Grace Floral and Co

ing myself and didn’t know what to expect when I started working with Phebe, and she put me right at ease, talking me through the things I needed to worry about and the ones I didn’t. On top of all of that, she is such fun person to work with, I always looked forward to our calls. At the end of it all, our flowers were absolutely stunning! Truly a perfect execution of the original vision we created together! Phebe was a joy to work with the whole way through, and her work was a highlight of the day!!

ss was unmatched. The day of the wedding flowed just as seamlessly as the planning leading up to our day. We knew from the start that we were in amazing hands, those of someone who truly takes pride in her craft. The florals she curated were absolutely stunning and the compliments from our guests were endless. I cannot recommend Grace Floral & Co enough! Thank you Phebe!

weeks heads up! She brought my vision to life and then some. We met up at a local flower market and she walked me around educating me about the different florals, their seasons, and what colors would work best together. As someone who didn't think flowers were "important", I literally burst into tears when Phebe brought me my bridal bouquet the morning of my wedding. She is so kind, professional, calm, and creative. She was also so accommodating and was able to get creative in order to get me exactly what I wanted while respecting my budget. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

xious bride, provides detailed and custom quotes and vision boards (and will adjust them as many times as you ask her to!), and schedules multiple check-in's along to way to make sure she's adjusting to how your vision is evolving. She even offered to do a flower market tour together a couple months before the wedding which was super fun and helpful to see the flowers/colors in person to discuss the final vision! Truly, Phebe has such a calm, warm but also bright, bubbly personality and presence which is so perfect for this profession. Moving on to the product- OH MY GOODNESS her florals were PERFECT! Literally DREAMS!!!! Whenever I talk to friends/family who attended they all mention how incredible they were. She made sure all my favorite flowers were included, in the right colors and saturation, and the construction was just STUNNING! We opted for floral boutonnieres for the groomsmen which turned out really fun as well! My favorite part, of course, was my bouquet- I literally burst into tears when Phebe walked in holding it out for me to see! I was a very detail oriented bride and the florals were probably the most important aspect of the wedding for me and what I was most nervous about but truly Phebe knocked it 1,000,000 times out of the park. Hiring Phebe was one of the best decisions I made after saying "yes". Phebe, I'm obsessed- you have a fan for life!!!!

ns throughout the process, and every single item from the bouquets to flower crowns for the flower girls, greenery and PERFECTLY executed center pieces - everything was absolutely stunning and done with such precision. I felt so close to her throughout the process - when I actually met her in person I nearly cried with happiness! Cannot recommend Phebe enough.

From our very first phone call with Phebe, she made our experience fun and knew exactly how to pull out our vision from our dream Pinterest Board to something realistic for our budget without compromising what still felt like “us”. She made sure to include my husband’s opinion just as much as mine as the bride (despite him laughing his way through how to describe his floral vision LOL!) and asked thoughtful questions about the other event details to make sure everything tied in seamlessly. When looking back on our wedding day, the ability to trust your vendors makes all the difference when being able to enjoy your day in the moment. Because of Phebe’s ability to talk through her plan and vision, we just knew we could trust that every detail would be perfect. She not only talked us through those details but showed us visually through a custom Pinterest Board and outlined proposal (that we revised multiple times, so thank you!!!). We genuinely appreciated all of her advice and could not have been happier with how stunning everything turned out! For a bride who requested all white and greenery, the florals were so well mixed between the types of flowers and textures that still made it feel so unique and special. Her passion for florals, mixed with her vibrant energy and genuine care for her clients, makes her such a dream to work with professionally and personally. We feel so lucky to know Phebe and we could not recommend her more to others!

mediately. She was so helpful and offered suggestions all the time whenever I needed them. She truly knows her work and is a master of her craft; on top of all that she was a delight to be around. Her positive energy and smile alone made my morning when I saw her, then I saw the flowers and she knocked it out of the park! I highly recommend her - I wouldn't have changed a single thing she did for my wedding.

. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, added her expertise and creativity and turned around a proposal that exceeded our expectations. As we worked through all the final details, I trusted that she made decisions as if it was her own event, which is a really nice feeling when you are juggling a lot of wedding details. To add to it all, Phebe is such a warm, kind and energetic person. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her! The final product was stunning! We were blown away by the color palette and variety of flowers used in her arrangements. We received so many compliments from guests at the wedding, as well as questions about the florist for future events. Phebe was so sweet on the day - she stopped in to say hi when delivering the bouquets and we got a sneak peak of the reception room as she was adding the final touches. I would work with Phebe again in a heartbeat!

rals that matched our overall vision but also our color palette. Working with Phebe was so easy and collaborative that I felt confident and excited to see the outcome of our discussions. One thing I found super helpful was the custom Pinterest board that Phebe creates to help bring the vision to life before the big day. On the big day, Phebe was so punctual and sweet, and my bouquet was gorgeous! We even through Phebe a curve ball with our photobooth back drop that she redesigned day of spectacularly. I’m so happy we had the opportunity to work with Phebe and highly recommend her to others.

erson, but she is amazing at her craft and so passionate about bringing it to life. I changed my vision for the color and feel of the floral design a few months before our wedding (that's what a COVID postponed wedding does to you!) and Phebe was right there providing expert advice and supporting my decisions all along the way. My favorite part of the entire wedding planning process was going to the floral market with Phebe. I loved that she was able to personalize the experience for me and I value that she took the time out of her busy day to educate and show me the florals we were incorporating in to the design. The day of the wedding I was speechless - the florals were so bold and beautiful and perfectly captured the essence of the new design. I can't recommend Phebe and her team enough -- they made our wedding complete!

rong creative vision, same excitement around the endless floral options, flexibility to help plan remotely, & the ability to trust & execute this vision on the big day. Working with Phebe gave me all of that & more, I could not have been more pleased or imagined going through this wild ride with anyone other than Gracefloral&co. When we originally connected, we both shared the same vision & excitement & immediately hit it off. Then Covid hit & threw a wrench into all of our plans, we rescheduled our wedding 2 times, each during a different season. It was not easy but working with amazing vendors like Phebe, lessened the stress each time we connected. We changed our vision 3 times together, through 3 different seasons of new floral arrangements & options! Each time, she made it feel new & exciting instead of stressful & sad, which I can't thank her enough for. The day of the wedding was absolutely breathtaking, she hit the romantic summer look I was going for with votive candles highlighting the beautiful whites & creams florals everywhere the eye could see. It exceeded what I thought was possible & was our dream day. Thank you Phebe & team, do not hesitate to work with this vendor on your wedding day! We couldn't be happier. - Marisa

ur style and color palette…working to help us create our vision even though we had little to give her to start (we had not created a Pinterest or other inspirational/mood board). She is a true artist with her craft! Phebe was attentive and conscientious of our budget, recommending arrangements that could be repurposed from the ceremony to the reception and suggesting where additions or cuts to our order would be most impactful. We never felt like Phebe was trying to upsell us arrangements we didn’t need. She easily flexed to our new day when we had to reschedule the ceremony and reception in the midst of COVID, despite having just given birth a few short months before our (second!) special day. Phebe doesn’t just excel at customer service. Her arrangements speak for themselves. Each flower, stem, and spray was carefully selected by hand and arranged to maximize their beauty. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the decor. Thank you, Phebe!!!

y she’s truly a boutique florist who only takes on a select amount of weddings and takes them on with commitment to integrity and beauty. She’s one of a kind for the floral industry in this area. If you want someone who has a beautiful vision and gives you a Pinterest board preview of your wedding I highly recommend her! Even with a minor snafu she handled it with such grace and sincerity.

fe! Even down to the little details she nailed! I'd highly recommend her to anyone getting married in New England if you're looking for someone with an incredible vision, so talented & a pleasure to work with!!

