ry detail of the event; from organizing the vendors, making the timeline and having all parties stick to it, running the rehearsal and making sure everything ran smoothly during the event. rs and decor(which turned out better than I could have imagined!) We opted for her month of coordination services which was well worth every cent. I decided to forgo my dream bouquet of white peonies and was expecting something simpler. Day of the wedding Susan surprised me with my white peonies! She is detail oriented and has a designers eye. Day of she ran the show and I dont know what we would have done without her. Thank you Grande Affaires for making our wedding the best night ever.
Grande Affaires was listed as one of the preferred vendors at our wedding location, The Ocean Club Key Biscayne. Since we were from out of town, we enlisted Grande Affaires to do a...
lot of the heavy lifting from a decorations and local coordination perspective.
Susan Wesselhoft, the Creative Director, took excellent care of us throughout the entire process. Susan worked with our wedding planner to design the decorations exactly how we envisioned them. She also used her connections to find us acoustic musicians for the wedding ceremony and a DJ for the reception.
Susan was fully engaged in making sure that we remembered all of the little details like having a card box for the guests to drop off their gifts. All of the guests loved the decorations. They even tried to take the napkin holders as souvenirs.
I highly recommend using Grande Affaires. They can provide just about any service that you can think of when it comes to event planning. They definitely made it so easy to plan a Miami wedding from DC.
