I genuinely get emotional every time I think or look at our wedding photos. From the moment we found Erin’s work, I had a feeling the photos would be incredible—but experiencing it...
through our own wedding is something I truly don’t have words for. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to describe the feeling of seeing the sneak peeks for the first time—just utterly speechless in the best way possible.
We went through the gallery laughing, crying, and fully reliving the entire day. The images are beyond beautiful—they hold so much emotion. You can feel everything. The energy, the movement, the in-between… it’s all there in a way that feels so intentional and true to us.
Erin has this ability to take what already is such a meaningful day and somehow elevate it into something that feels like art. Not overly posed, not forced—just real moments captured in the most thoughtful, refined way. Her editing style elevated the overall vision beyond what I could have ever dreamed up—the day was already so beautiful, but her photos and the final album made it feel even more refined and beautiful.
But beyond the photos themselves, the experience of working with Erin is truly on another level. She brings a presence that goes far beyond what you would expect—calm, intuitive, and deeply invested in the people she’s photographing. From the start, we felt completely taken care of. On the wedding day, she and Annie created an environment that allowed us to be fully present, never rushed, and entirely ourselves.
What stood out just as much was how deeply she understood our vision and the design. Somehow she translated everything into exactly what we had hoped for—soft, refined, and true to the overall feel we envisioned. Nothing felt off or inconsistent. It all came back cohesive, elevated, and so aligned with us. Just genuinely next level!
There’s also a level of trust you hope to feel with your wedding photographer, and with Erin, it was immediate and unwavering. By the end of the day—and even more so after seeing the gallery—it felt like there is truly nothing she could have done better. She exceeded every expectation in a way that’s honestly hard to articulate.
The entire gallery is intentional, timeless, emotional, and so deeply us. We genuinely cannot believe these are our wedding photos.
If anything, the experience and final gallery only reinforced that working with Erin was worth every single bit and more. To anyone reading this and on the fence, we would choose Erin without hesitation—over and over again. I was a little nervous that my husband and I would be awkward in front of the camera, especially because we didn’t have a chance to take engagement photos beforehand, but Erin made us (and our families) feel so comfortable. The weather forecast for our wedding day was a brides worst nightmare. Remnants of a hurricane were headed our way and our venue had very limited indoor, picturesque options. Erin completely calmed my anxiety and assured me she had a plan rain or shine. She brought an indoor backdrop to the venue and staged a beautiful photo shoot area where we captured some of the most elegant photos. We even managed to take some of my favorite photos outside in the midst of the cold, gloomy weather. You would have never known. Erin has amazing creativity and knows how to think outside the box. She will do what it takes to make sure she not only meets but exceeds her clients expectations.

I have known of her work through family and friends singing her praises. We planned our wedding for 1.2.21 but with the pandemic, you can imagine we had to switch our plans for what felt like 20 times. Erin was so flexible (especially with her already fully booked year and the rearranging she already had to do with the other brides.) we felt so lucky she was able to shoot our final day.
Before that, I started with a boudoir. I have never felt so beautiful, so brides, if you do one, go with Erin. She is fantastic. She makes you feel comfortable and it was just easy. And the end result was gorgeous and my husband was in utter shock.
And then the wedding day. Strangers reach out to me regarding our photos. She fulfilled every expectation we had PERFECTLY plus plus. We are lucky to know her and we will never look elsewhere. Erin and her team made my husband and me feel SO comfortable. They had the amazing ability to be present when they needed to be—like ensuring small children were smiling in photos or fixing my train for it to look just right. But they also had the ability to blend in and for us to forget they were even there. Every detail and small moment captured beautifully, not one thing missed. Erin worked a twelve hour day leaving past midnight and still we got a sneak peek of pictures the next day. She truly captured moments throughout the day & night that we’ll treasure forever. What a mixture between emotional moments, happy and fun moments, and candid moments. Every part of the day was captured, which made it feel like we did not miss a thing. From start to finish, Erin was helpful, patient, responsive, kind, and extremely creative. Her work, and attention to detail and lighting, really captured everything we wanted our photos to be. She is so talented! Did I mention, she is quick too! We got a handful of previews within 24 hours of our engagement shoot, and the rest of the photos within the week. This was really the first time my husband and I were being photographed and she made us feel comfortable instantly. Plus we really just had to show up, listen and smile because she knew exactly where to go and how we should be interacting (i.e. naturally). She was very well prepared which we greatly appreciated!
Likewise, she shared previews from the wedding within 24 hours as well, and then we received all the photos about two months later, and they were perfection! Everyone who saw our photos loved them, and not just a few, but every single photo. We got compliments like "there is not one bad photo," "there are so many to choose from, we cannot decide which one is our favorite." All great problems to have! We also got compliments like "wow she really captured the lighting well," "look how the light is coming through the trees, and look at the color of the tree, I did not even notice how beautiful it was that day, " "that photo looks like it came out of a magazine," and "absolutely stunning." We were so happy to have chosen Erin and Grace & Ardor Co and we will never ever forget the 21st night of September:) We look forward to working with Erin again in the future to continue to help us capture our favorite moments!
