vendors, the ease of parking and accessibility (this is SO important if you have older guests or guests with disabilities...Do NOT forget about this in your venue search), and of course working with Joe Todd (owner) and his amazing crew...to name just a few things. We appreciated Joe's flexibility and support throughout the planning process. He was always quick to answer our questions and stopped by on the morning of our wedding to make sure that everything was good to go. Thank you Grand Loft events! We had a magical day with you.

d brick walls in the Grand Loft were absolutely gorgeous and elevated our wedding reception decor to the next level. Joe was very easy to work with in all aspects - quick, effective communication…helped us with envisioning our day…explained what worked/didn’t work in the space….accommodated what we wanted to do with our decor…We could go on and on. We loved that the Grand Loft provides a DJ and bartender, as these were two less things that we had to worry about. Our DJ was Jesse and he was very nice to work with. He played our preferred songs and fit in a lot of requests as well. He even made us a mixed CD of the songs he played during the reception. It was a really nice surprise gift! I can’t recall our bartenders name, but we had no issues and our guests loved her. The Grand Loft is a hidden gem in the Lansing area - my husband and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience here. Three months later and we are still getting compliments on our reception choice!

tender made the best manhattans, (but my husband liked the cosmopolitans even more)! The DJ kept everyone on the dance floor (sorry we kept yelling "one more song!" even when the night was over). Thanks again Joe and the staff for making our most special day/night absolutely spectacular!

It's not a little photo booth machine, it's a real person taking the pcitures. The whole night we heard from our guest about how wonderful the Grand Loft was. From start to finish everything went perfectly. Joe and his staff do an amazing job. Seriously take a tour and book it, you won't regret it!

His laid back attitude made him very easy to work with and his extensive experience in the business gave us peace of mind that our night would be great and stress-free, and it was. It's a night my husband and I, as well as our closest family and friends will never forget. I have and will continue to recommend Grand Loft to anyone searching for a reception venue.

n town! He played hit after hit and just the right amount of slow dance songs. The music was so good; some people never left the dance floor. I loved that I was able to bring in my own vendors for food and was able to save quite a bit of money buying my own drinks. I took full advantage of all the service’s Joe offers; we had the photo booth, the up-lighting (which really complimented my decorations) and we even rented his upstairs suite to get ready in the day of the wedding. To top it all off, Glo Salon did a fabulous job on hair and make up for my bridal party. It really is a one-stop shop. If you are looking for a classy, elegant venue for your wedding day, look no further!

beautiful exposed brick walls and made the atmosphere so amazing! We were able to pick our caterers and bring in our own Alcohol . We were very happy with our choice, and would highly recommend it if your looking for something outside the box.

the owner, was very accommodating and was a great DJ. We were able to use the caterer of our choice and provide our own alcohol which was a huge money saver. The space is on the smaller side, we had a comfortable 130 guests and food stations. I would recommend not surpassing 150 guests if you want space to move. Overall, I am very happy I went with the Grand Loft.

g 130 or less if you are having a sit down meal. They say 175 can fit but it would be VERY crowded! But it was a great place to celebrate!

nd they do not force you to work with their vendors! You bring the food, drink and decor and make your day what you want it to be. Our DJ was included with the price, which was a big savings and another huge selling point. We loved the loft, and are so glad we had our wedding here!