l Dinner in Newport, RI. It felt like Phebe was reading my mind as we discussed blossoms, greenery and blue and white china containers. She was as excited as I was to be planning the table arrangements, and brought her creativity and experience to the conversation. When Phebe described her style as "Garden and Gathered" I knew she was our floral designer. Phebe is meticulous with the details. When all our planning for May 2020 had to be cancelled, and rescheduled for May 2021, Phebe didn't miss a beat. She was gracious and caring about the postponement, and when we were planning again, early this year, Phebe remembered everything we had planned a year earlier! On the night of the Rehearsal Dinner the centerpieces were stunning, hydrangeas, roses, ranunculus, stock and more. And here's what happened next: everyone at the dinner commented on the flowers, and on how handsome the rooms - both dining room and bar area - looked as a result. As dinner was ending, I walked around the tables, and let friends and family know they could decide who would take the arrangements and blue and white containers home. They were so excited! The amazing thing is the long history of what is still happening with these arrangements. Two arrangements went home with my sisters to their Newport hotels. One then carried hers back to Nantucket - and got compliments on the ferry about how beautiful the flowers were! One carried hers from Newport to my Mother’s house. My Mom, a landscape architect and 7 decades long gardener, is loving her arrangement! "A perfect balance of loose and luxurious, with gorgeous colors and inventive combinations.” Two arrangements and several bud vases went with the bridesmaids back to the gatehouse at OceanCliff. The bridesmaids then took them home with them! One arrangement is on a dining room table in Warren, RI. Two are in Walpole, MA with aunts of the bride. I have enjoyed my own vase - at OceanCliff for the two days after the dinner, and now it’s on the dining room table. Perfectly conditioned, beautifully arranged flowers that are proving to have incredible longevity - and that are continuing to provide joy to many.

take all of my ideas and make it all come to life more beautifully than I had imagined. Her creativity and floral designs are top notch and I had full trust in everything she did. She and her entire team worked incredibly hard throughout the day and even into the evening to make sure that every piece was visible and even moved florals from the ceremony space into the reception space. The venue looked so good that people just passing by were asking for the florists information (seriously!). It was magical and everything I had hoped. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because I recommend so much. Thank you Phebe and the Grace Floral and Co team!

extremely flexible and caring during the chaotic changes that occurred due to Covid. You will definitely love your flowers and Phebe!

r wedding and are already feeling bogged down by decision fatigue, Phebe will be your floral spirit guide! Before I connected with her, I had no idea what I wanted for our wedding florals (and my husband had even less of a clue). Phebe held our hands through every step of the process and made the experience incredibly enjoyable! She provided multiple points of inspiration so we could understand the options, while still allowing me to put my own personal taste into every floral selection. My husband even remarked that he enjoyed the process of picking his favorite pins from the Pintrest inspiration board! It’s rare to work with someone who is so blessed with creative gifts, yet also excels on the administrative side of things. But Phebe does both excellently. Her contracts are written so actual humans can understand them and she emphasizes the importance of communication. I hope by the time you are reading this that COVID-19 will just be a bad, yet distant, memory. But we had to push our wedding date by 4 months due to COVID and Phebe was generously able to accommodate our new date without missing a beat. We cannot begin to thank Phebe enough for her beautiful work and we HIGHLY recommend her!!

d were so beautiful in person and in pictures. She also created a beautiful copper arch structure for our ceremony, which came out gorgeous. Phebe was also very flexible and creative in helping us put together decor for the ceremony that could also be repurposed for the reception. I cannot recommend Grace Floral and Co enough!!!

e makes the process of planning your wedding & designing your flowers so easy. We are forever grateful for our perfect wedding day.

orgeous. She helped us put together the perfect look for our event. I would absolutely recommend Phebe and would definitely use her again in the future.

nd will plan the wedding of your dreams. Phebe is friendly, nice, and such a sweet person. The day of the wedding I was worry free and didn’t have to deal with any stress. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Phebe!

