My husband and I tied the knot in November and we held all of our wedding events at the Hyatt and could not be any happier with how everything went! The hotel itself is such an amazing time, I was so excited for my wedding guests to just enjoy the hotel! The pools, rooms and staff are all incredibly wonderful. Our main contact was Wenddy and she made the prep and coordination so much less stressful and I think it's safe to say I'd trust her with my life at this point! The entire staff made not just our stay but our events so amazing, I cannot recommend getting married here any more, best day/weekend of our lives. We had our rehearsal dinner on the 18th Lawn, It was a beautiful view and comfortably sat a 40 person dinner and bar! Nearby we had our welcome party on the 18th Terrace which had 100+ people, some furniture and a large bar in the middle. For our actual wedding day we chose the beautiful Grove area! The view sold us the second we saw it, and it made for the BEST ceremony pictures. The grove also feels private and secluded from the rest of the hotel the way it is surrounded by hedges. Our wedding had about 200 guests and still felt incredibly spacious when they flipped it from ceremony to reception with all the tables, bars and the dance floor! We had our after party inside the hotel in the Hibiscus room, the staff was incredible at bringing over golf carts and carting all of the guests over to that room quickly to keep the party going. Lastly we had a farewell brunch back at the 18th Terrace! Thank you thank you to literally everyone at The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa for going above and beyond

ere so everything was in walking distance or by golf cart.. The outdoor venues are breathtaking, the food was excellent and most of all, the wedding coordinator Wenddy Cobbain made the entire weekend run so smoothly. All our guests stayed there so we would run into each other at breakfast, by the pool and on the golf course. Cannot speak more highly about this resort for a wedding weekend. And only 30 minutes from the Palm Springs airport.

nt venue and then ended up changing to the Hyatt Regency about 2 months prior to our wedding day due to a very poor experience at our first venue. Needless to say, I was pretty anxious the first time I met Christy but she eased my anxiety and made sure she did everything she could to help make our dream wedding a reality. The venue itself is gorgeous - you really can't go wrong with any ceremony site option. We chose to have our ceremony on the Via Verde lawn with cocktails on the adjacent patio and dinner/dancing in the ballroom. We got some stunning photos of the surrounding scenery and the day went nearly flawlessly. The food was delicious, the drinks were good, and the staff were on top of their game. Christy herself was consistently available and able to answer any questions I had. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for so even though this venue is pricier than others, I think it was worth every single dollar spent. I'd recommend it as a potential venue to any bride or groom!

nce there on our vacation, the staff is wonderful and it's a gorgeous hotel and resort. We immediately contacted the wedding Coordinator at the hotel, Christy McCabe, and scheduled our wedding date. At some points during the planning process christy was a little hard to get a hold of but she's very busy and we understood that. She always got our questions answered and nothing was ever overlooked! She brought up things I didn't think of and she was very informative. The wedding was a destination wedding and we had over 40 family and friends why down to stay at the resort for our wedding. Everyone was extremely pleased with the hotel, the staff, the cleanliness and beauty of the resort and the amenities. On the day of the wedding everything was absolutely perfect and we could not have been happier. We are so glad we chose the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells for our wedding and we plan on visiting the hotel every year for our anniversary, we love it there that much! Thank you to Christy and everyone at the Hyatt for making our wedding absolutely perfect you went above and beyond our expectations !!
