Grand Rental Station Winchester

We have rented equipment for many years but last weekend we rented tablecloths for our daughter’s wedding. Joel (if I remember his name correctly) was friendly, efficient and easy to understand. I did everything over the phone but it went very smoothly. The tablecloths were clean and looked beautiful on the tables. I highly recommend them and will be happily renting from them in the future.

Well I used Grand Rental for years till this summer they tell me it will take 30 days to put a pump button on my weed eater(4 little screws exposed on the top). Well when I called back to the desk to let them know the deal , they went to make excuses like we sell 4000 Stihl products this year and so on. Little story for you , if they have time to sell you stuff but not to fix it in a prompt courteous manner then don't buy new from them either. Real mechanics can build a whole engine in a car ,pull and reinstall in a month but they can't put a 5 minute button in less 30 days ??

We have used Grand Rental on three separate occasions, each time we rented 20x40 tents, tables, chairs & linens. On numerous occasions we've rented tools...from chain saws to bobcats. We have NEVER encountered one problem with this family run company. They have always been kind and respectful, and even helped me stay within budget last June, when I was hosting a 75 person 50th Anniversary party for my parents. I know that they just recently moved the "Event Planning" portion to another building, and that may require working out a few issues, but I will always make them first choice. I would recommend them to anyone!

Do not hire this company!!! They have horrible service and they were three days late to deliver my rentals for the wedding. Bc of this company, we had to spend the entire morning of our wedding setting up. Our ceremony happened an hour late. The owner was the leader on making our rentals three days late. And then when we called asking for a refund for the lack of service and professionalism, we were argued with and told we would get a call back and that never happened. Oh and to make it all worse, he charged my account four days prior without my permission and without doing THEIR job. They have horrible customer service, the owner is a crook and is only interested in making money.
