ur own caterer which was a huge bonus for us. This event center is an open canvas that allows you to really get creative. The pillars on each side make for a beautiful framing for a cake table or a private head table. I highly recommend having your reception here!! Did I mention it has a brand new restaurant style kitchen and bar!!! I’m so happy we chose this venue, I wouldn’t change a thing about the night!!!

re candles to glow. The bartenders were friendly and on top of it! The event center has an amazing brand new commercial kitchen! All night people were out on the gorgeous wooden dance floor, hanging by the bar or even outside on the patio with white pillars. The Event Center staff were VERY flexible and worked so well with my wedding planner and I. They let us set up early and were there to help out along the way! There is nothing I would change about my husband and I's night and if anyone were to be looking for a romantic space for their wedding reception I would send them right to the Grand Traverse Event Center!
