I worked with Carol for weeks planning my wedding. We met with her in White Salmon at the wedding venue, she wrote everything up and emailed me a preliminary quote. She asked for a final headcount on a certain date which I gave her but the next day she cancelled us stating that because she hadn’t heard from me she took another booking two weeks before our wedding. We had previously communicated via texted, phone and email so it’s preposterous that she wouldn’t get in touch with me to tell me what was going on as a courtesy. Do not use her!!!!
