Exceptional service at Grandasia Bridal and Fashion! I originally have gone to David's Bridal to shop for a wedding dress. My experience at David's Bridal was a very negative one. Having gone there twice in one week, I decided to give another bridal shop a try. I am very lucky to shop here because the service was top notch and the price of the dresses were within my budget. I was able to pick out a dress that fits me perfectly. Shopping for a bridal dress is a very stressful and overwhelming process. I am so happy that it is now over with. Now I can dedicate more of my time with the rest of my wedding planning. I would highly recommend Grandasia to my future bride friends!

Miss Phi and her team are amazing! They provided the best customer service to me, my mother and sister. I am obsessed with my dress and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! They are also experts when it comes to alterations. They made my dress fit like a glove on me and I feel so pretty in it. I can't wait for my fiance to see me in it at our first look session!!

My colleague recommended this place because she passes it on her commute to work and thought their dresses looked nice. It's about a 45 minute commute from my workplace, 1.5 hours to get back home but boy am I glad I made the journey. The staff are so welcoming and friendly every time I come. The dresses are gorgeous and customizable. My gown (for my wedding) was originally strapless, but came with a sheer jacket. They altered the jacket for free and added buttons to it and sewed it to the dress in such a way that my dress is now a sleeveless dress that covers my chest (I needed something a little more conservative for the church). You would never know it was originally a strapless dress. The alteration cost was inexpensive for a wedding gown and I had to go back to get it altered again (switched to shorter heels) and they did that for free! That's beyond amazing. The owner knows what she's doing! My family all lives in a different state, so I go to my fittings alone. The staff always help me get into the gown, tie all the straps, and help me with FaceTime so that my mom can see the dress over videoconference. I'm so happy I went here!

Amazing salon !! Both myself and my little sister got our wedding dresses here !! The owner Lee is such a Wonder Woman and she has continued to go above and beyond for myself and my sister. We lost our older sister in August and now her pray card sits in her office !! I would highly recommend getting your dress at Grandasia in Quincy !!

I was excited to book an appt. to begin looking at wedding dresses because a friend of mine had a great experience and the reviews seemed amazing. I was extremely dissapointed to get an email back from Stephanie, saying they were too busy with prom season, they were not taking bridal appointments and to try back in July...I guess they do not need the bridal business.

Went to Grandasia Quincy today with my daughter..She is getting married in June. Have been looking for MOB gown..found 3 I loved.Salesperson and manager were very helpful. Store is immaculate..gowns are beautiful and prices were good.Highly recommend for brides bridesmaids and MOB and MOG...

Grandasia was my first and last stop on the quest to find the perfect wedding gown! I COULDN'T have been more pleased with the entire experience; from scheduling my appointment to finding my dream wedding dress. There was a certain ease about Grandasia that I think brides would be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. Ms. Phi is an expert, and I quickly learned that she takes absolute pride and honor in finding the perfect wedding dress for each bride. I find myself beaming as I write and reflect back on that wonderful day. Thank you again, Grandasia, for the most wonderful day.

What a fantastic experience we had at Grandasia! Our group included the bride-to-be, mother of the bride, maid of honor, and mother of the groom. From the moment we entered, we were treated like royalty. We had a large, comfortable room all to ourselves that easily would have held more "admirers" if our group had been bigger. Our personal attendant, Jasmine, was the sweetest, and led us into another room with such an assortment of gorgeous gowns we were giddy when she let us loose to pick out as many as we wished for Maggie to try on. We never felt rushed. Or pressured. Quite the opposite. My daughter found "the one", and then basked in the glow of all the customers celebrating with a round of applause. Phi, the owner, is extraordinary, as several days later I had questions about the order and she answered every one so promptly and so courteously that I was reassured my daughter was in the best hands! I would send anyone here for prom, bridal, formal occasions with complete confidence. Make this your first stop!

Brides save yourself from disappointment and skip this shop and go to Camilla's in Arlington. I went to Grandasia and could not have been more upset with the experience! They bring you downstairs into this grubby "living room" you'd expect from a stoners house and it's approximately 100 degrees - I was literally dripping sweat. The gowns are discolored and not appealing at all. I will say the girl that helped me was very pleasant and hard working. I did find a dress that I somewhat liked, but had a couple other appointments already setup for the following weekend that i didn't want to skip. At this point the owner came in and started badgering me and telling me I had to buy it this weekend because if i didn't I'd be forced to wear a stock room dress. Please keep in mind my original appointment was scheduled for a week later and when I booked it was told I had plenty of time to order, but they canceled it because they were 'going to be closed'. I said I'd make a decision by next weekend and the woman kept telling me I was running out of time and risking getting this dress if I waited just a few more days, and at that point said they were in fact going to be open next weekend and that I should come back. WTF why did I have to reschedule my original appointment then?! I cannot tell you how awful of an experience this was and even if that was my dress, which it was not, I still wouldn't have purchased it there after such a terrible experience. STAY AWAY!!

