This is a newer property. It is themed for IU as the name may lead you to believe.
My room is a King bed and is great. Was very clean and well prepared, and has anything needed for a short to intermediate stay.

ich seems to be used as a study hall for IU students. The atmosphere is like a library.
They also have a pub/grille in house with a good selection of apps, sandwiches, and entrees. It is slightly higher price than off property options, as is common for hotel eateries.
The fitness center is more extensive than the typical hotel. There is plenty of space so you aren't on top of others using the facility.
I'm in Bloomington a few times per year for work and this will be my first choice moving forward!

I doubt you can find a better hotel in Bloomington….it is located on the square downtown….walking distance from campus

was super fun! The staff was all very friendly and helpful! There was a parking garage which was great to have. The coffee shop/bar in the hotel was fun and delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

We had such a special 3 night stay at the Graduate Bloomington ! Bucket list family trip to my dad’s alma mater and to catch a Hoosiers game. We drove 13 hours to get here and relieved at the warm welcome and fast checkin with Kate who quickly ...
accommodated our room proximity request. The Hotel is so charming - what fun to see all the IU references, like an Easter egg hunt, throughout the hotel. Everything is very clean, and comfortable. The rooms are so well thought out and super comfortable beds. (I am so picky about room temperature and appreciate the modern HVAC.) Every amenity is custom to the theme, and this added to our IU experience! Best of all was Kelsea - F&B Manager at the bar. We were so tired and hungry and she made amazing cocktails, menu suggestions and had us fed and watered quickly ! She was so kind with other area restaurant and bar recommendations. Then, surprise ! She overheard it was my birthday and sent wine, snacks and a handwritten card to my room ! How very thoughtful; she really made our stay super special. Thank you Kelsea and team Graduate Bloomington, can’t wait to come back ! Proximity to campus, Nick’s and easy parking can’t be beat. (This is how granular I have to get to find anything to improve: with how nice everything is, pls upgrade from single ply toilet paper 😊)
