s, the view and the services are all top notch. The only downside might be with the location - it’s super convenient to go to the airport but a luxury hotel like this should be closer to the city.

all kids to keep safe during the shower. The room is not big, but it has everything you need. Oh I almost forgot the unbeatable view if you choose the runway room. The food is not very attractive but you got all the Uber delivery if you want to enjoy the meal. Fitness center is also great.
The room is also unbelievable quiet. I thought it would be noisy since it is so close to the airport. But it is just quiet. The largest noise you can hear is the wind blowing out of the AC fan. A very nice experience.
Transportation through the airtrain system is also convenient. There is 24/7 service for both lines of the airtrain.
The price is not cheap but it worthes.

I must say the Air Train is a very convenient feature and an added bonus for its close proximity to the hotel. My experience was fantastic, from the check in, the service,the staff very helpful,polite and kind. I rang the hotel service line and...
told them I'd be a few minutes late for check out, when I arrived my room door was automatically disabled. Lucky, I managed to get someone to help me and retrieved my baggage.After that,I left my bags with the front counter for a few hours before my next flight , it was all part of good extended service.The staff also directed me to the international terminal to find a computer to log in to.
My room was immaculate,clean and quiet on the 5th floor.Slept very well. Breakfast could be improved a little bit more , with service with a smile.. when I asked for a croissant with butter.
At all times,I felt safe,and had a good experience. Thank you so much for making the start of my vacation a great one.

Definitely five stars all around. If you can afford the price point, this is the best airport hotel I’ve stayed at (bar some in the Middle East… That’s a different ball-game). Was so upset about missing an international flight by 10 minutes but...
the excellent staff, the convenient location, the absolutely amazing bed… made it all better. Great rooms, extremely quiet, attention to detail, large high end shower. Splurge for a suite with a soaking tub by the window if you can, but the tub in the queen rooms is the same amazing style without the view. Fave detail? The foam roller in the room that I could use to get some stress induced knots out pre flight. Excellent gym, bar and restaurant with vibe. Again, five stars from this seasoned and generally super critical traveler 👍🏻

acious bathroom added to the luxurious experience. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-notch customer service throughout my stay. Although my visit was brief due to an overnight layover flight, I'm already looking forward to returning to San Francisco, and without a doubt, this hotel will be my first choice. Its convenient access to the city makes it the perfect accommodation for future visits.
