Amazing!! There are not enough words to praise Grand Teton Events and Jeanette Beard on the fabulous job she and her team did on my daughter’s wedding. We live in the East Coast, approx. 1800 miles from Wyoming and had only been to Jackson once. My daughter and son-in-law’s dream was to get married in the Jackson Hole area with the Grand Tetons as a view, but I had no way of knowing where to start. I contacted Jeanette and she graciously gave me information and places to start considering for the task ahead. I quickly realized the need for a wedding planner and Jeanette was the perfect choice! She is extremely organized, has endless contacts, is very knowledgeable about the industry and every type of vendor you could possibly need. She arranged her schedule to be available for numerous calls with me and my daughter (who has a very unusual schedule/ catching her is like carousing a cat). Jeanette worked diligently to understand my daughter’s vision and dream and the result was amazing! Jeanette offered great thoughts, contributed wonderful ideas, and educated us on the uniqueness of weddings in Wyoming! The wedding was magical, and the guest could not comment on how perfect EVERYTHING went from start to finish! That is the best compliment a wedding planner can get! I can not think of one thing that even went the slightest bit amiss, but if it did Jeanette clearly handled it without anyone noticing (including me). Jeanette deserves all the praise for arranging and executing a spectacular night that was enjoyed by all, but most importantly, absolutely perfect for the Bride & Groom! If you need an excellent, diligent, professional wedding planner you can not go wrong hiring Jeanette!

Jeanette and her team were amazing at every step leading up to the wedding day and the day itself!! Jeanette is very organized and makes sure every detail is taken care of. She's great at being the middleman between vendors which takes a lot of stress off your plate. The wedding day was seamless because of her team!! Our wedding was at the Rendezvous Lodge at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Everyone and everything has to take the gondola to the venue, which adds a lot more logistics to an already in-depth wedding planning process. She handled everything so well! I am so glad she was my wedding planner and I recommend booking her service!!

Jeanette was absolutely amazing! I could go on for paragraphs about how incredible and helpful she was throughout the entire process. Very hands on and gave wonderful suggestions. This was a destination wedding for us and her knowledge of the area and recommendations helped make our wedding even more incredible than we could have imagined. Every single one of my vendors (many of whom Jeanette suggested) were absolutely amazing, but if there is any one of them from the bunch I would say is an absolute MUST to hire, it is her! You will not be disappointed and she will ensure your big day is everything you could ever dream and more!

Jeanette with Grand Tetons Events was incredible and helped make our day absolutely perfect. We got married the week of the Teton Pass closure and during a time that could have been high stress, she calmly adjusted our wedding plans and I never had to worry about a single thing. Our entire week in Driggs/Tetonia was absolutely incredible. Would definitely recommend using her for any event in the area!!

I only have amazing things to say about our wedding day and it's all thanks to her. She was well skilled, knowledgable and helped us at the rehearsal so much so that I didn't have to worry or stress about anything. You just can't get married without her. If you plan to get married at the Tetons, make sure to get Jeanette at Grand Teton Events to help you plan everything. She is very detailed and will help you with things you don’t even know you need!! When unexpected things arose (road closures, etc), she was right there to help us reset and pull off a beautiful, perfect day.

My experience working with Jeanette was nothing short of exceptional. Planning our wedding in Wyoming from abroad was a challenge for me, but all made possible by the expertise that Jeanette brought to the table. Our event went off without a hitch. My daughter decided to have a destination wedding in Jackson Hole which was a daunting task to try to put together. We hired Grand Teton Events and working with Jeannette was amazing! She helped guide us through everything we needed to know/do to pull off the event and spent many hours at our venue the day before and day of to make sure everything went smoothly. My daughter got the perfect Wedding she had hoped for and a large part of that was due to Jennette’s tireless efforts.

I had the privilege of working with Jeanette, our wedding planner, for our dream wedding in Grand Teton National Park. As a couple from Wisconsin unfamiliar with the area, we knew we needed someone with local knowledge to guide us, and Jeanette exceeded our expectations. From our very first contact, Jeanette impressed us with her expertise and genuine interest in our vision. Once we had her on board, she became an invaluable part of making our wedding day perfect. While our ceremony had to be kept simple due to park regulations, Jeanette ensured every detail was flawless. Her coordination with the private restaurant for our reception and the charter bus for our guests was seamless. Her attention to detail and her ability to keep everything running smoothly were exceptional. In sum, we are overjoyed with the support Jeanette provided, and we gladly give her 5 stars. Her profound knowledge of the area was priceless, and her fee was more than justified by the outstanding service she provided. Our wedding day in Grand Teton National Park was a dream come true, and Jeanette played a pivotal role in making it happen.

Your day of coordination made the whole day magical for both of us. Your level of both personability and professionalism made this whole process such a breeze. You took the time to get to know us, our vision, and our wishes for our wedding day throughout the whole planning process. So when it came time to make some game time decisions on the day of our wedding (due to weather), I knew I could count on you to make the best call for us. We had the best wedding we could've imagined and it was in no small part due to all the effort you had put in to make it perfect for us.

