I plan to get my dress altered in the country where I will get married, I buy my flight after confirming ship date. 1 week before ship date they tell me because of “supply challenges” my dress has been delayed and I will receive it less than a month before I leave to my destination wedding. I still need to alter it somewhere else because they don’t do that for you. I have to lose the flight and alteration appointment. They essentially tell me there is nothing they can do and receiving my dress that 100% needs alterations less than a month before my wedding is perfectly fine 💀 So, if you need a reliable brand that you know won’t come with last minute changes, stay away.

She wasn’t dressed appropriately in my opinion. I don’t normally notice this stuff but I literally almost saw a cheek and sandals in the winter? Idk it felt like a beach outfit in a upscale bridal salon. None of the dresses I tried on were clipped to fit me better. I’ve never been to a bridal place where they don’t clip big dresses on you? And none of them were in the correct color which is fine I guess but I’m not going to spend $2500+ on a dress by “using my imagination” which is what the woman kept saying to me. I was really disappointed by this experience. The dresses seemed cheap and everything I tried on was damaged. Beautiful space and if you’re able to use your imagination but I can’t do that when spending that much money.

Even on the back end they were flexible in letting me exchange my veil for additional jewelry and making sure my fit would be perfect! I didn’t have to make any alterations to the dress and it fit the day so well. The dresses are also very light weight and forgiving so great for transitioning from ceremony to dance floor. Would recommend to any future bride!!

rth in email several times. Each time I corrected them, an email or two later, the measurements were changed back to the wrong sizes again. Well now the dress comes in and it is way too short - can’t wear my heels, the straps had to be taken off because they put the wrong kind on which then lost the clips they had sewn into them for a GLL back necklace, so I couldn’t wear that either. Not worth it for how much money you are spending. Just don’t do it.

bsolutely gorgeous and the perfect fit for our vineyard/ mountain wedding. Also, most comfortable dress I have ever worn and the bustle was so easy to clip up and bring down for awesome train pictures all day/night!

welcoming and helpful. I was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I ended up trying on 5 dresses and choosing the very first dress I had tried on. The ordering process was extremely easy and I was able to get emails every step of the way during production. Three months later my dress arrived and couldn't have been more perfect. Since the dress was made to my specific measurements, it fit like a glove. I ended up taking the dress to my local tailor to add a bustle, but other than that no alternations were necessary. intimate feel. Every part of the experience down to the slip you wear for your measurements felt special and luxurious, and worlds apart from a regular shopping trip to the mall. They also limit the number of guests each person can bring, and only see a couple of brides at a time) which was a sharp contrast to some other stores I went to where it felt like I was trying on dresses for my group...and 10 other girls' friends and family. Sheryl was an amazing stylist - she listened to what I wanted, but also made some recommendations that I wasn't originally planning to try on, but which ended up being gorgeous. She also went totally above and beyond to help me - I wanted to buy their Dosa heels, but they didn't have them in the showroom in my size. Sheryl happened to have the same size feet as me, and she made me another appointment to come in and try on HER heels so I could see if I liked them before ordering. It goes without saying that all the dresses are gorgeous. As soon as I put it on, I knew it was the right dress, whereas dresses elsewhere were hard to really visualize as the floor sample is always 8 sizes too big or small and clipped/pinned in 20 different spots. TL;DR - Grace Loves Lace (and Sheryl) were incredible - I found the perfect dress, and the whole experience was fun and approachable, while at the same time feeling super special.

fiancé proposed I just had to make the trip to LA from Boston, MA to see the dress in person. Hayley assured me that even if the Dominque isn't for me, not to worry- there were plenty of other options to choose from. She made me feel at home when I walked through that beautiful wood door with rose tea and champagne. I ended up purchasing the Dominique and the Henry vail and it was every thing I ever dreamed of since I was a little girl. Customer service was incredible as well after I purchased Dominique, ensuring that the dress would be as beautiful as I imagined. Thank you so much for the experience of a lifetime and for making my dreams come true.

I was nervous that it wouldn’t fit because for some reason my measurements they took didn’t add up but I think it was because a four in heel doesn’t mean your four inches taller (idk why, just is what it is) so that was a slight hiccup but it turned out fine. The showroom itself is wonderful and cozy. Try to get the dressing area in the back because it’s larger and intimate. I’m obsessed with GLL and so glad I was able to find my gown. r I decided on my gown and ordered it through their online website. DO NOT BE AFRAID to do this. I used my measurements that were taken at the store and my dress came perfect. I received many compliments.

The girls in the showroom did an amazing job helping me choose a gown to suit my figure and allowed me to try different styles to ensure I was happy with my choice. They were on constant contact with me during the tailoring process, and answered any questions I had. The dress arrived 8 weeks before my wedding giving me time to try it on again with my shoes and accessories. It arrived in a beautiful box with a little note inside which was a cute touch. n in the making of the gown. I at some point discovered GLL and immediately visited their CA showroom after looking at their selection online and having a Skype call with Bec. Though I literally loved every dress, I settled on the Inca and felt no regrets about my choice. The store even allowed me to connect to the wi-fi so my bridesmaids could join in on the fun. GLL's craftsmanship and care that goes into your dress is truly unmatched. The whole process of selecting a dress with them made me very comfortable and Hayley really listened to my concerns and desires. She was such a delight to work with and she was even so helpful as to recommend an alterations place for cleaning my dress after the wedding. I cannot speak well enough of this store or their service and quality of their dresses.
