My name is Tim and I have been working in the bar/restaurant industry for about a decade. I have done everything from dishwashing and bussing to serving and bartending. My experience includes local diners, large chain restaurants, private catering, and of course venue gig services. We hired Grand Rapids Bartending to bartend our wedding rehearsal dinner and our wedding. They were extremely professional, communicative, helpful, and affordable. They were so easy to work with and made the whole process seamless. Both events went very smoothly - no long lines or any other issues. They were also so fun and friendly throughout both events, constantly had a smile on their faces. Highly recommended!

I used Grand Rapids Bartending to help serve drinks at my wedding on September 21st. They were very easy to work with and very professional. I emailed many questions over to them and they always answered in a courteous manner. The event went off without a hitch and the bartenders that were provided were very friendly. Grand Rapids Bartending did an AMAZING job at our wedding! They communicated with us so well during planning, and were very understanding with our questions. They helped make a quote for us on how much alcohol we needed based on our guest count, and they did an INCREDIBLE job serving our guests! My (new!) husband and I would definitely recommend them to any couples who are planning a wedding!

Absolutely can’t say enough good things about Grand Rapids bartending! They were the bartenders for my October wedding and they were so extremely helpful and attentive the whole process leading up to the wedding. And they were very self sufficient the day off saving me a lot of stress to think about. If I had any questions they answered them promptly and solved any problems I had. They made this part of my wedding so smooth! I appreciate them so much and would definitely recommend and rebook them!

Grand Rapids Bartending makes me want to get married all over again! We got married last year and hired Grand Rapids Bartending. Nena and Tim were so fun and our guests enjoyed their humor! The quality of the drinks they made were better than any cocktail bar I’ve been too! The mint in the mojitos was super fresh (they grow it themselves!!!!) and the old fashions were the best my husband has ever had! We recently hired them for our baby shower as well! Even though it was a smaller gathering compared to our wedding, their service and personalities did not disappoint! If you need a bartender for literally anything, do yourself a favor and hire Tim and Nena!

I 100% recommend Grand Rapids Bartending to all of my friends and family! Their expertise made our decisions easy in regards to alcohol purchasing and what drinks to have! We opted to have their margarita bar and the flavor options they had were AMAZING!!! My personal favorites were the guava, blueberry and watermelon, however all the options made the decision difficult! Anyone who enjoys margaritas should ask for their margarita bar! Your guests will not be disappointed

Nena and Tim were extremely professional, personable and great to communicate with prior to our big day! It was so nice to have them work out all the specifics and feel as though I had no worries on my wedding day about the bar/bartending! These two were great to communicate with while scheduling my very abrupt need for a bartender for my wedding! Not only did they make sure I had a variety of drinks, but they also made sure it was cost efficient too! Nena was great every time I spoke with her ! They were both very reliable, cost efficient and great to work with! A little bonus that my wedding guests loved them also ;) Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!
