rdinator/specialists etc. you will ever find. She feels more like a friend helping you plan your wedding. The experience felt very relaxed and smooth through the whole process. They truly make you enjoy every step rather then feel stressed or pressured. The food is AMAZING, the views are AMAZING (even for a winter wedding), and the staff is AMAZING. It was also so nice that this venue offers an all-inclusive package. There was no stress of trying to plan out open bar, food, dessert, etc. It is all included in that one price per person. I would recommend this venue 1,000 times again!

atiana (Sales & Events Specialist). I cannot say enough about how incredible she is. She’s easy to work with, keeps you relaxed, and gets everything done with a smile. Look at ALL the reviews—everyone praises Tatiana, and it’s all TRUE. She is a master of her craft, and I absolutely fell in love with her energy. Trust in Tatiana! She is truly the face of Grand View.
The Grand View staff is amazing. The entire team is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about their guests. They operate like a well-oiled machine—from the managers to the banquet staff to the kitchen staff. Everyone is helpful and eager to assist.
Now, the venue itself: it’s beautiful. The view is breathtaking, the cocktail area is spacious, the bathrooms are high-end, the bridal suite is gorgeous, and there is plenty of parking right out front.
Next up, THE FOOD. Oh my goodness! It is absolutely delicious. You’ll attend a tasting, and let me tell you—choosing will be difficult because everything is so good. I’d put their food up against any 5-star restaurant. Our guests raved about it.

rse the magnificent venue grounds, all-inclusive package, and the outstanding reviews of personnel immediately drew us in. We initially booked my daughter’s wedding with another Events Coordinator who was wonderful but left the establishment. But seamlessly Tatiana stepped in as our new Sales and Events Coordinator. We had read so many positive reviews on Tatiana and connected with her on many general questions before she was officially assigned to our wedding event. I couldn’t be more ecstatic when she was “all ours”, every step of the process! First, she is not just a professional subject matter expert in her field but the most kind, personable, humble, energetic, and supportive person ever. Her response time and any necessary follow up were always immediate and thorough. She did not miss a beat from the beginning of our planning process to the incredible tasting event, to the rehearsal the day before, to our departure of the venue on the night of wedding. Her organization and time management skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and calmness throughout the process ensuring we were stress free were important qualities we valued. Her commitment in monitoring the weather forecast (nor’ easter), as late as possible was extremely considerate and accurate in proceeding with the indoor ceremony. IT WAS PERFECT! Her flexibility and adaptability, creativity in offering suggestions that translated our ideas into a cohesive and beautiful event, from decorations, to food and drink menu selections, to including additional food stations and their locations at the cocktail hour were magnificent. Her customer service skills to our bridal party and our guests, being respectful, patient and 200% dedicated to our event were other great qualities she possessed. Her strong vendor relationships and recommendations were validated and accurate which simplified the search of vendor selections. Her knowledge and great understanding of wedding etiquette and best practices for managing the event are a value-added asset to the Grand View. These attributes coupled with her incredible upbeat personality made for the most beautiful wedding at the Grand View, along with the excellent Grand view staff and management who worked hard and were warm, friendly and greeted our guests with the biggest smiles. The great experiences and excellent services stemming from the planning process, a beautiful ceremony, delicious cocktail hour and reception, and the joy of the overall occasion overshadowed the unpleasant weather. We are so thankful for the Grand View, and for Tatiana who was actively present for us every step of this wonderful wedding journey.

ly with our coordinator, Tatiana, and she was there for us for every question and concern we had. Leading up to the wedding, she helped so much in the planning process. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with the timeline. The venue also recommended great vendors that we utilized as well.
We had our rehearsal the day prior to our wedding and talked about all the last minute things - decor, weather, etc. One of our big concerns was that it was going to rain on our wedding day. Tatiana eased our concern and showed us what the indoor ceremony space would look like and made sure it was absolutely perfect on our wedding day. The beautiful fireplace as a backdrop could not be more perfect. We love that the venue has multiple beautiful options for ceremony spaces to fit different weather conditions.
On the actual wedding day, Tatiana perfectly set up all of our wedding decor that we had dropped off the previous day. At the end of the night, the team packed everything up for us and worked so smoothly. Tatiana was there for us the entire day making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was also incredible! We wanted a big cocktail hour, and picked multiple stations and passed hors d'oeuvres. The variety of options was amazing and we couldn’t have been happier. We also very much enjoyed the dinner options and all of our guests raved about the food.
The space for the cocktail hour, dance floor, and bar area was great. There was more than enough space for larger weddings yet was arranged in a way to still feel intimate with our wedding of under 100.
Overall, I would highly recommend this venue and have nothing but positive experiences to share.

