10/10 - Highly Recommend!
GQ & The Lady was an absolute hit at the Closing Party for Plant Health 2026! From the moment they took the stage, they brought incredible energy, talent, and fun that kept the crowd engaged all night long. One of the biggest highlights was watching members of the band step off the stage and into the audience. Our attendees absolutely loved that level of interaction, and it created a memorable, high-energy atmosphere that had people singing, dancing, and fully immersed in the experience.
The band did an outstanding job reading the room and keeping the momentum going from start to finish. If you're looking for a cover band that can bring people together, fill the dance floor, and create a truly memorable event, look no further. Whether it's a corporate event, conference, gala, or private celebration, GQ & The Lady delivers.
Energetic, engaging, professional, and incredibly fun. We would book them again in a heartbeat!

GQ and the Lady was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and I can't rave about them enough. We were a little skeptical using them for our wedding as we had never heard them pla...
y in person, however there was no reason to be nervous because they were PHENOMENAL! Linda, the lead singer, is so sweet and was wonderful to work with during our planning. Our contract included uplighting in addition to all music, microphones and AV needs for the entire event, beginning to end. At the wedding, the band was absolutely outstanding and so professional. So many guests came up to me to tell me how impressed they were and I am still getting rave reviews! The band learned our first dance song and did a fabulous job with it, and they have a very diverse and extensive song list. We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire GQ and the Lady, they truly were fantastic and we hope to hear them play live in the future. Definitely hire GQ and the Lady for your wedding or next big event!

We absolutely loved having GQ and the Lady play a part in our wedding. We initially selected the band because we enjoyed watching their fun and energetic renditions of both new an...
d old songs on their website. But just as importantly, Linda and her team were very easy to work with during the months leading up to the big day, and we found her to be responsive and generous with her time when it came to planning wedding day logistics and picking out songs. And once the band started to play - everyone went crazy! Many of our guests (some of whom pride themselves on being armchair music critics and snobs) told us that the band was one of the best, if not THE best, wedding band they had seen. We also found their price to be a total bargain - we ended up going with the 2 hour live band and 2 hour DJ package, and the team did a great job emceeing the dinner hour, first dances and toasts before the live music kicked off. We can’t say enough good things about GQ and the Lady and we heartily recommend them for any type of big party or family event!

he aisle that much more special. We had a DJ/band combo during our reception, and Linda and the band were very flexible with our dinner requests and special dances. Mike (the drummer) is an incredible DJ, and he brought our guests to the dance floor right away. Our last two hours included music from the whole band, and the dance floor was filled for the whole evening. We have seen GQ and the Lady perform so many times, but we were blown away by how amazing their sound and the set list were. Our guests can’t stop raving about the band’s talent and the amazing show! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding so special! Book this band for your wedding… they come with our highest recommendation.

which during an extensive wedding planning process is extremely refreshing, she makes planning easy. She was open and flexible to our ideas and was willing to learn a special song for my dad. She was professional throughout and so amazing on the day of. She greeted me with a big hug and was so on top of every detail. Like I said prior, the dance floor was packed in the first 30 seconds of the evening and it never stopped. People danced all night long and after the event everyone wanted the band's information. They had an incredible performance and again made the entire process so enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have the best band for their big day!!!

GQ and the Lady are absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for a better band for our reception on October 12, 2014. They also provided live music for our ceremony (guitar) and...
cocktail hour (piano), which we received so many compliments from guests. They had the dance floor full the entire evening and I don't believe the night would have been the same without them. There playlist was great- covered current hits to any guest requests.
Linda was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and always reachable. If you are having a New England wedding I can't recommend a better band than GQ & the Lady.

our whole night. We loved what they did for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They also brought down the house at our reception. They played a GREAT mix of songs (so many genres) that kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night.... Old and young! We didn't stop! Everyone that we talk to about our wedding comments about how awesome the band was and how much fun they had! They are an extremely talented group of people.
When planning our wedding it was a big priority of ours to have great entertainment so that we and all of our guests could have the best party! GQ and the Lady definitely delivered that and more.
I would absolutely book them! I couldn't imagine a better way to celebrate our marriage. Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

und GQ through my sister, actually, who is friends with their sound man. Since my now husband and I live out of state we sent my parents and a trusted aunt to see the band. They LOVED them and said we had to book them -- so we did. :-)
And boy was that a good decision.
Linda was great to work with -- really laid back but at the same time so competent. Exactly what you need to stay relaxed before the wedding.
The band sounded great and even learned a song for us. EVERYONE who I've talked to about the wedding has said, more than any other feature, what a great band!! They kept people up dancing and seemed to read the crowd well. I wish I'd had more time to talk with them because they just seemed cool to hang out with too :-P.
No complaints at all. A little expensive, but as my husband says "You've gotta pay to play." And they were worth every penny.
