Chris blew it out of the park with service and hospitality. My guests were so amazed at his diverse selections of meats, cheeses, jams, fruits, sweets, and more. Chris Plunkett has worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for more than 11 years now, and has developed a deep appreciation for bringing loved ones together over delicious food and drinks. Having grown up in Louisiana, he was surrounded by a culture that celebrates soulful flavors, community, and knowing how to throw a party. As an homage to his roots, Good Times Co. brings that same spirit to the heart of Vermont.

I’ve spent the last 11 years working in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Over that time, I’ve built a deep appreciation for the energy that comes from bringing people together over great food and drinks.
Originally from Louisiana, I grew up surrounded by a culture that celebrates flavor, connection, and good times. Good Times Co. is an homage to my roots, my favorite holiday, and the moments that remind us life is best when it’s shared. It’s also shaped by the spirit of “Laissez les bons temps rouler”—a simple reminder to let the good times roll and enjoy life as it comes.
