Amy from customer service, said she would love to help even though I was 4 days past their 7 day warranty. I spent 22 days sending them very specific photos and getting re-measured (also my measurements hadn't changed). I was very upfront about the dress being with a seamstress. 23 days before my wedding, I received a response from Amy stating, "there is nothing they can do since alterations already started". I used a seamstress they recommended and then they insulted me over the cost of the alterations. I am so hurt because I never asked for anything. They offered to help then exploited vulnerable photos of me in an ill fitting dress. The quality is way different than what you try on in the store! ________________________________ Review posted December 18th: I am so sad about the dress I received and will be spending over $800 in alterations. More than half the price of the dress. 1. I was told that 90% of their dresses don't need alterations because they are tailored to your exact measurements. This is NOT true. They don't have an in-house seamstress so there is no way to track this. Even when I called about the issue and said alterations were needed, the store didn't ask for my name or any information. They did however provide a referral for two tailors that are familiar with their dresses. 2. Making an appointment for the final measurements was nearly impossible. The store policies for this 15 minute appointment for the final measurements is incredibly limited. Especially, if you work a 9-5 job! 3. My dress arrived and it's HUGE. The top is actually falling off of me. The material around the skirt is more of a yellow color vs the bright white in the store. It's significantly longer than the 1 inch give that was measured. Please just keep in mind that once you've paid for the item, you're no longer a customer of this store.

Really wonderful experience and stunning dresses! Unlike traditional wedding dresses, I was able to try on without clamps and fussiness. The process of ordering and measuring ensured I did not need alterations and the dress was gorgeous, comfortable, and fit like a glove. The showroom experience was great and made the process easy and joyful!
