Delicious, easy to work with, reasonable prices! Very happy with Grand Cakes.
Great cakes/cupcakes. I would not recommend using her cupcake stands. She charged $30 for 2 stands and they were plastic and very cheap looking. You can probably buy better (and ch...
eaper) stands at Hobby Lobby or the dollar store.
Tracy was great! I wanted to go a little non-traditional for my cake and she was so excited and encouraging! The cake looked beautiful and was absolutely delicious. She really take...
s pride in her work!
I was a little late hiring the person to do my cake, but Tracy at Grand Cakes was wonderful. She always remembered me and worked well with me, despite the fact that I live in a dif...
ferent state than the one in which I had my wedding. The cake was reasonably priced and very tasty. The service was excellent. The overall quality of the visual presentation was not exactly all that I hoped for, but it was adequate. And given the price, and that the cake was not the most important part of our wedding ceremony, we didn't mind the merely satisfactory aesthetics of the cake.
I had an idea of what an appointment to pick out a cake should be, and was slightly disappointed that there was only one flavor available to try since our appointment was kind of f...
orgotten about. However, our cake was made as we described and was absolutely delicious. It didn't look exactly as I had imagined it, but I was against fondant, and I think fondant would've been necessary for the look I imagined. Overall our cake was delicious, the filling was amazing, and I would recommend Grand Cakes as a vendor.
We had a dessert bar, so we just wanted a small, simple cake. We had a white cake with raspberry filling and a mocha cake with custard filling. They were both equally delicious, ...
and reminded me of eating donuts. The frosting has just the right amount of sweetness to compliment the cake. You can really tell all the ingredients are high quality and natural.
Tracy is really great at sitting with you as long as you need to figure out the best design that suits your taste, and for a very reasonable price.
Customer service was EXCELLENT! Loved the one on one consultation and attention paid to my fiance (now hubby) and me. :) Delicious and there wasn't ONE cupcake left after the wed...
ding - everyone enjoyed them thoroughly. The only issue I had was that I fear someone other than the person I consulted with may have done the decorating because it wasn't exactly as expected. They were still beautiful, but a little off from what discussed. All in all, it was great and I would order again. She did a bride's and groom's cake too and those were better than expected and soooooo good!
Got cupcakes from them, and a super cool tree cupcake stand. Prices were decent, cupcakes tasted great. Only complaint was that they didnt get things finished when they said they w...

We had a cupcake tower for our wedding and the one thing I loved about this company was the awesome tree cupcake stand. It was beautiful and perfect for our rustic themed wedding. ...
The cupcakes were pretty and tasty, but they were late getting them prepared. The person picking them up for us on the day of the wedding had to wait an hour for them to finish frosting them.
We couldn't afford much in terms of a tiered cake so we called around to see where we could find the cheapest two tiered cake...they were it! I wasn't sure what to expect in terms ...
of the physical appearance of the cake, since they were in the processes of moving to their new location when I purchased my cake but it turned out so beautiful! She put her own personal touches on it and must have been able to read me very well because it was exactly how I would have wanted it, and it tasted amazing! I will most definitely be going back for future events and just for the occasional cupcake. :)
We had a cake and cupcakes with a seashell theme. The appearance was lovely, but the cake was not what we discussed. Instead of blue with small shells and pearls, it was all white ...
with huge white shells on the front. It did taste really good. Then days after the wedding we find out that the cake was late. Guests were showing up and the cake was not there. Our reception started at 5:30 and they were supposed to be there no later than 4 p.m. and could have set up as early at 10 a.m. Tracy is such a sweet lady, but did not deliver to our standards.
