They truly make you enjoy every step rather then feel stressed or pressured. The food is AMAZING, the views are AMAZING (even for a winter wedding), and the staff is AMAZING. It was also so nice that this venue offers an all-inclusive package. There was no stress of trying to plan out open bar, food, dessert, etc. It is all included in that one price per person. I would recommend this venue 1,000 times again!

We initially booked my daughter’s wedding with another Events Coordinator who was wonderful but left the establishment. But seamlessly Tatiana stepped in as our new Sales and Events Coordinator. We had read so many positive reviews on Tatiana and connected with her on many general questions before she was officially assigned to our wedding event. I couldn’t be more ecstatic when she was “all ours”, every step of the process! First, she is not just a professional subject matter expert in her field but the most kind, personable, humble, energetic, and supportive person ever. Her response time and any necessary follow up were always immediate and thorough. She did not miss a beat from the beginning of our planning process to the incredible tasting event, to the rehearsal the day before, to our departure of the venue on the night of wedding. Her organization and time management skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and calmness throughout the process ensuring we were stress free were important qualities we valued. Her commitment in monitoring the weather forecast (nor’ easter), as late as possible was extremely considerate and accurate in proceeding with the indoor ceremony. IT WAS PERFECT! Her flexibility and adaptability, creativity in offering suggestions that translated our ideas into a cohesive and beautiful event, from decorations, to food and drink menu selections, to including additional food stations and their locations at the cocktail hour were magnificent. Her customer service skills to our bridal party and our guests, being respectful, patient and 200% dedicated to our event were other great qualities she possessed. Her strong vendor relationships and recommendations were validated and accurate which simplified the search of vendor selections. Her knowledge and great understanding of wedding etiquette and best practices for managing the event are a value-added asset to the Grand View. These attributes coupled with her incredible upbeat personality made for the most beautiful wedding at the Grand View, along with the excellent Grand view staff and management who worked hard and were warm, friendly and greeted our guests with the biggest smiles. The great experiences and excellent services stemming from the planning process, a beautiful ceremony, delicious cocktail hour and reception, and the joy of the overall occasion overshadowed the unpleasant weather. We are so thankful for the Grand View, and for Tatiana who was actively present for us every step of this wonderful wedding journey.

by the lake and the gorgeous staircase. Our first meeting was with Tatiana, event manager, she gave us such a positive feeling and vibe about the place. She was extremely honest, patient, thoughtful and supportive.  We felt very comfortable and decided this was the place we wanted to get married at.  The planning process was very smooth and structured, which was very helpful for us since we didn’t have a wedding planner. She laid out the timeline for everything including payments due dates, meal selection deadlines, cake selection, floor plans, and vendors coordination. She reached out to all our vendors and made sure everything was planned properly for the wedding day. Tatiana is the sweetest person, was always there to answer all of our questions, and hop on calls whenever we needed throughout the planning process. She is great! The day of the wedding, the moment we arrived at the venue, our bridal assistant met us at the front door, welcomed us and escorted us to our bridal suite, and was there for us throughout the night. This was such a thoughtful part by GrandView during such a stressful day, that helped us feel relaxed, guided, and assured us that nothing was missing.  Overall, the food, drinks, and organization were phenomenal. All our guests were impressed by the quality of food, especially the passed appetizers. Not to mention the cocktails were finely made with high quality liquor and good presentation. The venue was very well staffed. Additionally, all the staff were extremely friendly, respectful and attentive to everyone. This was probably the best part about the venue. Every single person of our guests felt welcomed by everyone. We are extremely happy and pleased about our experience and still can’t stop thinking about how perfect it was. We still talk about it months after the wedding. We highly recommend GrandView to any couple!

She cared so much about our wedding like it was her own, she was responsive to emails, and she took all the stress out of planning a wedding! My now husband and I were planning this wedding from Upstate New York and Tatiana was so receptive to scheduling appointments with us around when we would be in MA for holidays and family visits. All the food is delicious and building the menu was the hardest part since we couldn’t select everything! Our guests were blown away at the bar service, the view, and the food. It is such a special place and I’ll forever be thankful they were able to bring to life my dream wedding.

he one. No other venue compared! We looked at other venues in Newport RI like Belle Mer venues and Ocean Cliff (which we considered) but they just didn't compare! Not only is the outside breathe taking but the reception room is gorgeous and the staff there are amazing! from our first interaction with Caroline touring the venue to working with our amazing Venue coordinator Tatiana who was there in helping plan and answer questions every step of the way. The food tasting was great and the food was even better the day of the wedding! Hats off to the chef who received so many compliments our wedding day and still today our guests tell us how great the food was. Our bridal attendant McKenna was so sweet and cared for us the entire day. Venue staff were kind and professional the entire day, Tatiana did amazing with keeping to schedule and assuring our day was perfect. The Bartender was also great, very friendly and kind and the drinks were also great. We have no complaints, other then we cannot order the chefs apps/ food to go! Yes, it was that amazing! This venue is beautiful and the best venue out there!

The Grand View team just knows how to run a wedding — they are complete pros. Their wedding package is incredible — so much is included, which made planning so much easier and stress-free. I also have a few dietary restrictions, and several of our guests do as well. The Grand View went above and beyond to accommodate everyone, and did it with such care and attention to detail. The food was absolutely AMAZING — our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was! We got married in July 2025, and the morning of the wedding brought showers leading right up to the ceremony. Their team handled it flawlessly. With a slight rain delay, they had an entire crew out there wiping down every chair so we could still have our dream outdoor ceremony once the rain cleared. It was such a perfect day, and we felt so taken care of from start to finish. We seriously cannot recommend The Grand View — and working with Tatiana — enough!

s. The grounds are incredibly gorgeous, the ballroom is huge allowing for a very spacious dance floor, and the bar area is beautiful and roomy. This venue is absolute perfection. Caroline was our Day of Coordinator and she was AMAZING! Extremely responsive, approachable, friendly, warm and attentive. She was always willing to to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to the big day. I even had to come to her with some last minute change requests, and she was able to jump right in to make sure everything was taken care of! Caroline and McKenna both were incredible on the day of my wedding. McKenna made sure the wedding party and me and my husband were taken care of the entire time! She was there to slip us appetizers between photoshoots and always made sure we had drinks in our hands. We couldn't have asked for a better team the day of and better staff! The food was also extremely tasty and many of our guests are still raving about it. The drinks were really good as well! If you're looking for a venue with amazing staff, gorgeous views, and awesome food, look no further. We'd have our wedding at the Grand View again and again!

d comments from guests that the food was hot when it arrived at their table. It was a “wow” moment when they opened the doors to the dining room – the room was stunning. Our guests were so impressed by the ladies room that they took pictures in there – I’ll leave it to you to visit the venue to find out why. Another popular place for our guests to take pictures was in front of the champagne wall. Erin, our coordinator, ensured that the event went flawlessly – she was such a pleasure to work with! GrandView staff even packed up our car for us at the end of the night. You will know exactly how much the event will cost you when you sign the contract because the wedding cake, provided by an Italian bakery, and the open bar are included in the price provided. To quote many of our guests, the reception was “phenomenal”.
