She was extremely professional, responsive, and detailed throughout the entire planning process. She actually got married on the same day as us so she couldn't be there, but that didn't negatively effect our day at all - everything was seamless, the venue looked beautiful, and the service was amazing. We have received so many compliments on the food and venue from our guests! We would highly recommend The Grand Ballroom to anyone planning their wedding!

ecially Taylor. We went to view about 20 wedding Venues on on the South Side of Chicago. The Grand Ballroom was the only Venue we found that did not nickle and dime you over every little thing. Their pricing was clear and the packages could be adjusted to fit your needs. Food! I can not express enough how good the food was. At the food tasting, they pulled out the red carpet experience. We meet with the head chief and were able to adjust/ customized the dishes to what we liked. The second most popular response we received from our guest and vendors was how good the food was, only second to how beautiful everything was. As for the Covid Wedding experience. We were only allowed to have 50 individuals attend our wedding (including ourselves and our vendors). The Ground Ballroom (Mistwood Golf Club) Staff could not have been more understanding during this difficult time. The waited it out with us to see if we could go to phase 4 to hold our wedding. They only charged us for the guest that we could have in attendance.