love with the venue and water views immediately upon our visit. The ballroom and surrounding rooms well maintained with the utmost cleanliness and royal feel, but a touch of rustic ness as well. We picked a Thursday which was the perfect price point, especially with only 85- 90 guests. There was no pressure from the staff to be forced into a weekend vs weekday, we went with what made sense for us knowing that even with a week day and family 1hr to 2 hrs away, our close family and friends would make the trip. Erin, from start to finish provided amazing support …from recommendations on places for guests to stay nearby , to florists, and dessert bakery options, to walking us thru every food and drink option, table arrangements, decor …you name it, she was so responsive to our questions and needs. One of the big reasons we picked this venue was for the water views and you never what kind of weather you are going to get on your special day…well let’s just say it was pouring the morning of and didn’t look good up to 30 minutes before the ceremony. Erin and the team had chairs set up outside and inside just in case we had to move everyone in. However Erin and the team rest assured us if the rain stopped they would dry the chairs and assist DJ with tech equipment set up outside!! We literally made the call to go outside 10 minutes before the ceremony and have no regrets about it… the Grand View team made it happen and we had some special souls looking over us that day to stop the rain just in time and keep us dry during the ceremony. From the beverage selections, to the amazing passed Hors D’oeuvors(stuffed mushrooms, beef Wellington sliders), Mediterranean spread, and guests loved the entrees Filet Mignon, Tuscan Chicken, and glazed salmon, not to mention shout out to Giovanni’s Bakery for making our beach theme vision happen with the delicious cake and cup cakes. Erin and the Grand View staff sincerely care about making your special day magical , so accommodating and able to “pivot” / adapt with your needs and requests. This was the perfect day and we can’t thank Erin and the Grand View staff enough for everything to make our day so special for us and our guests!!!

GrandView is hands down one of the top wedding venues in Massachusetts. We originally chose this venue because it gave a a Newport-ish/Cape Cod vibes with the outdoor ceremony area...
by the lake and the gorgeous staircase.
Our first meeting was with Tatiana, event manager, she gave us such a positive feeling and vibe about the place. She was extremely honest, patient, thoughtful and supportive. We felt very comfortable and decided this was the place we wanted to get married at.
The planning process was very smooth and structured, which was very helpful for us since we didn’t have a wedding planner. She laid out the timeline for everything including payments due dates, meal selection deadlines, cake selection, floor plans, and vendors coordination. She reached out to all our vendors and made sure everything was planned properly for the wedding day.
Tatiana is the sweetest person, was always there to answer all of our questions, and hop on calls whenever we needed throughout the planning process. She is great!
The day of the wedding, the moment we arrived at the venue, our bridal assistant met us at the front door, welcomed us and escorted us to our bridal suite, and was there for us throughout the night. This was such a thoughtful part by GrandView during such a stressful day, that helped us feel relaxed, guided, and assured us that nothing was missing.
Overall, the food, drinks, and organization were phenomenal. All our guests were impressed by the quality of food, especially the passed appetizers. Not to mention the cocktails were finely made with high quality liquor and good presentation.
The venue was very well staffed. Additionally, all the staff were extremely friendly, respectful and attentive to everyone. This was probably the best part about the venue. Every single person of our guests felt welcomed by everyone.
We are extremely happy and pleased about our experience and still can’t stop thinking about how perfect it was. We still talk about it months after the wedding. We highly recommend GrandView to any couple!

two years of planning, they were an absolute joy to work with. Tatiana, in particular, goes above and beyond. Not just for the couple, but for the entire family. She is detail-oriented, organized, and so kind and helpful. We couldn't have done it without her! Everything is run like a well-oiled machine, and as someone who plans events for a living, I was beyond impressed. Every detail was thought of and handled seamlessly, there wasn’t a single logistical issue. I was so calm on my wedding day, which was so wonderful.
The grounds are beautiful, and the flexibility of the spaces worked perfectly for our 100 guests. It felt intimate but never too small. Having AC and a thoughtful rain plan is also rare in New England venues, and Grand View delivers on both. Their recommended vendors were fantastic (our gelato cart was a huge hit!), and the food was out of this world. Their chef is incredible, and we received endless compliments. My personal favorite was the crab rangoons with real crab and house made sauce as a passed app option :)
All to say, after a long search and almost losing hope, finding Grand View felt like a dream. I can’t recommend this venue enough, it made our wedding unforgettable. You will never regret getting married here, it is so special. - M&A

