is located inside Mardi Gras World, but really has the look and feel of being outdoors! We are beyond pleased with all aspects of the venue. Our guests had an absolute blast and many of them commented on how stunning the venue was. We enjoyed working closely with Kelly who was so sweet and helpful in planning the details of our wedding. We do not have one negative thing to say. We feel so lucky to have had our wedding there and for things to run so smoothly. If you have a chance to attend or have your wedding here, we strongly recommend it!

Expect your guests to be stunned when they walk into this beautiful venue with a New Orleans garden feel in the comfort of an indoor facility. There is plenty of room for multiple food stations, and the catering offered is amazing! We opted to work with Patton's, and there are dishes our guests are still raving about, like the shrimp and grits and oysters. There are also two bars in the venue, and our guests were never waiting in line for a drink. Whether you have a live band or DJ (we opted for a live band), your guests will be able to dance and visit easily - something we wanted to make sure of since we have young friends who like to party and grandparents who like to visit. With the size of the venue and separate areas for seating, even our hard of hearing guests were able to enjoy themselves.
The venue is easy to get to, near some of the nicest hotels in the city, and has plenty of parking. Coordinators can also arrange travel for your guests if requested, which made our trip from the hotel to church to venue and back incredibly easy.
It's been over a year since we were married in October 2016, and our guests are still commenting about our wedding being the best wedding they have ever attended. If you are considering hosting your wedding or any other event at Grand Oaks Mansion, I highly recommend you do!
