Flagler College presents multiple unique, show-stopping venues for your unforgettable day.
Flagler College is opening up these exclusive venues to the public for weddings, galas, private dinners, and more. Guest counts may range from an intimate elopement of 2, to a 350-person celebration.
The dates of availability are based on student's academic calendar, open dates are primarily between Late-May to Early-August & Late-December to Early-January.
Grand Ballroom - Lined with Tiffany windows and Italian fresco ceilings, the ballroom is one of the most opulent venues in all of Florida. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 400 guests, 350 with a dance floor and stage, and also includes the breathtaking Rotunda Lobby & Courtyard for cocktail hours. Available Late-May through Early-August and Late-December/Early-January.
Solarium - This historic rooftop venue boasts the most spectacular views from the fourth floor overlooking downtown Saint Augustine. This venue seats approximately 120 max, 100 with a dancefloor, and includes Chiavari chairs and round tables. Available on select weekends throughout the year and full time during the Summer & Winter breaks.
Ponce Hall Rotunda - Guests will enjoy the dramatic gated entry through the Courtyard into the historic Ponce Hall. Ceremony may take place in the round lobby, cocktailing in the Courtyard, prior to dining on the second floor of the Rotunda, which seats up to 120 with chivari chairs and round tables. Available Late-May through Early-August and Late-December/Early-January.
Crisp-Ellert Art Museum - Simple and Classic, this venue boasts indoor seating and outdoor gardens with Spanish tile and exposed beams. The Museum can house both an indoor ceremony and reception for 96 guests. Available Mid-June through Early August and Late-December/Early-January.
Markland House - A classical home with magnolia and oak trees centrally located in St. Augustine, Markland offers four distinct rooms for hosting intimate celebrations up to 68 guests. Available on select weekends throughout the year and full time during the Summer & Winter breaks.

arm and architectural grandeur create a fairy-tale setting that added an extra layer of enchantment to our special day. Our 225 guests all shouted, "wowww" as they walked through the large double doors.
The entire event staff at Flagler College deserves a standing ovation, especially Hannah Flake. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, they were nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm to make our day perfect were truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the wedding was executed flawlessly.
Now, let's talk about the culinary delights from the Aramark team. The food was not just a meal; it was an experience that left our guests raving. The menu options were diverse, the presentation was impeccable, and the chef's temperature execution was perfect. Aramark's catering team deserves accolades, especially Deanna Lopez, for turning the dining experience into one of the highlights of the evening. Additionally, our sincere gratitude to the Team in their exceptional efforts in accommodating our many unique food allergies.
Our guests were in awe, and we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day, knowing that every detail was in capable hands - thank you, Hannah and Deanna.
