what other companies were charging because a friend recommended them. I trusted that recommendation, and I regret it. I rented a bathroom trailer for a wedding at my property. Getting a straight answer about the actual price was difficult from the start, which should have been my first red flag. I also discovered that Grand Rental Station didn't even own the trailer. They subcontracted it to another company. The trailer arrived the day before the event, and the person who set it up was pleasant. Unfortunately, once the event started, the trailer began to smell absolutely horrible. I checked the control panel and found that the exhaust fans weren't working, despite the switches being turned on. I tried several things to get them running, but nothing worked. I actually had to leave my own event to buy air fresheners, both plug-in and spray types. Throughout the event, I repeatedly sprayed the unit, and guests were STILL complaining about the smell. It was that bad! I contacted the company the next day, and what followed was more than two weeks of excuses and being passed around. I kept hearing that someone wasn't available or that the owner needed to hear from someone else. Eventually, the owner's solution was to offer me a "deal" on my next rental. Seriously? Why would I ever rent from this company again? The owner's explanation was that the subcontracted company said the fans were working. That doesn't change what I experienced firsthand: the fans weren't working, the trailer smelled terrible, and my guests noticed. Equipment can break. It is how a company handles the problem that matters. I paid a premium price expecting good service, and when things went wrong, I got weeks of runaround and an offer that required me to spend more money with them. I will NEVER use Grand Rental Station Rentals again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering them to look elsewhere. Paying nearly twice as much for what I thought would be better service turned out to be a costly mistake. Save yourself the frustration. I cannot recommend this company.