Grandasia was the first (and therefore last!) place I visited for my wedding dress. They showed me all different styles of dresses when I discovered I wasn't sure what I was looking for and quickly learned my tastes. They were able to help me pair my strapless ballroom-style gown with a beautiful beaded bolero to finish off the look perfectly. Fittings and alterations went seamless. I live in Dallas but was getting married in Boston, so they fit me 4 times in 3 days, quickly doing alterations between each visit so I could get everything done in time. Only positive things to say about the staff and my experience there! Thank you Grandasia!

My Mother of the Bride dress purchased at Grandasia was perfect! There was a large selection to choose from and all were reasonably priced. The shop itself has a very welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. Being petite my dress needed alterations and all work was impeccable. It was a wonderful stress free experience and I highly recommend Grandasia!

Phi is simply amazing!! She, and everyone is the shop, has ben so great to me and my family. My sister bought her wedding gown from her two years ago for her August 2014 wedding (which she was over the moon about- her review is here somewhere!) and I knew I had to go to Phi for my gown for my July 2016 wedding. I am not teeny like my sister and she had a wide variety for my try on and zip up, too! When trying on, between Stephanie and Phi, they made the oversized gown fit like it’s been tailored to you for you to be able to get the whole picture. This was only my second time putting on gowns and by the end I knew I had found my dress. I ended up coming back and buying that one along with an added belt. When I put it on again I had fallen in love with it even more! Phi works magic! She makes the dress of your dreams- within your budget!! When it came time for alterations, Phi was once again extremely flexible with scheduling. Phi made my dress fit perfectly, making me feel like a princess! And the work the seamstress did on my dress was beautiful. Every time we walked we felt special. As soon as we walked into the shop, we were greeted with warm hellos and friendly hugs. Everyone is flexible and accommodating. There are not enough words to express my happiness and gratitude. I wish I could post a picture with my review!

Words can't describe how pleased I am with my experience at Grandasia. From the very first appointment looking at dresses to the final fitting, the staff at Grandasia were nothing but 100% accommodating. In addition to my bridal gown, my mother got her dress here, and my sister got her bridesmaid's dress here as well! We could not be more satisfied with our experience here, honestly. I can't thank the staff here enough for taking such good care of us and helping to make my wedding this past weekend so special. My mother, my sister, and I spent 3 hours in here today. This is the 4th salon I've been to and so far it's been the most enlightening experience. Phi, the owner has an impeccable eye and is very knowledgeable about alterations that are uniquely customized to all different body types. She deconstructed a beautiful vintage 'fit and flare' lace gown by Justin Alexander , by turning the straps into strapless and bringing in the side hem so that it was more tightly fit to represent a mermaid style that I've always dreamt about! Her employees were like sweet and lovely little birdies pinning me everywhere and putting me at ease with sizing. They had all sizes and I did find the prices to be perfectly priced - beautiful options to fit any budget. I was honored to have the owner, Ms. Phi working beside me and allowing me the time that I needed to have fun and explore many whimsical ideas for my dress, veil, hat, & antique bolero's! I never felt rushed and I would recommend GrandAsia to any bride looking for THE perfect dress.

I recommend this shop to any bride. I purchased my Justin Alexander gown at Grandasia and could not have been happier with the customer service, alterations, and overall experience. I did need quite a few fittings, but as my date approached, the staff really worked to make sure the dress was perfect for the day of.

We're getting married mid-April 2017, so getting a dress soon was imperative. I had only been to BHLDN. I went to Grandasia this past Friday, pulled out one dress off the rack and immidiately I knew it was the one. I went to two unsucceful appointments on Saturday, but I couldn't get the dress out of my mind. I returned Saturday and purchased; gongs and all! Mr. Jay, Myrlie, Rebecca, the owner Mrs. Phi were beyond amazing and accommodating. I am getting my dress altered there as well and it'll be even more stunning!

Grandasia Bridal is the absolute best place to get your wedding gown and prom dress. I have been in different stores no one was good as grandasia Bridal. First of all, it has the best customer service. The staff is super friendly and not pushy like at some other stores. Second the price is the cheaper than everywhere. I bought my wedding gown there and I asked them to make a jacket for my dress and Mrs. Phi made a wonderful jacket. Everybody loves my dress. I highly recommend to any one!

