From our first phone call with Phebe, I knew she was the right person to bring our floral ideas to life. She has so much passion for what she does and truly cares about her clients. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, added her expertise and creativity and turned around a proposal that exceeded our expectations. As we worked through all the final details, I trusted that she made decisions as if it was her own event, which is a really nice feeling when you are juggling a lot of wedding details. To add to it all, Phebe is such a warm, kind and energetic person. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her! The final product was stunning! We were blown away by the color palette and variety of flowers used in her arrangements. We received so many compliments from guests at the wedding, as well as questions about the florist for future events. Phebe was so sweet on the day - she stopped in to say hi when delivering the bouquets and we got a sneak peak of the reception room as she was adding the final touches. I would work with Phebe again in a heartbeat!

Phebe is amazing and truly gifted at her craft. When I started wedding planning, I had no idea what florals I wanted, and Phebe was instrumental in guiding us towards not only florals that matched our overall vision but also our color palette. Working with Phebe was so easy and collaborative that I felt confident and excited to see the outcome of our discussions. One thing I found super helpful was the custom Pinterest board that Phebe creates to help bring the vision to life before the big day. On the big day, Phebe was so punctual and sweet, and my bouquet was gorgeous! We even through Phebe a curve ball with our photobooth back drop that she redesigned day of spectacularly. I’m so happy we had the opportunity to work with Phebe and highly recommend her to others.

Our wedding florals were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined or envisioned -- and it's all because of Phebe and her team! She is not only a wonderful and charming person, but she is amazing at her craft and so passionate about bringing it to life. I changed my vision for the color and feel of the floral design a few months before our wedding (that's what a COVID postponed wedding does to you!) and Phebe was right there providing expert advice and supporting my decisions all along the way. My favorite part of the entire wedding planning process was going to the floral market with Phebe. I loved that she was able to personalize the experience for me and I value that she took the time out of her busy day to educate and show me the florals we were incorporating in to the design. When I got engaged & started planning our 2020 wedding in Newport, RI the most exciting part of the process for me was the flowers! I knew I had to work with a florist who had a strong creative vision, same excitement around the endless floral options, flexibility to help plan remotely, & the ability to trust & execute this vision on the big day. Working with Phebe gave me all of that & more, I could not have been more pleased or imagined going through this wild ride with anyone other than Gracefloral&co. When we originally connected, we both shared the same vision & excitement & immediately hit it off. Then Covid hit & threw a wrench into all of our plans, we rescheduled our wedding 2 times, each during a different season. It was not easy but working with amazing vendors like Phebe, lessened the stress each time we connected. We changed our vision 3 times together, through 3 different seasons of new floral arrangements & options! Each time, she made it feel new & exciting instead of stressful & sad, which I can't thank her enough for. The day of the wedding was absolutely breathtaking, she hit the romantic summer look I was going for with votive candles highlighting the beautiful whites & creams florals everywhere the eye could see. Phebe went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more when looking for a floral vendor. From our first conversation, Phebe was attentive to our style and color palette…working to help us create our vision even though we had little to give her to start (we had not created a Pinterest or other inspirational/mood board). She is a true artist with her craft! Phebe was attentive and conscientious of our budget, recommending arrangements that could be repurposed from the ceremony to the reception and suggesting where additions or cuts to our order would be most impactful. We never felt like Phebe was trying to upsell us arrangements we didn’t need. She easily flexed to our new day when we had to reschedule the ceremony and reception in the midst of COVID, despite having just given birth a few short months before our (second!) special day. Phebe doesn’t just excel at customer service. Her arrangements speak for themselves. Each flower, stem, and spray was carefully selected by hand and arranged to maximize their beauty. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the decor. Thank you, Phebe!!!

Phebe is one of the most passionate visionaries I have ever met. She truly takes such pride in work and will do whatever it takes to make her couples happy. She is no floral factory she’s truly a boutique florist who only takes on a select amount of weddings and takes them on with commitment to integrity and beauty. She’s one of a kind for the floral industry in this area. If you want someone who has a beautiful vision and gives you a Pinterest board preview of your wedding I highly recommend her! Even with a minor snafu she handled it with such grace and sincerity.

