Edson at the front desk is an absolute gem and genuinely one of the kindest people you could ever encounter. From the moment my friends and I walked in, he went completely out of his way to make us feel welcome, greeting us with a warm, authentic smile that instantly eased any travel stress we had. When we ran into a few unexpected hiccups with our plans, he didn't just give us a generic response or point us toward a brochure; he sat down with us, patiently listened, and personally helped us sort everything out with the utmost care. His willingness to help and his thoughtful, attentive nature turned what could have been a frustrating day into a wonderful experience, and we are all incredibly grateful for his exceptional kindness.

were dirty I had to wear shoes in my room. The bed sheets were pilling and felt like sand. The door to the balcony was impossible to open, the door to the mini fridge was all broken. Then the bathrooms were the worst. The fans didn’t work at all and there was mold on the ceiling and in the corners of the shower, behind the faucet at the sink, my husband is allergic to mold and immediately gets a scratchy throat and his body gets itchy and that’s what happened here. The layout was awesome, location great, but we lost a whole nights sleep staying here. Also this is not a big deal but for how much you spend you’d think they would have streaming services or something when you are turning in for the night. They only had like 10 cable channels. Obviously the ocean is enough scenery you need but if you are on the city side and want to wind down with a movie that’s not an option unless chrome cast which didn’t work for me.

to rebook at the surfside location and they did not refund us the deposit. The lobby was filled with trash and the downstairs lobby bathroom was gross. The location was nice and room was big but i will not ever stay here again! Listen to the reviews people!

h day, it was slightly windy but extremely sunny, and the hotel refused to provide umbrellas because management supposedly did not authorize opening them. Meanwhile, every surrounding hotel had their umbrellas open, which made no sense at all. The air conditioning unit is located directly on the balcony, and the noise is unbearable. Sleeping peacefully is almost impossible because of how loud it is throughout the night. The bed is also terrible if you are sharing it with someone. Every time the other person moves or turns during the night, the entire bed shakes, disturbing your sleep constantly. The bed sheets are old and worn out, with visible fabric pilling from excessive washing, making them feel rough and uncomfortable against the skin. Housekeeping is another nightmare. When you request your room to be cleaned, they only seem to send someone around 3 PM, which is extremely inconvenient when you are trying to enjoy your day and return to a clean room earlier. The elevator situation was also chaotic. One of the days, out of the three elevators, only one or two were working, creating huge lines and long waiting times just to get upstairs or downstairs. The rooftop pool experience was disappointing as well. Guests are expected to place their own towels on the chairs to reserve spots, which feels more like a cheap 2-star hotel experience. The amenities are far too small for the number of rooms in the hotel, so during holidays it becomes impossible to enjoy the facilities unless you wake up extremely early to secure a spot. To make matters worse, the rooftop pool constantly played the same terrible song on repeat nonstop, with nonsensical lyrics over and over again. Instead of being relaxing, it genuinely started to feel like a form of torture after a while. Some of the towels provided at the pool area also had visible makeup stains on them. Finally, the pool itself is much smaller than it appears in the hotel photos. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I would not return, as I believe there are far better options in the same price range. P.S. They don’t allow guests to open umbrellas at either the beach or the rooftop pool, so apparently they expect you to burn under the sun. Management refuses to open the umbrellas at the slightest sign of wind, while every surrounding hotel and condo keeps theirs open without any issue.but the employee that works at the pool can have her umbrella open how fun!

phone next to our bed beeping every 10 minutes. Stayed here 3 nights, did not get cleaned the first night. Ended up taking out our own garbage and making our own bed. Had to beg for new towels, TWICE before they were brought to our room, with attitude. We were not given a welcome talk or told about the property. We had to learn from another guest that there was an adults only pool on the roof. Other pools were mildly dirty with floating flakes of who knows what, not a single hot tub worked. There were apparently employees who were supposed to hold the doors open but we're always in conversation with each other and opened a door I was already through. We contacted our travel agent about most of these concerns, while she was in conversation with the manager (Lavars), they denied everything being said. If you are coming here to relax and hoping for a worry free time, this is not the H̶o̶t̶e̶l̶ Motel for you. I've had a more comfortable and more attentive stay at Best Western This Mira Petrov person is about to call me a valued guest and give me warm regards. We did not feel like a valued customer, nor a warm welcome. Only thing warm here was the rooftop pool that was too hot to stay in. Also fairly certain all her responses are ai.