She cared so much about our wedding like it was her own, she was responsive to emails, and she took all the stress out of planning a wedding! My now husband and I were planning this wedding from Upstate New York and Tatiana was so receptive to scheduling appointments with us around when we would be in MA for holidays and family visits. All the food is delicious and building the menu was the hardest part since we couldn’t select everything! Our guests were blown away at the bar service, the view, and the food. he one. No other venue compared! We looked at other venues in Newport RI like Belle Mer venues and Ocean Cliff (which we considered) but they just didn't compare! Not only is the outside breathe taking but the reception room is gorgeous and the staff there are amazing! from our first interaction with Caroline touring the venue to working with our amazing Venue coordinator Tatiana who was there in helping plan and answer questions every step of the way.
The food tasting was great and the food was even better the day of the wedding! Hats off to the chef who received so many compliments our wedding day and still today our guests tell us how great the food was.
Our bridal attendant McKenna was so sweet and cared for us the entire day.
Venue staff were kind and professional the entire day, Tatiana did amazing with keeping to schedule and assuring our day was perfect. The Bartender was also great, very friendly and kind and the drinks were also great.
We have no complaints, other then we cannot order the chefs apps/ food to go! Yes, it was that amazing!

With a slight rain delay, they had an entire crew out there wiping down every chair so we could still have our dream outdoor ceremony once the rain cleared. Tatiana, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was not only organized and detail-oriented but also warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. From our very first meeting, she listened attentively to our ideas and helped bring them to life. She provided us with a detailed timeline, coordinated with our vendors, and ensured every aspect of the day was executed flawlessly. blown away by GV. The venue is absolutely stunning, ON the water, a legitimate grand view, and their packages are all inclusive (apps, food, drinks, dessert). Also I am gluten free and had severe celiacs and they take allergies VERY seriously. The food was spectacular and my now husband and I had a difficult time choosing what to serve because everything was delicious. People are still talking about the food! Also we added on a gelato cart (major hit!!) and had Gerardo’s pastries instead of cake (included in GV’s price). They have a stunning bridal suite and we also opted to do the first look - SO thrilled we did. We got most of our bridal photos, and all of the bridal party/family photos done before the ceremony. My family was able to relax and enjoy the rest of the day!
Also, as much as we wanted to have the wedding ceremony outside, make sure your venue has a rain plan that you can be excited about. We were lucky to get to take our pictures outside but had to move the ceremony indoors and it was magical. There’s a stunning fireplace and it looked like it was the plan all along 🙂

it was to work with Erin. She answered all of our questions and made choosing her and the venue an easy part of our journey. She was always reachable, many times responding to our emails off hours and quickly. She was able to provide the detailed answers we were looking for, and provided us with even more info than we knew we needed. When we got engaged, we knew we wanted to get married in 2024, and on a Saturday, but recognized that the less than a year time limit may make it challenging to have what we both dreamed of. Erin and the GrandView didn’t let that get in the way. We really wanted an outdoor ceremony and they made that happen. They had hot cider for guests and the wedding party, and also stood outside in the cold to make sure the day went off without a hitch. They also made sure the blankets we purchased got folded and put in the baskets with a sign that hadn’t come in time when we dropped off our decor to the venue days earlier. They placed all of our decor perfectly, including the last minute additions, and it was exactly as we thought it should be the day of the wedding. The GrandView was also the only venue we looked at that offered both the wedding planner and bridal attendant. The bridal attendant was AWESOME!! She helped bustle my dress, had safety pins in her pocket during the first look, and made sure we had every appetizer we wanted. Both the bridal attendant and Erin were there every time we needed them. Erin immediately covered me in a jacket after our chilly ceremony, and ran up to the bridal suite to get my second shoes when my feet hurt while taking pix. I couldn’t have imagined a better group of people to support us during our big day. THANK YOU to Erin, and all of the GrandView staff for making our day everything we dreamed ❤️

