We got married at the Members Club this past Oct. The entire wedding planning and day of experience was amazing and the venue staff made our big day a dream. The club offers wedding coordinating services and our coordinator, Anna Richardson was great. Anna met with us in person and via telephone and FaceTime several times throughout the year and was always kind and genuine. Anna made sure the day ran smoothly down to the last detail. Anna was organized and efficient and kept our stress levels low the entire planning process, especially the morning and day of the wedding. She went above and beyond with setting up the venue (requiring minimal assistance from me) while keeping in mind our vision for the reception and ceremony. Even before the wedding, Anna coordinated and took amazing care of us during our tasting, which I should mention was incredible- The chef was super friendly and the food was great with huge portions and the same was true for the day of the wedding. The entire staff was very friendly and professional and really made the day as great as it was. You really can’t go wrong with the Members Club as you get quality service- especially for the price!
We had our wedding is past November and it was amazing!!!!! Anna Richardson was absolutely outstanding, I can not brag about her enough! She went above and beyond for our big day and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much for making it all possible.

The venue was beautiful , however, none of it would have been possible without Anna Richardson! She is absolutely amazing at her job, she is a true talent and loves what she does. Anna assured everything went accordingly from the time we signed papers a year ago and even post wedding. She is so genuine and made my day so special and stress free I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us!

The Members Club was a perfect venue for my wedding this past October. However, none of it would have been possible without the help of Anna Richardson!! She is absolutely phenomenal at her job. We felt so comfortable with Anna from our first meeting all the way through to our wedding day. She made sure everything went according to plan and is the sweetest soul! I can't thank her enough!
Couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and location. The staff there were so attentive and really made our night go off with out a hitch. They really have this down to a science. Would 10/10 recommend. Thanks to the staff for being so friendly to us and taking care of us.
I just had my wedding here last month and it was truly beautiful. This venue is elegant and classic with a touch of whimsical/romantic flair. The ocean view is hands down the best part. Samantha is an awesome coordinator and will make your day go so smooth. Everyone was so nice and eager to make my day perfect! Food was amazing! I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to have an intimate and classy wedding. Cant say enough good things!!!
Let me start off by saying Samantha Huff is extraordinary ! The Ocean Club venue itself is amazing offers multiple locations for ceremony and cocktail with a perfectly sized indoor room overlooking the water for your reception. Being able to take pictures on the beach at sunset was a dream come true. Oh and perhaps most importantly the food was FANTASTIC from the tasting to the big day they knock it out of the park !
The grand dunes ocean club was perfect spot for our wedding. They have 3 different areas to have the ceremony! Samantha Huff was awesome! She kept everything going smoothly and on time!

Vasilika was so easy to work with and everything went seamlessly the day of the wedding. She was an absolute doll to plan the wedding with and the venue is gorgeous. Our guests were in awe of how lovely it was! Perfect place to hold your wedding whether it’s intimate or larger. The food was delicious and the venue was very affordable. Everyone had an exceptional time!

We got married at The Ocean Club on May 12th and everything was absolutely perfect. So many of my guests have commented that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but Samantha is absolutely incredible. She helped me every step of the way and was always quick to respond to my emails. She made sure everything was exactly as we wanted and took so much stress off of me leading up to and during the wedding. She was right by my side until the moment I walked down the aisle and I’m so thankful for that. She made me laugh when I needed it and calmed me down when I started stressing. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator! Phillip was also amazing the day of the wedding. He kept myself and all my girls fed and made sure we all had drinks! He did a lot of the set up so I didn’t have to worry about it. He was always there if I had a question or needed something!
The food at the venue is also amazing. Many guests have also said that it was the best wedding food they’ve had.
If I could do it all over again, I would without a doubt pick The Ocean Club again. I cannot thank all of them enough for making my day so perfect!
Samantha Huff and her team are absolutely AMAZING! Johnny and I can't thank them enough for all their help and for making our wedding day beyond PERFECT! We seriously couldn't have done it without them! We HIGHLY recommend the Ocean Club at Grande Dunes! Not only is the service there second to none, but the venue itself is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean! We recently had our wedding there and it was honestly a dream come true! We're not from the area but working with Sam made our wedding planning a breeze! From the fairy tale ceremony on the beach to the unforgettable reception and OUTSTANDING food, Sam helped with making our wedding the wedding of the century! Also, want to thank Phillip, who was so kind and accommodating as myself and bridal party got ready in the bridal suite!! You guys are AWESOME! Again, we can't thank you enough!! We're so glad we had our wedding here!!!
You will not go wrong selecting this venue for your wedding. The venue is spectacular! Sam is the venue coordinator and she is simply amazing !! Her staff is great also ! The food is so good. If you want to impress your wedding guest this the place!
WOW!!!!!!!!!! Sam was excellent, she made our experience fun, easy and stress free. Everything was spot on, and the service was exceptional. Phillip, our attendant was phenomenal, he made sure we had everything we needed with no questions asked, even the last minute request. The entire experience made us want to have our wedding all over again. Whenever we have a big event, we will go through Oceans Club. HUGE thanks to Sam and the Oceans Club staff. We HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding and/or special events. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN.....