Wedding dress shopping was looking to be stressful and frustrating until I found Grandasia. Phi, Stephanie, and crew were so wonderful from beginning to end. I had all-inclusive alterations and Phi perfected my dress to exactly how I wanted it - no matter they saw me five times and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They were happy to make me happy. I can't say enough amazing things about them. And my dress was perfect in every way! It was a joy working with them and I would recommend 100% you start your dress shopping there.

I bought my dress here! I am a very picky person and went to a lot of shops before finally picking one here, and at a great price. There was plenty of selection. There is a gong you hit when you buy a dress and everyone claps. The atmosphere is just so friendly and homey. The owner helped us with the alterations, including at my fitting. It was a great experience and I would recommend this place to fellow brides looking for a dress.

Grandasia is amazing! I showed up without an appointment, saw THE DRESS and was in love! So many dresses to choose from, and everyone was incredibly helpful. No hassle at all, and my dress looked perfect. Not bad for getting married within 5 weeks !

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They were efficient and always had my dress ready when I came in for fittings.

Outstanding experience. The welcome I received when I arrived made me feel as if I was their only customer! The "man cave" for "tag alongs" is such a nice touch. The selection is expansive. The staff spent many hours offering help and assisted me in completing my selection. Alterations staff are on sight to answer questions which is surely a plus. I recommend Grandasia for an excellent shopping experience.

I found the perfect mother of the groom dress with the help of the staff at Grandasia. I received a lot of personal attention and help with measurements so that I picked the correct size and style of dress. I have never gotten as many compliments on a dress in my life.

This is Matt's wife just under his account =). I had an incredible experience at Grandasia! They had a huge selection of gorgeous gowns, and I got so so many compliments on my dress. This was the only shop I did my dress shopping out, and I ended up choosing the fourth down I tried on. I'm taking one star off because I had asked for and paid for a bustle during my first fitting. I was unable to go to my second fitting given my long distance from the shop and hectic work schedule; however, there were minimal changes made to my dress, so I wasn't too concerned about having a second fitting. I had a bridesmaid pick up the dress for me (which they were great at accommodating for me), so I did not find out there was not a bustle until the day-of my wedding. Despite this, I still had a blast and danced the night away in my dress. The customer service and everything else leading up to the wedding was absolutely perfect. Had there not been this little glitch in communication, I would have given this shop 5 stars!

So I waiting until now to post a review as I wanted to complete the process before sharing my experience. I got engaged and set a date 18 months ago. I had a very clear idea of what kind of dress I wanted and came across Grandasia through a certain designers website. Called them up and went in the same day to try a certain dress. I didn't like the dress but after LISTENING to what I told the salesgirl she recommended trying another dress. The sample was about 8sizes too big so Phi(owner) came over and spent about 30 minutes pinning the dress to me so I could see how the dress in my size would fit. This was MY dress!. I wasn't ready to say yes just then and made appointments at several stores to look for a dress but found nothing to compare MY dress. Still unable to pull the trigger I returned to Grandasia on two other occasions with different people to try MY dress and both time Phi the owner patiently pinned that dress to me so my friends could tell me their thoughts ( please bear in mind I had not spent a dime in the store up until now) on the dress and if I should purchase. At no time did I feel any pressure on me to make a purchase. Finally I officially said yes to the dress and the order was placed. So fast forward 5 months my dress arrives and I go in to try on and discuss the alterations, still in love with the dress. Another 6 months pass( all the time they are storing my dress for me) and I start the official alteration process. I pretty much no what I want I just need to be able to explain it clearly which was made easy by again having Phi there and also the very talented seamstress who came over and spent time with me going over each little detail and also making suggestions as to what she thinks may look good. Ok so to last Sunday I go for my final fitting. My dress comes out and it is perfect a few minor adjustments and I am good to go. The dress is beyond what I had hoped for and due to the honesty and expertise of Phi and her team I think my dress is even better than I would ever had expected. 100% recommend. PS. also during the whole process I also bought other outfits for my wedding weekend that needed alterations and they were done here and they were amazing.( I had one dress that I took to two different tailors to have fixed and neither fixed it, brought it here and a week later it is perfect)

