We used Gordon Florist for our wedding on April 13, 2019. My sister had used the same company for her wedding a couple years ago, so I already knew that John does great work! We met with John during the planning process and went over everything we wanted (bridal party bouquets/boutonnieres and reception table centerpieces), and he was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to make decisions. I knew I wanted bright color flowers for our spring wedding, but didn't have strong preferences on what types of flowers to include, so wasn't entirely sure what to expect the day of the wedding. When the flowers arrived, I was absolutely thrilled - they were perfect! John incorporated all the bright colors I had requested, and chose flowers that fit well together and really complemented each other. I highly recommend Gordon Florist for anyone looking for a wedding florist!

Unbelievable and beautiful flowers! They totally delivered for my wedding and provided EXACTLY what I was asking for! They really listen to what you are saying when explaining what your vision is! I went to 1 other florist and they were great but the price was ridiculous! Gordon’s florist is FAIR and if you’re looking to stay within a budget they provide alternate flowers that are less money but still providing the same vision you are looking for!

Used Gordon's for my wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and have lasted even two weeks after my wedding. They were open to suggestions and really worked with us to capture our vision doing arrangements he doesn't typically do. He didn't let us down. Fair pricing, good products, and great service.

John gave us good suggestions for flowers since neither me nor my husband cared too much for it. He was very nice even though I was not for some reason. He was very understanding and my flowers were upgraded from the basic package at a reasonable price.

Absolutely amazing flowers! They really worked with us to give us all the flowers we wanted and still stay in our budget. I had a huge wedding 200+ people so there were lots of center pieces and extra flowers. They were so beautiful and elegant. Such a great experience!

Flowers are not my thing - i'm the type that things grocery store bouquets are pretty. i had ideas in my head of what i wanted for our bouquets and centerpieces but could not put it into words. John, the owner, met with me for about an hour and pulled all sorts of flowers from his case to make a mock bouquet for me and my girls and i fell in love!!! i wanted lots of color and not all roses like i typically see in bride's bouquets. he included daisies and delphinum, and it looks amazing. We also provided raffia and burlap ribbon to wrap the bouquets in and it looked exquisite. it really tied all the elements of our wedding together. I want to keep my bouquet forever!! our centerpieces were included in the package with our venue - Pinecrest Country Club- but John had suggested that if i wanted to decorate some mason jars, and provide them, he would add more to our centerpieces. they looked phenomenal. our guests were fighting over the centerpieces to take home! John was very friendly, and engaging. he knew exactly what to suggest, and made me feel so comfortable. he also did frequent check ins with me to confirm number of tables, colors for the moms to match ribbon to their dresses, etc. Definitely amazing.

Our floral centerpieces (10) were included with our wedding reception package at Washington Crossing Inn and we met and discussed our options with the owner, John. We worked out the colors and flowers I liked and he created beautiful displays to sit on top of WCI’s candelabras, I was very satisfied. Beyond that, I needed a few bouquets for the day and was thinking of creating my own from wholesale flowers to save money, but after calculating it out, the price John gave us was probably less than we would have spent to create them ourselves, without the stress and hassle of having to wrangle things together the day before the wedding. For the price quoted, I was amazed at the quality and craftsmanship of the bouquets – they easily looked like they cost twice as much and were far better than anything I could have dreamt up myself. Beyond a doubt, I’d use his services again.

Meeting the florist for the first time, I wasn't sure if he would understand the look I was going for. I was SO wrong! He knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I explained it, and he suggested flowers I had never heard of before and they all looked fantastic! I was happy with everything he did.

John worked well with our budget and helped us get the nicest arrangements for a decent price. John created beautiful flower arrangements for our centerpieces which were included in the price of our wedding package. They were a nice full size and looked great on our tables. He also did our bridal party bouquets. The bouquets were gorgeous and the flowers held up very well during our very hot and humid wedding. In fact, the flowers still looked well days after the wedding without water. I highly recommend his work.

John Gordon is a really nice guy and easy to work with. He wants to hear your ideas and make everything exactly how you pictured. I only checked out one other florist, but his prices were better by far. He was willing to meet with me whenever I had new ideas I wanted to go over. On the wedding day, everything was delivered to the right place and on time. One boutonniere was broken but we pinned it together and made do. I'm certain he would've delivered another one, had we called him. The flowers were gorgeous and I received so many compliments on them!

I was so thankful for Gordon Florist's! I planned my wedding from out of town and John Gordon was so accomodating and had plenty of ideas for me! My bouquet was so BEAUTIFUL -i wish i could have had it forever! The groomsmen, mothers, and wedding party's flowers were all perfect! I would highly recommend using Gordon Florist for whatever occasion because they were helpful, reliable, delivery was on time, and the end product was outstanding!!