Grand View itself is absolute stunning. Whether you are planning to have your ceremony inside or outside, you cannot go wrong with either option. The landscaping, the architecture, the ballroom, the waterfront, the little beach, even the bathrooms are gorgeous. The food is to die for! The hardest part about working with Grand View was that the food was so good it made choosing the menu difficult because we wanted everything they had to offer! The chef was also very accommodating to dietary restrictions. The bartenders were top notch, and the cocktails were made perfectly. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful of a wedding it was and how amazing the food was. I could go on and on about Grand View and their staff.
I would highly recommend looking into hosting your wedding or any event at Grand View, you cannot go wrong with this venue!

Grand View staff have been incredibly (and promptly) responsive since day 1 and made the wedding planning process beyond enjoyable. The team at Grand View were so attentive to the detail of our decor - our dream wedding was brought to life through the efforts of the staff. The communication leading up to the wedding was incredibly helpful and frequent - and day of communication was handled so efficiently. Any question I had was always promptly answered (and honestly any request always was in our favor - though I will note they were all reasonable!) The most beautiful venue we could have found in Massachusetts - guests could not get over how stunning the architecture and views were. From the very first meeting, Grand View made us feel at ease and was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Our initial contact was through TheKnot with the general manager, Kelly. When we toured the venue, the view was absolutely breathtaking! The wedding package they offered was incredibly reasonable and included far more than any other venue we had toured—open bar, hors d'oeuvres, free linens, cake, and free parking. Who could beat that?
Once we signed the contract, communication was seamless throughout the entire process. Emails were answered quickly, and any special requests or changes were handled with great care and professionalism.
The venue itself is stunning, offering a variety of beautiful settings for both the ceremony and reception. However, what truly set it apart was the exceptional level of service. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for the team, and their dedication to making our day perfect made all the difference.
As someone with a background in event planning and design, we had a fairly complicated vision for our centerpieces and overall décor. I had intricate designs and a very specific aesthetic in mind. I was a bit nervous about whether everything would come together, but Erin and the team at Grand View went above and beyond to make it all happen! They were incredibly accommodating and flexible in executing our ideas, and it was clear they genuinely wanted to bring our vision to life. They worked closely with us to ensure every detail was perfect, and when I saw the final result, I was absolutely thrilled!
At the end of the night, the team even packed everything up for us in one car, making the process so much easier. All we had to do was drive away.
I am eternally grateful to Erin and the Grand View team for making our wedding day exactly as we had dreamed—and even better! I had a large wedding party, and the rehearsal the day before was so well coordinated with Erin. McKenna, our day-of attendant, was incredibly patient, attentive, and warm, which truly put me at ease throughout the entire day.
I strongly recommend booking Grand View as a wedding venue—you won’t regret it!

s. The grounds are incredibly gorgeous, the ballroom is huge allowing for a very spacious dance floor, and the bar area is beautiful and roomy. This venue is absolute perfection.
Caroline was our Day of Coordinator and she was AMAZING! Extremely responsive, approachable, friendly, warm and attentive. She was always willing to to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to the big day. I even had to come to her with some last minute change requests, and she was able to jump right in to make sure everything was taken care of!
Caroline and McKenna both were incredible on the day of my wedding. McKenna made sure the wedding party and me and my husband were taken care of the entire time! She was there to slip us appetizers between photoshoots and always made sure we had drinks in our hands. We couldn't have asked for a better team the day of and better staff!
The food was also extremely tasty and many of our guests are still raving about it. The drinks were really good as well!
If you're looking for a venue with amazing staff, gorgeous views, and awesome food, look no further. We'd have our wedding at the Grand View again and again!

e beautiful ceremony space outside and the “all-included” approach to the event. We began working with Kelly to plan our dream wedding and later worked with Tatiana as our coordinator.
The food was amazing! When you have guests talking about how good your food was at another person’s wedding, you know you did something right! We were not 100% thrilled following the initial tasting, but when we went back for a private tasting, we felt much more confident in our decisions. The sorbet was a personal favorite! They also had drinks ready for guests immediately following the ceremony. We lucked out and had a beautiful day and had our ceremony outside, but knowing we could decide the day of was super reassuring. Tatiana and her team had the day running smoothly and everything went as planned.
We are so appreciative of their attention to detail and helping to make our day so wonderful. Some big highlights for us include the spacious dance floor, flexibility in everything, especially with table sizes and layouts, assistance with timeline planning, and attention to all the small details. We really appreciated the help with finding other vendors and went with a florist they recommended (who was amazing), as well as extras like drapery and gelato. The servers were all super kind and friendly. They also handled the crazy questions and requests our moms threw at them with ease. We could go on and on with every detail because it was all so wonderful.