Sam and her team were fantastic. They really went above and beyond and took care of so many things for us. We had a perfect evening and as a the mom of the bride, I was able to enjoy everything knowing that Sam was in charge.
Sam and her team were absolutely AMAZING! We planned our wedding from a distance and she made sure everything went smoothly! Sam was always very quick to respond to my numerous emails and questions I had and always had an answer to everything. Phillip was a ROCKSTAR! He went above and beyond the day of our wedding, we cannot thank him enough!! The second we walked into this venue we knew it was the place for us. The food was amazing and the appetizers were delicious and unique. The views were so beautiful, I am so happy we chose the Grande Dunes Ocean Club for my dream wedding!! :)

The Grande Dunes Members Club is such an eloquent venue! Our guests enjoyed delicious food in a warm, inviting and entertaining atmosphere! We could not have had a more perfect wedding day at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club! Sam and Kyleen were AMAZING to work with and took care of all the details prior to and on our special day. It could not have gone more smoothly. Our guests were amazed with the venue, quality of service, food, staff, and ambiance - as were we. If you can get on their calendar, do not hesitate to book your wedding here. You will not regret it!!!!
We had a beach ceremony, cocktail hour around the pool deck with passed hors d'oeuvres, and reception in the banquet hall and on the verandas. No matter where you are in this building, the views are breathtaking. The entrance is dramatic. The servers were polite and attentive during cocktail hour and dinner. During the reception, the guests enjoyed being able to move around the property. If guests wanted a break from dancing, they could go out for fresh air on the veranda and relax around the modern fire pit that overlooked the Ocean.
The fact that it is immediately adjacent to the Marriott's Hotel and Villas was highly convenient for our out-of-town guests.
Finally, If you happen to be a gay couple looking for a highly professional, accepting, and inclusive team to work with - this is your place and these are your people. We had nothing but positive and LGBTQ-affirming experiences at this venue from start to finish.
I cannot say enough great things about this venue. From the view to the food to the staff everything was perfect!!! Kyleen, Samantha and Phillip made everything so seamless the day of our wedding. I couldn't ask for anything more. Everyone was raving on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Samantha kept everything going and on time the day of. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!!
We recently had our dream wedding at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club. The venue was astoundingly beautiful, and everyone involved at the Ocean Club was exceedingly helpful and professional. Particularly, Samantha, Kyleen, and Phillip were of great assistance both in the time leading up to the wedding and especially on the day itself. Their upbeat attitudes helped keep everyone calm and happy during a stressful process. Samantha and Phillip’s day of attentiveness was far beyond what we expected. They were at our beckon call the entire day to help with a myriad of needs. You can tell they truly love their jobs and will do anything to make sure the bride and groom are treated like royalty on their special day.
With respect to the venue itself, we ended up selecting the terrace for the ceremony. The setup with the ocean view was gorgeous, and the outdoor cocktail hour which followed received many compliments from our guests. The site is flexible and intimate enough to host smaller weddings – ours was 65 people – while being spacious enough to accommodate much larger groups. The food was delicious and the wait staff and bartenders top notch. We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding, especially for the price. For anyone considering getting married at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club, we could not recommend the people or the venue highly enough.
Samantha and her team made the entire experience easy and flawless. The logistical execution was phenomenal. The team obvious cares very much about their guests and the memories they are creating. They are also super fun and great dancers!
Once my husband and I walked into the Ocean Club we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. It is beautiful! Kyleen was great to work with, she was always quick to respond to emails and met with us on several occasions throughout the planning process. She was very helpful and very accommodating with last minute changes. Sam was there to help us in every way on our wedding day. From steaming and pinning up my dress to making sure the guests were where they needed to be throughout the evening, she made our night perfect and took my stress away! Phil and the rest of the staff were great. I cannot thank them all enough!
My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception at the Ocean Club in Grande Dunes located in Myrtle Beach on August 20, 2016. Everything about the wedding was absolutely perfect. It was nicer that we ever imagined. Working with the staff at the Ocean Club was a pleasure. Kyleen was so easy to work with. We were a little nervous since it was a destination wedding. She made it so easy. Every vendor that she recommended was absolutely wonderful. Phillip and Sam were a blessing. The food was delicious. The venue is gorgeous with beautiful views.
We had an amazing experience with the Ocean Club at Grande Dunes! The venue was renovated earlier this year; making it have more of classy beach feel. We had our ceremony on the veranda (overlooking the beach), which was breathtaking. Cocktail hour poolside was perfect for our guests. Kyleen and Samantha were a great team; Kyleen answered all our questions/concerns before the wedding and Samantha was there to address all issues on the actual wedding day (including my dress ripping)!