I visited this shop in April 2016 on a whim during my visit home in Boston, where our wedding will be. We stopped off of the train and my mom & I thought we would go in Grandasia and check it out since we had read about it online. I didn't have an appointment on a Friday afternoon but I was greeted by Karena at the front door and this is where the amazing experience began. Never once did I feel pressured in buying a wedding dress. She asked me what I was looking for and what my budget was and she professionally began locating dresses for me and encouraged me to browse as well. With my wedding in August of this year, I was immensely concerned that I would have a difficult time finding a dress off of the rack. About two hours (and 10 dresses) later, I narrowed it down to the dress that was perfect for me. On another customer service note, Karena noticed that the zipper in the back was slightly flawed, so their seamstress replaced the entire zipper at no extra cost. I had the dress in my possession in pristine condition two days later. This was the first store I went into to try on dresses and I ended up falling in love with Grandasia's impeccable five star service and the dress of my dreams. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this family-owned business over the large bridal shop chains who likely will not put their heart and soul into your experience as the consultants at Grandasia do. I could not imagine going anywhere else and encourage mother's of the bride, bridesmaids and brides to make an appointment and see for yourself how stress-free finding a dress can really be.

If I could give this place 7 stars I would! I'm getting married in a month and having second thoughts on my dress so my friend told me about this salon. I walked in without an appointment and got treated like royalty! They are willing to work with your budget and your timeline just to make sure your special day is perfect! They stayed an hour after their regular hours because I wasn't done trying dresses on. They are willing to do alterations for you as quick as you need them and make sure your dress is perfect for you! You are able to look through all the dresses on the floor as many times as you need to to make your decision! I would 110% reccomend this salon!!!!

I stumbled across this bridal shop by complete accident, and am I glad I did. I had been to many others in the area only to feel herded, lost and not really getting anywhere with finding a dress. Stephanie was so professional, helpful and stayed in communication with me every step of the way. The prices were great, gowns of high quality and customer service the best I have experienced. I had such an amazing experience here . Everyone who worked here was very accommodating and so helpful . They helped me picked out the perfect dress and the alterations and everything we're done so quickly and beautifully . I would recommend going here to find your dress . They have a variety of dresses and so many to choose from . They also have a new store that is two floors and its a great location and easy tiger too. I went mostly because of the god reviews, and because it had been mentioned that they had a wide variety of dresses. Personally, the variety didn't seem to stay from the the "a line ball gown" or "super over done mermaid" styles. I was looking for a dress that didn't drown me, and beyond skimpy prom dresses (in lots of bright hues) there wasn't much there. In addition, I made it a point to call ahead and reiterate the notes I had added while making my appointment online. NOTHING I had written online or mentioned on the phone made it into my file, which meant that the helpers had to start from square one with me. This wouldn't have mattered if they were experienced and listed when I said "here's my budget" or "no, I want a slim sihloutte". They pulled dress after dress that was bulk and at least 1.5-2x my budget. And don't even get me started on how they tout doing alterations, and yet, when pressed for details on WHAT they do for alterations, turns out they do nothing but basic hemming and taking in. I can do that on a sewing machine myself. Honestly, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! The absolute best service I have ever received from anyone in my entire wedding planning process. I arrived half an hour early to my appointment, but I still walked in thinking that I would just wait inside. Guess what, they instantly approached to greet me, checked if anyone was available, and accommodated me right away! They have a wide selection of gowns. I was encouraged to browse myself in addition to the staff doing a thorough search for me. Their staff were simply amazing - super friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, helpful, insightful, attentive, and just the best you could wish for. Even the concierge staff came back to check in and see how I was doing (in a fun, friendly, smiley, cheery, and encouraging way). Made the whole shopping experience so much more fun and enjoyable. They also have a super convenient location, too. I would highly recommend this place! Ask for Nikki (not 100% sure about spelling)!

Previous to going to Grandasia, I had gone to a couple of bridal salons that had a limited selection of mother of the bride dresses that didn’t look frumpy. Then I went to two other bridal boutiques in the Southcoast area, and received less than stellar treatment. My experience at Grandasia was the exact opposite! As a mother of the bride, Grandasia had a large selection of beautiful gowns. They have gowns in many sizes you can buy right off the rack if needed. Stephanie, and the rest of the staff we dealt with were extremely professional, welcoming, friendly, attentive, and patient. They really made my friend and I feel special. While we were in the salon the first time, several brides selected their bridal gowns. The staff made it an exciting experience for everyone in the store! SO FUN! At the wedding I received so many compliments on my gown. I felt very special and happy wearing my mother of the bride gown! I HIGHLY recommend Grandasia.

