Dave recently DJ our wedding and it was perfect! He had every song ready to go for our ceremony and took every request during the reception! Dave made sure everything went smoothly...
and we were on schedule to get everything we wanted to do done. I would recommend Dave to anyone needing a DJ for an event!
David was wonderful to work with!!!! He played an excellent variety of music and seemed to know exactly what the crowd wanted without even asking! We couldn’t have asked for a bett...
er DJ!!! Good Vibrations provided DJ services for our wedding and now for our son/daughter in law!
Sadly, booking Good Vibrations was the biggest regret from our wedding planning process. I created an entire wedding schedule, along with a list of all songs from the processional ...
all the way through our entire reception playlist to ensure things would go smoothly. Not only did I not receive a reply back when I sent the info out 1+ month before the wedding, but they proceeded to text me the day before my wedding asking questions that were already included in that info. A couple issues from the wedding day - no microphone brought for ceremony (this was discussed/confirmed prior), incorrect song for processional (and an abrupt change in the middle of it to correct it), continual questions regarding timeline TO THE BRIDE while she was sitting at the head table (info clearly listed in the schedule), missed introducing the best man + maid of honor, etc. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Good Vibrations to other brides in the Springfield area.
Jason Dj'd our wedding October 2nd, he did a great job, was on point for wedding music and dances. Definitely recommend, he kept the crowd engaged, was prompt and great to work wit...

Dave was the DJ for our recent wedding ceremony and reception on 6.26.2021. He was incredible, and I would highly recommend him to anyone! The dance floor was packed the entire nig...
ht thanks to him! He introduced everyone in our large bridal party correctly, and played all the right songs we discussed before the wedding. I wouldn’t change a thing about the experience we had with Good Vibrations. Dave is also a very kind and pleasant person to be around, and very fun to work with. He even gave us a cd with all of our special songs on it, which I thought was such an amazing personal touch. Everyone had a blast thanks to Dave! There was not one moment where our dance floor wasn’t packed. We had the most incredible experience with him as our DJ!
Good Vibrations DJ'd our wedding this last weekend and it went perfect! He was FANTASTIC with the pre-meeting, helping us figure out the order of the wedding and find the songs tha...
t we needed as well as suggesting some songs when we weren't sure. Additionally, since we are in Ohio and have COVID restrictions he worked with us to help call a bingo game rather than dancing and it turned out wonderful! We are super happy with their work and would highly recommend them to everyone!
Dave did my brother's wedding back in 2012, and we remembered really liking him. Mark Sullivan was our DJ, but everything went so well. We were planning a Northwest Ohio wedding fr...
om Atlanta, so everything had to be done via phone calls, but it went well! Mark even gave us a CD of the special ceremony and reception songs at the end of the night, which is something we are so happy to have. He pronounced all of the names and titles correctly, and double checked them before the reception entrance. Their rates are more than reasonable and they're super easy to work with, even providing song suggestions if you need them. Highly recommend!
We had Dave DJ our wedding, he was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and professional! You can tell he loves what he does! Would definitely recommend him to everyone!
Good Vibrations recently DJ’d our wedding and we were very impressed! The owner Dave was very helpful in helping us decide on music for the wedding and the DJ we had for the night ...
was amazing! We had a bit of a hiccup due to weather and the DJ was amazing at redirecting people for the ceremony! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ company on our big day! We would highly recommend!
Dave Marquette of Good Vibrations did such an amazing job for our wedding ! Not only did he make the night one big party, but he was so incredibly humble and fun. Highly recommende...

