Working with Lisa and the team at Gracious Thyme was a dream! They were flexible and accommodating when it came to planning our menu and everything was executed flawlessly day of. The food was delicious and their staff was top notch. We could not have asked for a better catering team for our big day!

I can't recommend Danniel and his team at Gracious Thyme highly enough! The whole team was amazing - Danniel was such a great listener and collaborator - from the start, he really understood the kind of experience we wanted to create, and he worked so patiently with us as we worked out the details of the space, the menu, and the night's agenda in a way that would be elegant, personal, on budget, and most of all, fun! We had a number of dietary restrictions to accommodate and Danniel helped envision a menu that met everyone's needs and yet you would never know - the menu was beyond delicious, and looked gorgeous. And, I have never had so many people come up to me after an event and say how it was the best food they'd had! Thank you Danniel, Lisa, and the whole team at Gracious Thyme!

We wanted to thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for everything. The entire day was nothing short of perfect and we were blown away by you and Gracious Thyme. The service, the food, the drinks, honestly everything was absolutely perfect (our guests felt the same way too). I am tearing up writing this because it really was amazing to see everything come together and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. I have received nothing but compliments from every single one of our guests on the service as well as the food/drinks. Thank you for being our rock and go-to person throughout the whole process and our wedding night. We couldn't have done it without you! Mary was also fantastic and the sweetest - please thank her so much as well!

I wanted to take this opportunity to express our thanks for a beautiful job, well done.
Your professionalism, execution, dedication, and attention to detail were all outstanding and contributed to making our special evening a true success. The staff to guest ratio was noticeable and contributed to the overall experience.
The food was exceptional, the pace perfect, the set up spectacular and the availability of vegan/ vegetarian offerings just right.
So many of our guests told us how very pleased they were with the appetizers, the bar service, the dinner and late snacks.
We must single out how wonderful Taylor was in his demeanor, attitude and accommodating our needs during the entire affair.
Thank you again, and we will certainly recommend Gracious Thyme to others!

Lisa's approachability and expertise made the planning process a breeze, ensuring every detail of our menu was tailored to perfection.