Yup, I'm taking the plunge again. Getting married for the third time I was certainly dreading my wedding dress experience. The team at Grandasia was AMAZING FABULOUS CARING ATTENTIVE KIND and the list goes on. Vivian helped me find the dress, and the very first dress she picked out for me was PERFECT. I mean PERRRRRRRRRRFECT!!!!! I tried on a few others, but the first was truly the best, and the staff was so honest with me. The smiling faces, the sweet personalities, and the beautiful dress made me the happiest bride that ever was ( and my amazing fiancé helps with that happiness too!) I HIGHLY recommend Grandasia. Their new location is fabulous, right in the center of Quincy. What are you doing still reading this??? Go! Goooooooo!!!! And best of luck to all the brides and families on their big day!

Ms. Phi and Stephanie were so helpful when I arrived at my appointment to look at gowns and try on. They gave honest, thoughtful advice and didn't try to sell me a gown that would be so huge just to get extra money doing alterations. I did need alterations but I appreciate their honesty and integrity how they run the shop. My sister and I felt very comfortable. In addition to the gowns, our bridal party and flower girls got their dresses here at well. The prices were reasonable and the timing for the arrival of gowns and alterations was accurate.

I wish I could give Grandasia TEN stars!!! The week before my appointment, I had gone to another bridal boutique on the South Shore, & was treated so poorly, I was dreading continuing my search for a dress. But my experience at Grandasia was the complete opposite!!! Ms. Phi, Stephanie, and the rest of the staff we dealt with were fantastic on every level. Welcoming, friendly, attentive, and patient, they really made my Mom and I feel special. And they had an amazing selection of gowns! Of course, the one I fell in love with was discontinued, and one size too small but Ms. Phi said not to worry. They actually redesigned the back of the dress & not only did it fit like a glove, but the incredible detail they added made it even MORE stunningly beautiful! I can't say enough about how skilled their alterations staff are! I purchased my shoes and veil there as well. I was also able to get 5:30pm appointments for my fittings which made things so much easier, with my job being over an hour away. Shopping for my dress from Grandasia with my Mom was one of the BEST experiences I had during the entire wedding planning process!!! If I ever need an evening gown down the road they will be my first stop!!!!

Awesome service awesome people. I came in the store with my mom expecting just to browse through bridal dresses after having a bad experience from another store 20 minutes prior but i was able to try on dresses and actually found my dress! The tall guy Jim that served people as they came in super accommodated his clients :)They were amazing from start to finish. They listened to me and even temporarily adjusted the dress as to how it would look on me length wise and added on material that i favored. They even told my mom prior to putting money down that we would have store credit in case i changed my mind on the dress. I was really happy with my day after going to Grandasia and i cant stop smiling when i look at the pictures. Thank you Grandasia! I cant wait to go back and try my dress :)

Grandasia is definitely a place to go for your formal attire. My wife recently purchased her wedding gown, reception dress, and the bridesmaids dresses at this salon and I was very excited for her. My wife is far from a dainty flower or girly girl, definitely more of a jeans and boots type of woman lol. The fact that the staff at Grandasia was not only able to get my wife into a dress BUT also make her truly and sincerely enjoy the experience has me through the roof with excitement for our vowel renewal. They absolutely have our business for forever :)

Grandasia is the place to go for all of your formal needs!! My husband and I were just walking after catching a bite to eat when we stumbled upon Grandasia. My husband is actually that suggested we go in and take a peak. I couldn't possibly be more happy that we did, everything was a beautiful experience. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave it is a stress free, calm, fun, and exciting process! I was alone when I picked out my dress BUT the amazing Grandasia staff made me feel like the Belle of the Ball and I will always be thankful for everything that they have done to make this a wonderful experience.

Grandasia, Quincy, MA - Concierge Service at its Best. My daughter and I went to many places shopping for wedding gowns. As soon as we walked into Grandasia, the warm friendly greeting and total concentration of our needs from styles of gowns to budget we needed to stay within, were impressive. Then, the array of gowns they had to offer were more than any other store we visited. The sheer respect and individual attention to what we wanted was superb. The owner as well as all staff were the best I have ever encountered. They listened, responded, and were always gracious. We were so impressed with their service, warmth and friendliness, we not only purchased a wedding gown, but a mother of the bride gown and all bridesmaid gowns. After working around our schedule for fittings, the big day finally came. Again, they actually topped their concierge service off with this service!! The day of the wedding the bridal party was at a hotel where we got our hair and makeup done. The timeframe of picking up the gown at the shop and getting our hair and makeup done was a conflict. When advising Grandasia of this, they didn’t blink an eye. Without a second thought, they said, oh not a problem. We will deliver your gowns right to your hotel. What concierge service!! It’s their personalized service and care that makes them stand out. They opened early, stayed late just to meet our needs.