at start out with a small intimate event, it quickly doubled in size and then we needed help! We started looking for venues, photographers, music and this is when we first heard about Making Me Events and Phebe Robinson. Our photographer told us that he had worked with a lady that had an attention to detail and a work ethic that was so impressive and worth looking into. By this time we were running into all kinds of problems and we definitely started feeling the stress and what everyone describes as a nightmare waiting to happen so when we contacted Phebe, we were ready to “throw in the towel”. The day that Phebe Robinson walked into our wedding plans was the start of the wedding of my daughter’s dreams. She worked with our every need and set out a plan that made sense, it’s a process and Phebe has this process down to an art. She is truly a wedding planner that makes dreams come true. She works hard to merge your vision, your style, your personality with her experience, work ethic and flawless taste. If you let her work her magic, she will make your wedding enjoyable and beautiful! We wish you could have seen that venue, it was truly MAGICAL! Phebe stayed with us every step of the way and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We are still getting compliments, she exceeded all our expectations and created wedding memories that will stay in our hearts forever! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

lessed to have found in her not only a wedding planner extraordinaire but also a friend for life! She listens from the very beginning, offers advice, options, and most importantly, her stunning design style! Phebe has a way of putting you at ease and takes care of all the worry for you! Our daughter's wedding was beyond anything we could have imagined, every time I think about it I tear up at how stunning every detail was! HELLO!!! we got published!! Did I mention that?! Phebe goes above and beyond to make sure that your dream wedding becomes reality. When you choose Making Me Events, you can rest assured that Phebe will bring on ALL the pretty! We love you Phebe :)

forget. The instant I met her I knew she was the right fit for me. Not only is her style/design stunning (check out her Instagram), but Phebe made me so comfortable INSTANTLY- almost as if I'd been friends with her for years! And with that alone I knew I could trust her with something as special as our wedding day. She took the time to get to know us personally and really paid attention to what it was we were looking for in not only a planner but what we envisioned for our wedding. She made sure that everything that went into our wedding was a direct representation of our personality and paid attention to the little things that others tend to push aside - no detail went unnoticed. Phebe only connected us with the very best vendors in the Laredo area, attended every appointment with us, answered every single question we had (no matter how many times we asked it), and made sure we enjoyed the entire process - stress free! We never had to worry about a thing! I can't imagine what our experience would have been like without Making Me Events and I'm sure glad I don't have to. Looking back at the entire process having Phebe coordinate our wedding was the best decision we made. We couldn't have done it without her! We love you Phebe!<3:)

t Phebe was so comforting and so attentive to every detail she won me over! My wedding day was the most stress free and beautiful day and that could not have happened without Making Me Events! I would advice every couple who is engaged to contact her because it makes a world of a difference to have someone as talented and experienced by your side.

y attentive to all of our desires and designed a beautiful day for us to enjoy.

he church or if your DJ has all the songs down. Making Me Events helped me and my husband make our wedding day go so smooth. I would highly recommend hiring Phebe and her team, they are all fantastic!! I am very well organized and did not think I would need any type of help, but I was wrong. I got insight on things I was not aware of that was even needed for wedding day. Again if you feel lost or not sure where to start, get a wedding planner and HIGHLY recommend again Making Me Events!

stress free wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she made sure that the final components came together including the schedule and the vendors we had booked. She was very responsive to questions and provided valuable insight on how to make things run smoothly. During the wedding weekend she led the rehearsal with force and managed to wrangle my somewhat disorganized family in her cheerful and uplifting way. Our officiant was a friend of ours and had never married anyone before and was therefore nervous. Phebe took extra time to coach him and instill him with confidence, which was reflected in our ceremony. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure that all of our DIY components came together. Did I mention that she is amazing? As a florist she is also very talented. She listened to my likes and dislike and worked with me to make sure the bouquets fit my aesthetic. The final products were better than what I could have imagined!

whatever she thought would look best & it looked better than I ever could have imagined! I can't say enough how happy we were with her, she made our wedding day soooooo much easier!