Our guests were so impressed by the ladies room that they took pictures in there – I’ll leave it to you to visit the venue to find out why. Another popular place for our guests to take pictures was in front of the champagne wall. Erin, our coordinator, ensured that the event went flawlessly – she was such a pleasure to work with! GrandView staff even packed up our car for us at the end of the night. You will know exactly how much the event will cost you when you sign the contract because the wedding cake, provided by an Italian bakery, and the open bar are included in the price provided. To quote many of our guests, the reception was “phenomenal”.

tly clear that having our wedding there was the easiest and best choice we’d make for our 4/27/24 wedding.
While the water views and beautifully designed interior of the building initially draw your eye, what’s more impressive about Grand View is the people that work there and the all-inclusive package that they offer. When touring other venues, my head was spinning about what to prioritize; adding an open bar, an additional appetizer, and passed drinks often came with up-charges that force a couple to predict what their guests will care about most and what they won’t miss if it’s not there. Grand View’s seamless process of offering ALL of those things (and more) in their price-per-head package took the stress out of planning and allowed us to have everything we wanted without feeling like we were missing out on anything “extra.”
We were lucky to work with Erin Dean for the entire planning process and on the day of our wedding. WOW! Erin is a detailed and thorough professional. Anytime we had a question, we’d reach out and Erin would get back to us in 24 hours or less with a detailed and thoughtful response. She was always willing to get on the phone or email to answer any question, big or small. Our final walkthrough was about a month prior to our wedding and covered every possible detail of our day, even the details we hadn’t considered! During the rehearsal walkthrough and on the wedding day, Erin was calm and confident and made us feel like Grand View had everything taken care of. She took the lead in setting up all of our decor exactly as we wanted without us having to lift a finger. She connected with all of our vendors and communicated with them day-of so that we didn’t have to think about anything. There has to be so much trust given to the wedding venue staff on the day of, and Erin is absolutely to credit for the day going as well as it did. Thank you, Erin!
We also were lucky to have Makenna as a bridal suite attendant. My bridesmaids couldn’t say enough about Makenna— she helped me and my girls with everything we needed on the day of the wedding, checked in on food and beverage needs, and was overall so fun to work with. Thank you, Makenna!
We had so many guests say that our wedding was the best wedding that they’ve ever attended. We can’t thank Grand View staff enough for making that possible. From our first tour to our wedding day, Grand View made us feel like a priority, helped us have the wedding of our dreams, and made all of our guests feel special and supported. ed and we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. This venue really goes above and beyond to ensure that the couple has what they want and need for a perfect wedding day. Working with Tatiana was a pleasure and she stepped in and made our every wish come true.
LOCATION
Grand View is STUNNING. It is surrounded by Lake Nipmuc and will be stunning on a summer or winter day (we got married in late December). There is ample parking and there really is not much surrounding the venue so you really get a private, intimate experience without the movement of anyone else in the area.
FOOD/DRINK
The food is really, really good. Point blank. I’d say 50% of the reason my husband and I chose the venue was for the FOOD! They can customize options to meet the needs of any and all dietary needs and preferences and they even go so far as making specific recipes that may be special to you and your family. So many of our guests could not stop commenting on how yummy everything was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main courses and late night snacks. Their bar options were endless and our guests were all satisfied to say the least.
SERVICE/COORDINATION
Half way through the planning process, our original wedding coordinator suddenly left Grand View and Tatiana stepped right in, seamlessly transitioning to the new role and communicating with us consistently along the way. The month of, we did a thorough review of everything and when I say Tatiana was ON IT, she was on it! The day of, her and the bridal attendance, Sophia, were so patient, helpful, flexible and kind and helped me and my bridal party feel comfortable and have everything we needed for a seamless day.
Most venues piece meal different components of the wedding, but Grand View’s packages are mostly all inclusive, making it less stressful on you to figure things out. I could go on and on about Grand View but I highly recommend you check it out for yourself as you consider your planning.