Phebe is so incredibly gifted and truly a sweetheart!! We had the best time working with her! She puts such a great personal touch on her work and made our wedding dream come to life! The Rehearsal Dinner Floral centerpieces of my dreams! From our first phone call I knew Phebe of Grace Floral and Co was the floral designer for my son and and his bride's Rehearsal Dinner in Newport, RI. It felt like Phebe was reading my mind as we discussed blossoms, greenery and blue and white china containers. She was as excited as I was to be planning the table arrangements, and brought her creativity and experience to the conversation. When Phebe described her style as "Garden and Gathered" I knew she was our floral designer. Phebe is meticulous with the details. When all our planning for May 2020 had to be cancelled, and rescheduled for May 2021, Phebe didn't miss a beat. She was gracious and caring about the postponement, and when we were planning again, early this year, Phebe remembered everything we had planned a year earlier! On the night of the Rehearsal Dinner the centerpieces were stunning, hydrangeas, roses, ranunculus, stock and more. And here's what happened next: everyone at the dinner commented on the flowers, and on how handsome the rooms - both dining room and bar area - looked as a result. As dinner was ending, I walked around the tables, and let friends and family know they could decide who would take the arrangements and blue and white containers home. They were so excited! The amazing thing is the long history of what is still happening with these arrangements. Two arrangements went home with my sisters to their Newport hotels. One then carried hers back to Nantucket - and got compliments on the ferry about how beautiful the flowers were! One carried hers from Newport to my Mother’s house. My Mom, a landscape architect and 7 decades long gardener, is loving her arrangement! "A perfect balance of loose and luxurious, with gorgeous colors and inventive combinations.” Two arrangements and several bud vases went with the bridesmaids back to the gatehouse at OceanCliff. The bridesmaids then took them home with them! One arrangement is on a dining room table in Warren, RI. Two are in Walpole, MA with aunts of the bride. I have enjoyed my own vase - at OceanCliff for the two days after the dinner, and now it’s on the dining room table. Perfectly conditioned, beautifully arranged flowers that are proving to have incredible longevity - and that are continuing to provide joy to many.

Phebe from Grace Floral and Co did our wedding this past weekend. To say I was in awe of her work is an understatement. While I didn’t have an exact vision, Phebe was able to help take all of my ideas and make it all come to life more beautifully than I had imagined. Her creativity and floral designs are top notch and I had full trust in everything she did. She and her entire team worked incredibly hard throughout the day and even into the evening to make sure that every piece was visible and even moved florals from the ceremony space into the reception space. The venue looked so good that people just passing by were asking for the florists information (seriously!). It was magical and everything I had hoped. Phebe is the most amazing florist you will ever find! From start to finish Phebe puts in all her talent and time to make sure that your wedding vision is captured. Phebe was also extremely flexible and caring during the chaotic changes that occurred due to Covid. You will definitely love your flowers and Phebe!

Phebe is a creative GENIUS! She is extremely passionate about her work and the florals she created for our wedding day were absolutely perfect! If you’ve just started planning your wedding and are already feeling bogged down by decision fatigue, Phebe will be your floral spirit guide! Before I connected with her, I had no idea what I wanted for our wedding florals (and my husband had even less of a clue). Phebe held our hands through every step of the process and made the experience incredibly enjoyable! She provided multiple points of inspiration so we could understand the options, while still allowing me to put my own personal taste into every floral selection. My husband even remarked that he enjoyed the process of picking his favorite pins from the Pintrest inspiration board! It’s rare to work with someone who is so blessed with creative gifts, yet also excels on the administrative side of things. But Phebe does both excellently. Her contracts are written so actual humans can understand them and she emphasizes the importance of communication. I hope by the time you are reading this that COVID-19 will just be a bad, yet distant, memory. But we had to push our wedding date by 4 months due to COVID and Phebe was generously able to accommodate our new date without missing a beat. We cannot begin to thank Phebe enough for her beautiful work and we HIGHLY recommend her!!

Phebe was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was able to turn my vision of a whimsical, romantic, dreamy design into a reality! The flower arrangements and bouquets she prepared were so beautiful in person and in pictures. She also created a beautiful copper arch structure for our ceremony, which came out gorgeous. Phebe was also very flexible and creative in helping us put together decor for the ceremony that could also be repurposed for the reception. I cannot recommend Grace Floral and Co enough!!!

My wedding day was PERFECT, and it was all thanks to Phebe from Making Me Events! I was very skeptical about someone else planning my wedding day because it's such a special day but Phebe was so comforting and so attentive to every detail she won me over! My wedding day was the most stress free and beautiful day and that could not have happened without Making Me Events! Your wedding day is one of the biggest and most exciting days of you and your husbands life (more you the bride). Phebe is AMAZING. We hired her for our day of coordinator and our florist and we are SO thankful that we did. As our day of coordinator she used her expertise to make sure we had a stress free wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she made sure that the final components came together including the schedule and the vendors we had booked. She was very responsive to questions and provided valuable insight on how to make things run smoothly. During the wedding weekend she led the rehearsal with force and managed to wrangle my somewhat disorganized family in her cheerful and uplifting way. Our officiant was a friend of ours and had never married anyone before and was therefore nervous. Phebe took extra time to coach him and instill him with confidence, which was reflected in our ceremony. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure that all of our DIY components came together. Did I mention that she is amazing? As a florist she is also very talented. She listened to my likes and dislike and worked with me to make sure the bouquets fit my aesthetic. The final products were better than what I could have imagined!

Phebe of Making Me Event Planning Firm is amazing! She was our Day of coordinator &amp; took care of absolutely everything! I gave her everything &amp; pretty much told her to do whatever she thought would look best &amp; it looked better than I ever could have imagined!
