so quickly, and it does — thankfully we have this beautiful video ...

to re-live our favorite moments. I met Johnny years ago through working in TV news. I hired him because I knew he was a great shooter and editor who could tell a story — but he truly surpassed expectations and blew us all away with how well he weaved in the highlights of the ceremony and truly captured the emotion of our day. We had many friends and family who couldn’t be there due to COVID, but because they could watch this video, they said it felt like they were there. Johnny is very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and a true pro at what he does. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

f close friends & family who were unable to attend & thus we felt it was important that they got to see some footage of the day. Thankfully after reaching out to a couple different videographers just to get pricing info, we found Johnny & never looked back! He was super responsive via email & offered a very affordable elopement package. Upon talking to him we learned that he had previously worked for a news station & had even covered 2 Super Bowls. Literally the day after our wedding he sent us a 30 second “preview” & the full uncut ceremony footage. The full length highlight video arrived less than 2 weeks after our wedding, and we couldn’t be more happy with the result! We are SOOOO happy 😃 we decided to hire Johnny & highly recommend him for your next event, you will not be disappointed!

ons!! Leading up to the big day, Johnny and I were in constant contact - talking about what time he should show up, specific details that we wanted to include, and how we envisioned our wedding video. When he posted the 30 second preview, my husband and I were already crying. We just couldn’t wait to see the entire video! In just a few short weeks, we had our entire video, and it blew us away! He captured every special moment of that day. We cried, we laughed, and we cried some more. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture our wedding day, and I don’t think I could ever repay Johnny for this amazing keepsake!

He put together a beautifully edited video for us that we will forever cherish & he also included all the raw, unedited footage he took of the day. Everybody should have a videographer for their wedding day and Mehler Productions is the best around. Thank you for everything, Johnny!
