king with Maria and Robert 4+ months ahead of the wedding based on a referral. Went to the studio to be measured. Paid for fabric samples. I picked a fabric and placed the order 3 months before the wedding. They promised delivery (via text) in a few weeks. Despite their promises, a month later, they encountered a problem securing the fabric and said they would only receive it 3 weeks before the wedding to make the dress. Yikes!
I asked for an alternative fabric due to the delay. They assured me there were other fabrics. They sent one sample - the wrong color.
I had lost faith in the promises of delivery (in text messages) and I was extremely concerned about the delay. Instead of working toward a solution, they cancelled the order. When the going got tough, they quit. It was incredibly stressful. I was stunned that they would do this to a mother of the bride just 8 weeks before a wedding. Unreliable and poor customer service. Go elsewhere!!