The entire day/evening was perfect!!! Everyone RAVED about the food, the venue, the setup.... we couldn't have been more delighted!!! The staff was beyond perfection.... so friendly and professional. I just wished I had been able to tasty some of the pastries... and eat more of the amazing food, but as I am sure you know.... the bridal couple rarely gets a moment to enjoy... LOL!
The young man, Philip was wonderful and attentive as we were getting ready. The setup of just the right amount of food with refreshments, as we were having our hair and make done was perfect! Planning a destination wedding can always be tricky. My husband and I chose the Ocean club, because of its breath taking views, the beautiful terrace, reception area, and overall class. Kyleen was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive and was willing to work with any last minute changes I needed to make. We were married during Hurricane Joaquin, which definitely was stressful. However, the whole day all the staff members were extremely accommodating to help ease that stress. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend using the Ocean Club at Grande Dunes.
I had our guests come up to us after the wedding and say that this was the best wedding they’d been to, and I think a lot of that was due to the Ocean Club. They coordinated everything so well, and even provided decoration details I never considered. I was told by many people that wedding food always is terrible, but not with the Ocean Club! The buffet was so good and one of the biggest compliments we heard was about the food. Their team organized special meals for my vegan sister and vegetarian options for a couple of guests. They also provided food for me and my bridesmaids while we got ready. The bartenders were flexible opening up a cash bar prior to the reception (where we had an open bar) upon our rowdy groomsmen’s’ request. The views were gorgeous during both the beach ceremony and the reception; the club has amazing windows with views of the ocean, and the lighting outside really highlighted the building’s beauty. I highly recommend them for your event!
I worked with Kyleen to get my wedding organized at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club. This place is drop dead gorgeous. It's a stand alone venue with everything a bride can dream of. A terrace overlooking an ocean, a cocktail area/pool area, a beautiful indoor space, areas for the bride and groom to get ready, a gorgeous foyer and a beautiful outside area all make this venue to die for. The food is amazing and all my guests were raving about it. Kyleen was always promptly responding to us via email and phone calls, whenever we needed her. I would recommend this wedding venue.
Our wedding day was a great success at the Ocean Club at Grande a Dunes! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour & reception all onsite. Kyleen was a joy to work with! She helped with the whole wedding planning process at the venue, and was so easy to communicate with! Michael was our onsite coordinator for the rehearsal and wedding day. Michael did a fabulous job making sure our whole day went exactly as planned and was extremely flexible! The entire staff at the Ocean Club was very accommodating, the food was delicious & the drinks were poured well. Our guest talked about the food, drinks & wait staff for days! We had 77guest and everyone fit comfortable on one side of the main dinning room. I would highly recommend this venue. Happy planning!!
We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our wedding. The venue was absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments on the venue, food and service. Kyleen and Michael were amazing. We planned our wedding from out of town so I emailed Kyleen nearly 50 times over the course of the year and she was always prompt and helpful. Michael was so wonderful I simply just can't say enough great things about him. I truly did not want to leave the venue at the end of the night and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place with superb service :)
My husband and I are so happy we chose this venue. We live in another state so we didn't get to taste the food but it was EXCELLENT! Our guest loved the venue as much as we did.

the place is absolutely breath taking but our event cordinator sucked we never met her once or saw her the day of the wedding so we used another person that was there and he did a great job the price is a little steap for what your paying and they tried to over charge us so that really made us mad
Our experience with the Grande Dunes Ocean Club started rocky, but finished great. A coordinator who is no longer there, we a nightmare to work with. It was too the point we almost cancelled our wedding. She left and we got a new coordinator, Kyleen, who was great to work with. She listened to us, and made sure things were noted to make sure we got what we wanted. Michael was in charge of the food and beverage and day of details. He was great to work with. He delivered on everything that was promised and gave us a great day of event. We were particular in what we wanted and they delivered.
The food was great! We had a number of stations for our dinner which included the fajita station, pasta station, stuffed pork tenderloin, and at the end of the night we had the mini pizzas. Everything was delicious, but the pizzas at the end of the night were top notch! The bartenders were great and no one ever had to really wait for a drink. The venue is beautiful, the view of the beach is beautiful, and everyone was great to work with.
Loved the multiple areas offered...had ceremony on balcony overlooking ocean, had pictures outside by the beautiful building and on the beach, had the reception in a cabana with a/c. Perfect. The food was wonderful too.;Poor organization. It was hard to communicate with the catering director. Her assistant was great--until the day of the wedding. The director did not come to our wedding and left her assistant in charge. There were not enough chairs for the guests and guests sat in rows that were *supposed* to be reserved for parents. My friend had to ask guests to move. The flower girls didn't get any instruction, the parents of the groom didn't know where to sit, gates were locked that prohobited guests from getting to the reception site.