Jeanette was absolutely incredible for our wedding!! From start to finish, she provided great insight to the wedding process. She provided great recommendations for vendors and advice on what decisions needed to be made next. Planning a destination wedding is difficult because you are not there to see and meet with the vendors in person, Jeanette visited the venue for us and coordinated with all the vendors on when to arrive, where to park, etc. We had a time change last minute and she contacted everyone so I did not have to. On the day of the wedding, she was beyond wonderful. She coordinated everything in our vision and handled everything for the day down to the smallest details. I did not stress at all and was truly able to enjoy the day because of her. Jeanette ran to get more ice and water as she saw we may run low. Many of our guest reached out to say how impressed they were with the setup of our venue. Additionally, my wedding was intimate with 20 people and she fit in with the guests perfectly and many people loved talking and getting to know her. I could not recommend working with Jeanette more. My husband and I will FOREVER be grateful for Jeanette when it comes to our wedding. We live 18 hours away from Jackson so the initial thought of picking vendors was overwhelming but Jeanette gave amazing recommendations and we wouldn't have changed a thing! A few weeks before the wedding, anxiety started taking over and she was amazing at calming my stress. The day of the wedding, every guest was blown away and we give all thanks to Grand Teton Events.

Jeanette from Grand Teton Events is seriously the "wedding whisperer". She really knows what she is doing, and she made our wedding so magical. She was completely and overwhelmingly amazing. Prior to my wedding day she was extremely helpful with finding other vendors who she knew and trusted. Additionally, she helped keep me organized and on task as my husband and I undertook the daunting task of planning a mountain destination wedding. When we arrived at our venue prior to our wedding rehearsal, Jeanette came early and helped me organize all the decor we had lugged from Houston, TX to Victor, ID. She walked us through venue and showed us the best spots for various parts of the wedding (as we were planning from a distance it was hard to do before hand). During the rehearsal she even volunteered to officiate for us when our officiant didn't arrive on time (luckily, he was ok, and it was just an issue with the cell service and extremely/unforeseen roadwork wait times). But her willingness to take any problem and to wipe that problem away is just one of the many reasons my now husband and I absolutely adored her. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond. I gave her my decor ideas and handed off all the decor to her and she was able to use my stuff and made everything look more incredible than I could have ever imagined. If there were any issues on the day of the wedding, I still haven't heard about them. I literally just relaxed with my bridesmaids, got my hair and makeup done, when I looked out of the window, and everything was done. Which is what every bride DREAMS of for her wedding day. HIRE GRAND TETON EVENTS. You won't regret it.

Jeanette was so easy to work with and her attention to every detail is reassuring when planning a wedding. We revealed our intention to elope on Tuesday when we met with her for the first time on the prior Friday. She had only five days to help us put together our day, and it was perfect! She was easily accessible for any questions and very communicative. Every vendor she recommended and coordinated with for our elopement went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t thank her enough for the perfect wedding she helped us create. You will not find a better wedding planner than Jeanette!

Jeanette was an amazing help in planning and executing our intimate wedding. She's organized, creative, low-stress, and just a complete joy to be around. With Wayne Canady's help Jeanette put on an amazing wedding for us. Since our wedding was a destination wedding things were limited as to what we could actually do ourselves ahead of time. We found all our vendors online using help from the knot and other vendor referrals suggesting others they have worked with in the past. Our coordinator at the lodge recommended Jeanette with Grand Teton Events. After speaking with her via phone, we decided to hire her. She helped us throughout the process even though she was only hired for the "Day Of" required by the venue we chose. She allowed us to ship decorative items and additional things we could not carry on the airplane, to be stored for our wedding. With her many years of experience, she had several suggestions. the referrals to the florist and the photographer were outstanding! The coordinator is there to make your vision come alive. Ask and let them help! Read the reviews and do your homework! The upcoming months to the wedding as we planned everything out were still stressful but Jeanette helped us through it. She was only a text away and I appreciated that. Because she was somewhat familiar with the area it made things a little easier. Though there were days we felt as if "we were still doing it all ourselves" we really weren't in it alone. It was so stressful and difficult not being able to jump in the car and drive to view something in person. Doing everything via email and text can be easily miscommunicated if not careful. Wayne Canady who has had years of experience in high stress event planning, plays, musicals, ect. was able to help Jeanette master the vision of our wedding beautifully!!! He and Jeanette worked very well together. Total 5 stars for Wayne! If you hire Jeanette, spend the extra money & request Wayne as well. You won't be disappointed! The only concerns I had from the whole experience was that our lodge Coordinator (Sierra) was new and not familiar with the whole wedding venue process so she and Jeanette should have met up a few times prior to work out all the kinks and do walk thrus. Especially the bridal suite being the sub-par smelly conference room, overlooking building construction/remodeling and no where near the ceremony site or reception hall. The day before was to late to correct this problem. The rehearsal was not at all planned and prepared prior to our rehearsals, by Jeanette nor Sierra. I suggest for future brides to make sure a prior walk thru is conducted. Prior to the bridal party showing up for rehearsals. Prior walk throughs should have been done between the vendors, prior to the rehearsals, esp if your venue had a change in staff wedding coordinator. Weeks in advance at least. I (the Bride) was more stressed at the rehearsal than I was the entire 2 years of engagement and wedding planning process. One more quick note: Make sure if you are shipping items to your vendor for holding they open the boxes ahead of time to ensure nothing is broken or missing that may have been affected during the shipping process. We had a few missing pieces and items had to be taped together. No big deal though.

