Grand Carriages & Baraat Horse Services

I'm not quite sure about if the last reviewer is talking about the same person/owner of the company . I got Grand Carriage's name and number from my cousin who had hired them for carriage rides for their daughter's princess party six months earlier. The owner, Stephanie has always been pleasant on the phone and accommodating. They arrived at the venue 2 hours before to get the horse ready and let us know when they arrived. My husband and I were quite pleased with their beautiful white horse and carriage and glad we went with them. They made my grand entrance and our ride together as husband and wife feel like a fairytale. It was truly magical. The horse and carriage was the perfect addition to our wedding!

Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I got married in March 2017. We hired Stefanie for a baraat horse. She was about an hour late which threw off everything in our wedding and cost us a lot of money with other vendors. We also had to skip some rituals as they are meant to be completed within an auspicious time. She didn't even bother calling us to give us a heads up she was late!! When I (the bride)called her about 10 mins after her scheduled arrival, she said well... if she could get off the phone, she could get there faster as if I was wasting her time. She said she'd be there in 15 mins she arrived about 45 mins after that. Our guests were waiting for over an hour. Indian weddings are long as is so this didn't help. Plus we had to forego wedding portraits of me and my husband and with our family in our wedding outfits because of the time constraints! Do you know how upsetting that is after all the months of planning a 300 person wedding multiple day traditional indian wedding?! I did try calling and emailing her several times after the wedding. She never bothered to apologize or respond to any of our messages. She was completely unprofessional and rude. Don't let her ruin your wedding day.
