I agreed to take on wedding décor to relieve some of the bridal couple's stress. It was an honor to be asked and the service Gossamer Dawn provided was exactly what was needed to achieve the look and feel my daughter had in mind.

DIY a few things, including a garland for the large arbor that framed the couple and their attendants during the ceremony. The installation of the garland and arbor drape was better than anything I could have imagined or achieved myself. The table centerpieces of fresh greens were exactly what we wanted. When my daughter decided on a rose petal runner a few weeks before the wedding it was no problem and was executed beautifully.
The bride and groom were so happy with the decor and it was totally stress free for all of us. I cannot overemphasize the level of professionalism Gossamer Dawn brought to the event. All the details were right including some excellent design choices that could only have been made on the spot, in the space. Despite a tight venue timeframe are everything was perfect by the time of the ceremony. After the reception, everything was packed up and tidied in a timely manner.
These days everyone wants to personalize an event by DIYing some things. I was able to do that and select additional items including lighting, a card box and seating chart from Amy's tasteful inventory. Amy and the rest of the Gossamer Dawn crew were true creative professionals. Gossamer Dawn provides a truly boutique service and was the only vendor I could find offering just the services and skills I needed.

I will start by saying, any couple who is even debating hiring a wedding coordinator, Gossamer Dawn is for you!!! I hired them about a year prior to my wedding, had multiple meetings with Amy and Jeremy, and shared my wedding vision with them. ...
To say they brought my dreams to life is an understatement. I am completely Type A. I usually have to know everything that is going on, but with them, I trusted that they knew what I wanted and let them take the reigns. I work full time, am in school full time, bought a house during my engagement, and got 3 puppies. Let me tell you, the wedding was the least stressful thing I dealt with the year leading up to it. Every time I was feeling any sort of stress and texted Amy, she immediately called to reassure me that everything was taken care of. And it was. The wedding day was absolutely perfect. Amy and her team took care of the decor, floral arrangements, bartending, and coordinating with the other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. Literally all I had to do on my wedding day was show up. The day could not have been better. Even if anything went wrong that day, I did not know about it. I owe all of that to Gossamer Dawn. My wedding was absolutely perfect with all the thanks and gratitude to them.

s used our ideas. She never once got upset when we didn’t use one of her suggestions or went outside of what was comfortable for her. Flexible does not even begin to describe how often Gossamer Dawn was able to work with all of the changes that we made, whether to our budget, décor, flowers, or any other part of our setup.
When we saw that the florists from our area were outside of our budget, Amy stepped in and helped us get flowers. She and her team even pulled an all-nighter the day before the wedding to put together the arrangements to ensure the flowers stayed fresh. They were able to coordinate with both of our caterers as well as our photographers and videographers to ensure that they would be able to work together smoothly on the wedding day.
Days, nights, holidays, weekends, or even when I emailed her in the middle of her vacation, Amy was always available to us and responded promptly. The amount of time, care, and dedication that she put into our wedding had truly exceeded any of our expectations. The staff was also very attentive to our needs as well as our guests. We hired Gossamer Dawn’s licensed bartender to work our bar. He was a little heavy handed with the alcohol, but our guests, and us included, didn’t seem to mind. :)
If we ever have any need of an event coordinator in the future, Gossamer Dawn will definitely be our go-to!