Jeanette was where she needed to be to help the day go smoothly and worry free. Jeanette was helpful with details and other items before, during and after the wedding.

Jeanette from Grand Teton Events helped us with every step of our wedding from the big decisions like selecting vendors to the small details like making sure we had the right cords for our speaker system. She is organized, professional and has so much experience! She thought of details that I would never have thought of on my own. The day ended up being absolutely beautiful - better than I could have ever imagined and it was in large part, thanks to Jeanette. I would absolutely work with her again!

I had the absolute dream wedding and none of it would have been possible without Jeanette. There was great communication from the start and she recommended some of the most incredible vendors, one of which is now considered a friend. The day of was unbelievable, she had everything dialed in and I worried about nothing. Made my day go by so slow and soaked in every moment. I highly recommend Jeanette to anyone getting married, she’s amazing!! In the beginning stages of our planning for a destination wedding in Jackson Hole, we had interviews with several planners and Jeanette stood out above them all. We came to her not knowing much other than we wanted mountain views and she helped with vendor suggestions, decor, perfect time of season, and budgeting suggestions. Her expertise and knowledge in the business and the area is beyond amazing but what really sets her apart is how personable she is! She takes the time to get to know you as a couple and cares about you on a personal level. Although we decided to get married closer to home in Texas for budgeting reasons, we are beyond grateful for the advice and support we received from Jeanette along the way. We would have really struggled through the planning process without her, can’t thank her enough!

Jeannette with Teton Events did such a beautiful job. My daughter got married at our private ranch. I wanted to have a stress free environment for my daughter and myself. I was worried I would be so bogged down with planning and prepping, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy time with my daughter. Jeannette made that completely possible. I told her I didn’t want to be bothered with anything the day of the wedding, I just wanted time with my daughter. She took action and made everything come together for the ceremony and the reception from the catering, flowers, tent rental, absolutely everything! She was so patient with us during the whole planning process. Jeannette set a very easy timeline throughout the course of months so we could stay on track . She was so generous to use things out of her personal collection to make my daughter had the aesthetic’s she wanted for her wedding and reception. I am so relieved I only have 1 daughter to marry off, but if I had to do it again Jeannette would be the only person I’d let handle it all.

Can’t recommend Jeanette in too many words as I wouldn’t know how to express her knowledge, attention to detail and ability to make dreams a reality are top notch. Grand Teton Events planned my wedding, and did so while I was living 8-9 hours away and was hardly ever home. I can not say enough good this about Jeanette she did an absolutely phenomenal job making my entire wedding happen from the tent to the linens and table clothes and every little detail. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone she truly can make anything possible and you too can have your dream wedding

From the beginning, Jeanette made it clear how she operates on a personal level of ensuring that we are taken care of like family. The best part is she told us the day before that she will take care of everything from that point on so that we can enjoy the day, and she delivered. We had a blast at our wedding and did not have to worry about being in contact with vendors or coordinating any part of the day. We are so thankful to have met Jeanette and cannot give enough praise to the level of professionalism and care that she gave to our wedding. If I could give more stars I would! Jeanette was such an incredible wedding planner! Right from the beginning— she helped with all of the little things I never even thought of to include in our wedding. When any hiccups happened with other vendors, she was immediately willing to help and smooth out any issues very quickly. Which we were so thankful for. On the week of & day of she was incredible. Truly took care of everything and made our special day so incredible. During a drought we never expected our wedding to happen with the most rain Teton County had seen all summer. And thanks to Jeanette, she helped make all of the necessary adjustments due to the rain. Her communication and dedication to making our wedding day go smooth with no stress was exemplary. Jeanette is amazing!! With all the stress of having a Covid wedding, Jeanette taking the lead on all the organizing and coordinating was absolutely fantastic. Our wedding was at Moose Creek Ranch and she knows the property like the back of her hand. Both my husband and I are very familiar with the greater Jackson area but planning an event is a whole different ball game. She was so willing to help out with vendors and she knows everyone in the area extremely well. She ensured our entire wedding weekend was the magical event it ended up being. She has a fantastic eye for everything from small decor details to big picture decisions like how and where to set up tents and chairs and vendor decisions. She steered us in the right direction every time we had questions. Not to mention corralling guests to get to the ceremony site on time after a last minute, weather-driven change! We can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work and help. Jeanette is incredible, I would recommend her to anyone planning an event, and especially a wedding, in the Tetons!
