Good Shot Judy

Let me start by saying that my now-husband and I met through swing dancing, so we've known Good Shot Judy through that for some time now. I am not exaggerating when I tell people that my now-husband proposed, I said yes, and then I said "and we're hiring Good Shot Judy as our band". It was THE (second) easiest decision of the whole process. Brett is great to work with, and communicated well throughout the entire process. He and the band learned a song that is not in their repertoire (or their style of music at all) at my request to surprise my husband with during the reception. They also learned a few new songs for my first dance with my mom too. They were more than happy to pipe in any music that we wanted played that wasn't something they covered (such as for cake cutting, bouquet toss, and procession during the ceremony). We knew when we hired them that all of our dance friends would enjoy seeing them again and dancing to them, but that our non-dance friends would get an amazing show as well. They even accommodated by bringing in a former band member at our request that we really love! Their female singer was new to the group but did an AMAZING job as well, we hope to see her at more concerts in the future!
