In 1985, I moved to Texas from Louisiana to pursue a career with my accounting degree, and later earned an MBA degree. Throughout my life, I was the ‘go-to’ person when it came to organizing and designing parties and events for family, friends and organizational groups. I realized my creativity wasn't just a hobby, but a trait of love that turned into a passion. As that passion continued to flourish into works of art, it became so apparent to me that I wanted to pursue a career in it. As a result, I enrolled in the Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute and received my certification.
