Day of, she was a lifesaver, with everything from setting up & taking down decorations, ensuring we were aligned with the timeline, handling anything that may have come up that didn't need the bride/groom, & making sure we ate & were hydrated on the 100-degree day. We loved being photographed by Vanessa, the wedding cake was excellent and the design matched exactly what we had asked for, the bouquet was a dream and Cicely even managed to get us the best table in the restaurant even though we were a small group of 11 people and the reception took place at Mon Ami Gabi - we were right in front of the Bellagio fountains!!!!). I recommend her without hesitation!

t certain the Cicely would do an amazing job. It was clear she was organized and professional from the start. We had a bit of a complex wedding, with several different venues throughout the day and a lot of DIY decor in lieu of vendors like a florist, decor team, and we even did the linens ourselves. Thanks to her and her assistant, the day went extremely smooth. She also was great at wrangling people with where they needed to be, which was a huge help. I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her!

s.. making decor.. but details were falling through the cracks and who was going to be in charge of all the day of stuff!? Enter Cicely!! From her first contact with us, she put us at ease. Her organization and questions left us feeling like we made the right choice in reaching out to her! She was so easy to work with and took care of all the day of coordinating and setup details.. She really handled every thing that came up.. and I mean come on.. it’s your wedding day… What could go wrong!? Hahahahaha! She dealt with a bus break down that was transporting our wedding party.. vendor hiccups.. and our crazy family!!! She was stellar!! She kept her cool, all while keeping our day running so smooth! Kept our wedding party in line… And made sure the bride and groom were on point until send off! Cicely even followed us around with food, and made sure we got to eat bites while we did our reception mingling duties.. Cicely rocked it!! Thank you so much for making our special day seem so effortless!! Your hard work made it all the more special for us and our whole tribe!! Anyone who chooses you can trust they are in great hands!!

sangeet, Church ceremony and American reception, and with our friends and families flying in from all over the world, we had our hands full. As we were vetting wedding coordinators/planners, we encountered some who were very experienced but not personable, and others who were personable but not efficient. We were looking for someone who was truly good at their job and whom we could comfortably rely on for our unique weekend celebrations. Cicely was extremely professional, competent, responsive, efficient, and executed our wedding events beyond our already-high expectations. She did tons of research on Indian event decor and went above and beyond to ensure that the Sangeet setup looked exactly, if not better, than what we'd envisioned and planned for. Because of strong winds, our arch backdrop for the Sangeet broke, but Cicely was on top of everything and took the intiative to move the decor sans arch to another spot away from the wind. When we arrived, we couldn't have guessed anything had even gone wrong! Our guests couldn't stop gushing over how beautiful the venue looked and how perfectly everything was executed. Despite so many moving pieces, she was prompt with the tear down and setup for the next day's wedding reception. With regards to vendor management, her many years of wedding planning experience were immediately evident as soon as she took on our wedding just a month prior to the events. She was incredibly detail-oriented and ensured that all the vendors were aligned on every single aspect of both the schedule and flow of events. Her BEO was comprehensive and pushed us to think of the little details we were missing and helped us stay on track with our to-dos. To be completely honest, it's really hard to think of even one thing we wish Cicely could've done better, because she really is THE BEST. If you're on the fence about hiring her for your wedding, please do not hesitate for even a moment. You won't regret it.

I knew that on my wedding day, I would need the help. Who wants to work on their wedding day to keep everything organized? Also, who really wants to employee their bridesmaids, family, or friends when they should be enjoying the event? Hire a coordinator and better yet, hire Cicely! Leading up to the event, she was very organized. She would respond to me in a timely manner, she updated the event order with every change I had. She was very patient and kind. On the day of the event, she was able to handle our (tough) friends. She was so helpful with decorating the space to my specs. She listened to my requests and handled them in a professional way. She also helped at the end of the night to clean up and organize the items I brought. I cannot thank her enough. Cicely held my hand the entire time. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!