Dave the owner and Mark our DJ handled our day with class and efficiency. They welcomed personal choices and gave us ideas and suggestions, making the day our own but ensuring ever...
ything flowed well. They were very professional and very affordable.
We had Dave for our DJ experience on the day of the wedding. He did a great job and played the right kind of music to keep people on the dance floor. He also did a great job of tak...
ing the day by the punches as we asked him to make a lot of last minutes announcements throughout the night and he was able to take care of it and keep the party rolling. He was very personable and we enjoyed our meeting to get to know him and allowed him to get to know us which was really important for the big day. His pricing was also really affordable which made it above all the other DJ's for our day. The only reason for a 4 start instead of a 5 was a little bit of negativity toward our venue. He expressed feelings of not enjoying our venue which was not stress that was needed especially as the day of the wedding came. Other than that small thing we really enjoyed his service and would use him again for future events.
Dave was a lot of fun to work with. He helped us pick our songs when we didn't have a preference. Absolutely amazing for a great price.
Very happy with their service. The owner came and personally did our reception. Did a great job running everything and keeping it on schedule. Did seem a little rushed at some time...
s but overall very nice.
Pleasure to work with. I would not spend time on music doing must plays though cause they mainly play by request the night of.
My husband and I were beyond disappointed with Good Vibrations. I was literally in tears at my own wedding. First of all, the microphones and sound system we payed extra for at our...
ceremony did not work at all. No one could hear our vows! Then at the reception the microphones cut out as toasts were being given and announcements were made. The wrong song played for our first dance. We specifically asked that the Chicken dance and hokey pokey were not played and they were. Overall, he basically almost ruined our wedding. Thankfully I am happily married now and none of that matters, but I don't want this disaster to happen to anyone else! Please run away! His prices are good, but his service is terrible!
Decent job. Didn't send the DJ we worked with during the planning process. A few issues with sound quality and screeching during speeches, readings during the ceremony, etc. Kept t...
he party going though and played songs we wanted. Overall-- OK.
I was very, very, VERY DISAPPOINTED in the work that Dave did. We had a meeting 2 weeks before the wedding to discuss what music to play and when, and also what music NOT to play. ...
Well, it started out ok, my mothers walked/lighted candles to the correct song, but after that it went all down hill. He didn't play the correct song for my bridal party to walk down to, infact: NO MUSIC PLAYED AT ALL!!!! Then the song that I was to walk down to, he started playing some off the wall rock&roll song that I DID NOT request, then half way down the aisle, he started to play the correct song. Then, half way through the ceremony, that same rock&roll song came back on!!! NOT WHEN ANY MUSIC AT ALL WAS TO BE PLAYING! Then, my cousin sang a song with a live piano, as a gift to us during the ceremony. He was there 2 hours early!!! The mic wouldn't work for her!!! 2/3 into the song, he FINALLY brought her a new mic, and that one did work. At the reception, things moved INCREDIBLY SLOW!! Most of my guest had left after 1.5 hours, which I don't blame, but we hadn't even had our FIRST DANCE YET!!! In our meeting, one of the services he offers is a slide show. I purchased this service.. HE DIDN'T BRING THE SCREEN TO PLAY THE SLIDE SHOW ON! So he sent one of my cousins to the store to purchase a white sheet, and charged me full price for the screen that he forgot to bring, and also I PAID FOR THE WHITE SHEET!!! LAST, yes there's more, I requested that a few songs were not played for specific reasoning (talked about in the meeting) and those songs were played!!!!!!!!! For the price that I paid for him, there is not one reason that I should have had any problems!!! I would have been better off just using an iPod and having an aunt or cousin hit play when needed. Very frustrating, ladies, I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Dave Marquette!!
great DJ, kept the reception moving, great music and reasonable price
LOVED them!!! very reasonable in price. Placed exactly what we wanted to hear. Professional and very croud pleasing. If I ever have another event where I need a DJ, I would definat...

g with the wedding party as to what needed to be next and when. This quality was extremely important when your wedding had a timeline. The music was fun and the guests danced all night.
He was wonderful. The dance floor was packed all night long and he had several requests for his information. I have been to weddings that he did after ours and they were great too....
He read the crowd really well on what to play and was great taking requests. He also helped the reception run smoothly organizing the dances, cake cutting, garter toss, etc.
